Bridget is so knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciate her flexibility in appointments. Truly, her kindness means a lot to me, as Im sure it does to others. Its nice to support a small business with such a great person at the helm.

I had a great experience here - I made an appointment for a bra fitting and staff were ready for me when I arrived- appointment took about a half hour and I was comfortable throughout. Items are a little more expensive than Target ect but worth it!

Pretties needs to step up their customer service if they want to stay in business. Took my elderly mom who needed assistance with a new bra. We were the only customer. The lady acted bothered and told us to make an appointment and come back. I’d understand if they were busy. I’d taken off work and my mom has a tough time getting out.

I called ahead for an appointment, and was told, walk right in. Then had to wait. The fitter was not able to fit me properly in to anything but a plain minimal support bra, which is not what I had said I wanted. She tried to tell me the wrinkles in the top of the cup was an ok fit, because it was better than the other. At this point she is already frustrated with me because she has another customer waiting. And shes out of ideas after 3 styles?? Really? Thanks for making a woman feel that much more broken about her breast challenges. Wont be back anytime soon.

Muriel herself waits on you. She makes you feel like you are the only person that matters. So helpful. And I left with 3 bras and extremely happy.

Over the past years I have purchased a number of bras from Muriel and have been satisfied to the max. This past summer I purchased 3 bras on Muriel’s recommendation. She did the fitting. I paid over $200 for these. It wasn’t long, maybe 6-8 weeks where I was starting to experience the bras were becoming very uncomfortable. Actually the stays under the arms were bowing and poking inward making it VERY uncomfortable. I had already washed these bras but wanted to return to the store just to let them know and find out if there was anything we could do to remedy this problem. My husband and I drove over from GR on a Sat to the store and discovered Muriel had retired and Brigitt had purchased the store. Brigitt was very sweet and appeared to be very helpful. She didn’t want to take the bras back since there were no tags and they had been washed, she said her rep was on vacation but she would be in contact with her the following week. She gave me another bra, one I was familiar with, and told me to just take it and to take the other 3 bras home with me. She had me try this bra on and walk around the store with it on. At the time it felt fine. My husband and I did some shopping and on the way back to GR this bra started rubbing on my rib cage, it wasn’t the same size I had on, and this pain lasted 2 weeks. I have never worn that bra again. Brigitt said she would call me the following week after consulting with her rep, never hear and a word. I thought maybe she would call the following week. Not one word! I looked for an email address where I could send her a message but was unable to locate one. Brigitt was well aware that she hadn’t called me. A shame. A friend of mine had a similar experience @ Muriel’s. She won’t be returning, nor will I. Follow up with a customer in IMPERATIVE!

Every time I am in the area I am sure to visit this place because the selection is top notch and the service is too! Locals are lucky to have such a fine store in town!
