Clean place and great customer service. It does not end there however. They mix substances together for cleaning that cause the paint to come off the car and once they start charging your credit card for washes they never quit. Not very honest as a company. I utilize the free vacuums and move along.

Have used Quality for years, but will be changing. Took a few times to figure out why my wheels are only 2/3 cleaned. Then watched another car going thru while I was using the vac. It is so obvious when you see it. The last refit changed to a conveyer belt. Sounds good but the wheels dont rotate going thru the wash, so the bottom third of the wheels never get brushed/washed. Mentioned to the clerk and could have cared less.

I like quality car wash but I bought the unlimited and I kind of feel like I wasted my money. Lines are so long that its hard to wait that long for a wash

It was not said in a flirtatious manner, only in kindness. It made my day to experience customer service that was cheerful and polite. Congratulations 🙌

I have gone through this carwash several times in this same car and have had no problems, so why was a blonde girl walking through the carwash behind me the whole time? It made me feel like I was doing something wrong or something was wrong with my car. Also after we came out, she turned around and went back inside, as there were 2 cars behind me still. So it was definitely me she was watching. I also had soap dripping down my car afterward, not a great rinse.

THEY RIPPED OFF MY BUMPER!Very disappointed with the customer service at this car wash. My bumper was torn off and they pretended to be willing to help, the next day they claimed it was my fault. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

Courteous, polite and helpful staff with a clean and well stocked store and always a happy greeting. The monthly car wash club is not only genius, it’s very affordable.

Only use the car wash, but tends to be the best of the Qualities in town. Could be kept up a little better, but still really good.
