They polished up our rings and really made them sparkle!One of the workers took the time to teach us the windex trick, life saver!! If your ring is too tight and stuck on your finger, a squirt of windex will help it slide right off. 🤯

This Christmas I went to buy a ring for my husband. I knew the ring in store would not fit him. The sales rep told me we could bring it back and make an exchange. This was a lie! They lied to me to make a sale. Unbelievable. Now Im stuck with a ring that my husband cant wear. A few years back they fixed my ring so bad. Its not even repairable. Im DONE!

Normally I like the people who work here but this past year the employees are SO rude. No one greets me when I walk in, they just stare until I walk up their. Went in today and was told they’re not doing cleaning or inspections for 6 months! WHAT?!?! But you have a sign on the door saying you’re doing ears piercing? Makes a lot of sense Kays. The girl also told me to just use dawn soap and a toothbrush. Thanks! I’m not a moron!

Purchased quite an expensive necklace 6 months ago, the gold broke!!! Whike on my neck in my home thank goodness, brought it in for a repair... there is nothing they can do, but send it off for an estimate they should cover a repair in that short time!! Will NEVER buy here again!!!

I love Kay Jeweler and they have a wide selection of very nice diamonds as well as nice gold jewelry silver jewelry and stoned jewelry and they are always very helpful and I absolutely love them and I trust them completely

A month ago I had dropped off my wedding ring to get it resized since it was a little too big. When I did so I was told it would take approximately three weeks to come back, wasn’t an issue at all at the time. Three weeks had passed and I still didn’t receive a call so I called them and was told it would take a few days longer because they had to send it someone else to get resized instead of their normal facility. I wasn’t notified at all that it would take longer but the lady apologized and I also work in customer service so I understood. A week passed and I decided to call to find out the issue. The ring was there for a few days and when I asked why I didn’t get a phone call the lady proceeded to tell me I didn’t have a number with them when I gave them one at the date of drop off and even verified it on the phone as well. Once I went in to get it the lady at the counter proceeded to tell me how small my ring was and how small my fingers were, then decided to tell me how small of a person I am. Once it was obvious I was uncomfortable they just gave me my ring and didn’t even ask if the size fit or anything. Very unprofessional and rude service. I will never go there again.

They were busy and couldnt help with replacing a watch battery. They suggested I go another jewelery store. This same store replaced my watch battery in the past. I think the staff didnt want to spend time when other potential customers were in the store. Poor customer service

This place is unbelievably hard to contact, let alone get an answer to a question about a ring that they ruined. They resized my wifes ring, then later told us that it shouldnt have been resized because it would ruin the ring, and the gems will constantly fall out, not knowing it was them who resized it. Would strongly recommend not going to this place for jewelry.

I have had the worst experience with Kays. I closed my account and will never spend another penny at ANY of their locations. Service was horrible, communication even worse. I called customer service and filed my concern and never heard back from the district manager, Jarod. I know he was aware (via text from the manager Roy) of the situation at hand and yet he has not made the initiative to contact me to resolve anything, I was told he would as long as I called customer service and received a ticket number. This has been going on for several months and it is beyond me how they think it is ok to ignore customer complaints/concerns. Due to their poor repairs I will never see the diamond from my wedding ring again. The review would not post unless I highlighted at least one star.

Went in to get battery replaced for my watch, the manager somehow broke my watch when he opened it up and refused to accept any responsibility in damaging it. He think its fair for me to pay for repairs. Dudes a quack. I didnt break the watch, its lightly used if ever. been sitting on the shelf until battery died. It was working just fine the last time I wore it. Their lifetime battery replacement is a joke, dude probably broke it so I wouldnt get any more free batteries or to sell me a new watch. I had 2 batteries replaced thru the plan, no issues till now.Update...1/28/18 I tried talking to the manager at Kays for a resolution and the best idea they had was to send in the watch for repair and see what exactly was wrong. I still had to pay so no way I was doing that. I had few options for watch repair and found the best place in Rivertown Crossings Mall at a Jewelry Express Repairs kiosk ran by Hesham. He fixed my watch in like 15mins while I shopped around. all I paid was $37, way less than what Kay Jewelers wanted. If Kay breaks your watch get it repaired there and thank me later. Dont buy a watch from Hollands Kay Jeweler, youll have great luck with your watch after the warranty period is up I bet.

I stopped in to have a link taken out of my watch on my lunch break. Within a week the pin had fallen out of the watch and it fell off my wrist and scratched the face of the watch. Extremely disappointed.
