Not very good!! I literally went through twice and was left with soap on everything and missed the whole back of the car. Still had pieces of wet leaves on the tail lights. Went back up and he said I can run you through again. For 15.00 for the works wash would of been better with a garden hose and a bucket.. I also bottomed out entering and exiting the wash with a stock 2019 challenger..
Not thoroughly cleaned. Wheel wells and tailgate are still a muddy mess.
Quality car wash was an amazing place to get an interior detailing. They have great customer service was treated with utmost respect, the staff was able to answer any questions and concerns I had. Will most definitely be coming back.
THEY RIPPED OFF MY BUMPER! Very disappointed with the customer service at this car wash. My bumper was torn off at Washington Ave location and they pretended to be willing to help, the next day they claimed it was my fault. Would leave 0 stars if possible.
The Tunnel of Terror was fun we got there early but next time Ill wait until it gets a little darker out it might get the kids more excited for what was going to happen. Maybe more of the characters walking around the cars in line to be more scary
We scheduled an express interior detailing for a car we were trying to sell. The website makes it clear detailing is only available at the 8th street location. Unfortunately the site doesnt specifically list the address. I typed Quality Car Wash into Google Maps and was accidentally taken to the corporate headquarters, which also happens to be on 8th in Holland.The gentlemen at the HQ was very helpful in giving me what should have been good enough directions to get me to the correct location. However, not being from Holland, I ended up taking a wrong turn (the roads are pretty crazy in that part of town due to the train station and water). At the end of the day I was about 20 minutes late for the appointment. I immediately expressed apologies and explained the situation. During that interaction I also explained how it might make sense to talk to headquarters about updating the website and Google listings to make this a little easier on people. As part of my job I do search and web content, so this is an area where I have some firsthand experience.This is where my interaction took a turn for the worse. Instead of thanking me for the feedback and moving on, the employee did the following.1) Explained to me there was a good chance they would not be able to clean the car all the way because I was late (OK, Im willing to accept that, though the message wasnt delivered well).2) Told me the HQ is just down the road, basically implying I was either A) lying to him or B) was incompetent.3) Told me this has never happened before, which also implied I was somehow a moron.4) Told me Google doesnt work that way and there is nothing they can do. Again, since I do this for a living, I know that statement to be patently false. Also, even simply putting the address of the 8th Street location on the Express Interior Detailing page would have fixed the confusion in my case. I have spent nearly 20 years in technology, so Im pretty confident others will occasionally get mixed up unless something gets fixed.In summary, I wasnt disappointed with the actual wash, nor the price. But the customer experience was extremely disappointing. I am fully capable of cleaning my own car. Having it done professionally is as much about the experience as anything else.
I got the inside cleaning done and they did an amazing job. So clean and done in about 35 minutes its a bargain!
I love the quality of the carwash and the club. I would have done five star but an incident where I was rear ended in the car wash. I was told Quality would stand behind the damage done and the manager would contact me. Neither happened. I had to fill out forms with all my information on it. I assume the manager does not like confrontation.
Best car wash in Holland. On Wednesdays you can get a managers special for interior and exterior wash with a free beverage. A pretty good deal

The worst car wash Ive ever had. Rail was bent and caused my car to bottom out on it (Stock Chevy Cruze), the car was left covered in soap, and getting to the wash through the parking lot is a maze with other cars.
Ripped the badge off the front of my car, and totally missed the hood. SMH
