Found an Edge 2010 online. My husband and I decided to drive to Holland to test drive and inquire about the price. The salesman Pedro greeted us upon arrival with enthusiasm. He stated his wife drives an Edge. He suggested we drive the 2011 that was front wheel drive also. We asked the selling price of both and were told $13200. One of the owners (Dave I think) arrived as we were getting ready to drive the second vehicle. He approached us and said if we went with the front wheel drive 2011 he would throw in summer tires as it had winter ones on now. We then took the car for a drive. We loved it. When we returned I asked if he would be willing to take $12500 for it. Pedro said no. Then the owner jumped in to state he was at the lowest he could go. We said we would like to grab some lunch and think on it. He offered to run the credit and set up with Bank to get the payments to the amount we wanted to stay in. We filled out the papers. The gentlemen said we could go ahead and take the car to lunch. So we went to lunch When we returned we were told they just couldnt sell the car for less than $14675. They added $1475 to the amount. Unbelievable. This is apparently called a bate and switch. We recommend that if you believe a man is worth his word. Do not shop here!Wow....My husband just had a conversation with Dave one of 2 owners. He states that Pedro was now at risk of losing his job. The salesman who worked for him for 18 years. Shame on you Dave! You are the one that told us you paid $12400 for it and pushed for us to buy it! Still cant believe this happened. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

Why do not they show the price on the cars? because they want the interested client to approach them and ask them, to help them have a better experience when buying what best suits their needs. This was the biggest stupidity that had told me that day, I could not bear to laugh out loud by phone. Watch out!!! very careful with this type of vendors, the modus operandi is the following, as the cars have no visible price, they will always offer the highest price to negotiate according to information that they will ask you and that you are not obliged to answer. Whats your job? How long have you been there? What is your job position? Do you have a good credit history? with whom you live? These questions only tell them how much you would be willing to pay for the car you are looking for, and there the shark bites you. They are not professionals in this market. I see many positive comments, these people do not know that maybe they are paying 30% more of the real value of their vehicle, and lets not talk about the sales charges they will charge for the documentation fee and the delivery fee, lets not talk about that because People, the less they know about something, the happier they are. No issues with the workers they were all so kind and friendly.. I’ve had my truck for less than a year and I’ve had multiple problem with it.. a month after getting the truck my water fuel pump had to be replaced along with my radiator, secondly my back camera has not been working since I got the truck..and now my alternator went out and is not drivable and it’s been barely a year.

I bought a 2012 ford focus titanium. About s month ago. This car has been a nightmare. Water pump, when out 2nd day, transmission has been worked on twice and no A/C. Only had about a month. Plus owner refuses to give us back our 500.00 dollars for other car we wanted to purchase before all of this. When I asked the ppl about it the second time I called the owner said it was the first hed heard of it. And he was in the middle of delivering a few cars and couldnt talk. When I could clearly here the first salesman )pedro) from his desk telling him (dave) yeah I was just talking to you about it. Then Eventually switched his lie and said he was there when i was taking to padro . Dave was incredibly rude saying that there was no contract (paper trail) so i was not getting my 500.00 back on top of the other 35.00 he still owes me. Im about to lose my job over this car. Since it only goes 10 mph and randomly launches me and my 3yr old so its legally not drivable. Nore am I putting my daughter or fiance in danger. I will absolutely never go to a dealership again#lemonlawI will be seeking legal advice to settle this lemon lawAnd protesting yes auto on social media until this is resolvedI feel its also worth mentioning I put down 2,000$ for this car which took me over two years to save. For this car Ive barely driven

After having my car not even two months, it just stopped doing anything at all. After just a little while of trying to find the problem, we noticed some wires underneath the drivers side dash literally just HANGING there in a pretty obvious spot where there should have been a cover as well. Several of the wires were aftermarket and clearly not put back together very well as somehow they came apart. When I called to ask about the wiring job, they said it wasnt them and they dont even look at that stuff. Apparently they only check brakes, belts, fluid levels and how it runs. If you want a poorly inspected car go here, I guess.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!! 2 weeks after engine light comes on...need a new engine...pedro and dave unprofessional and wont help...even asked to trade out of it as it needs $6000 of work to it....pedro wont produce service records which was promised...wanted his side mechanic look at it...and admitted they dont inspect there cars!!! So wheres my $2000 trade in and $500 cash go?? Pedro wont answer that...i said tax invasion and he kicks me out of the office....there scammers!!! All good reviews are by family or very close friends....STAY AWAY!!!!

Drove over an hour after calling in advance to tell him we were coming to look at a specific car to test drive (and buy)- he said no problem that he would hold it for us. Got there to see him peeling the sticker off and he literally just sold it. Huge waste of time and gas.

Bought a 10,200.00 truck and in less then a week.. the breaks went out,axle seals,evap sensor needs replaced,gas leak,tie rods bad.. When we went in to ask if they would stand behind what they sell? Was to to leave the property to never return.... they claim inspections prior to sale... yet the simple fact that the breaks were missed tells a differnt story.... Never Buy Here...

I went to look at a GMC youkon Denali and the body was in sad shape it had the side pannel of the driver side hanging off. You could tell it had been in a accident they tried to sell my friend the car and i had to step in and explain how much more work needed to be done to the car. Plus i was told this place gets the cars fixes them just enough to make a little money. If you are going to look at a car there please know what to look for because to me hes way over priced.

So far not sure just bought a truck as is was promised mechanically sound they had for the weekend after it broke down less than 24 bours later picked up beginning of week they put a starter in truck check engine light on now runnin worse than before starter went was sent to gusher where im guessing they service vehicles idk anyway hoping problems are resolved was promised a good safe vehicle for my family mechanically sound hmmmmmmm THEY SOLD US crap leakin vehicle safety inspection pfft needs hubs axle seals possible head gasket. Etc ....dont go here they will rip you off
