My go to pharmacy. Great people at Washington Ave store ♥️

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID VACCINE. HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES FOR THE FIRST SHOT WITH A. APPOINTMENT AND THEN WENT IN TODAY WITH AN APPOINTMENT AGAIN AND WAS TOLD AT LEAST 45 MINUTE WAIT.DID GET LOTS OF EXCUSES WHY THEY COULDNT STAY ON SCHEDULE AGAIN SO IF YOU WANT EXCUSES RITE AID IS THE PLACE TO GO.

I havent been here in a while, but I use to visit this store regularly. I usually go to Walgreens now, since theyre just down the road, but I have nothing bad to say about it.

Friendly service, greeted warmly everytime I enter. Helpful employees

Edy Southwick is one of the worst managers Ive heard about shes mean to her employees when they need something, she is never on time when she says shell be there. Then she takes it out on her employees when she gets in trouble for it. Honestly doesnt seem like manager material. Havent heard anything good about her.

Visit often. Friendly staff that I have gotten to know over time. They do a great job of taking care of their customers.
