I contacted IS-2 after reading the awesome reviews! When I called I talked to John and he came to our home reassured I believe it was a Wednesday. He said he would have a rendering and options to me by the following week. I didn’t get anything a week later and I hadn’t heard back so I called and left a message and also sent John and email. He responded and said he was working on it and should have it to me by the end of that day. He didn’t. So I emailed on that Friday and he called me asking for information we had previously went over I was trying to get the rendering because my contractor was coming to remove a wall and I wanted to go over the design and what cabinets etc we were going to use with my contractor and the layout we were basically finalising the design etc with my contractor and scheduling out when we would have the cabinets etc. well It’s now been 2 weeks and 2 days and I still haven’t received anything from John. Not even a phone call since last Friday when he said I would have the rendering for sure. My contractor has been here he ripped out the wall I decided my own layout and we used another company to order the cabinets. Really disappointed that the reviews that were posted before mine were so great and i had a completely opposite experience. We had the cash and we’re ready to spend it with IS-2.

My wife and I agree totally with the earlier review. John was an exceptionally wonderful and knowledgeable person to work with as we built our new house. Service, quality, communications -- everything was top-notch with Is2 and John.

John Russcher was the perfect person to design our kitchen remodel. He made what was an overwhelming process to us into a manageable project with an end result that we never dreamed was possible. John took the time to visit our home and see how we used our space as well as listen to our needs and wants. He walked us through his initial design and helped us make decisions about how to tweak things to fit our budget and still give us all that we needed. John guided us through all of the choices that came our way but didnt throw them at us all at once. He was especially helpful when we found ourselves making choices that we really werent feeling good about and helped us find options that we werent even considering that were perfect for us. We love the layout and space flow of our new kitchen. We have storage space and then some! The overall look is definitely a WOW and we love it!
