Went in for back to school shoes. Found they had some shoes for me on sale. Was pretty excited. Lol it store was actually pretty big and the employees were helpful. They had almost everything. Except for when it came to my size😂

Always great prices. Got to spin the wheel, but i only got 2 dollars off:( either way I usually shop shoe carnival for any shoes! Love it.

My 1st time coming here and I bought 3 different pairs of shoes. They were reasonably priced though so my wallet doesnt hate me.

I love shoe carnival. Great shoes nice prices. But had the worst customer service from the store then online all in the same day. Went back the next day to get my issue fixed (the bad C.S experience) and then had the best customer service experience. So i guess depending on the day and which cashier you get is what you experience. Store was clean my shoe i wanted to exchange was easy to find. Love the variety of sizes available. Some places are always sold out of the size I need.

Good selection of name brand shoes, with reasonable pricing. They always seem to have a deal of some sort going on. Easy fast check out. Great for back to school shoe shopping!

Found what I was looking for. I heard everyone around me get greeted and asked if they needed help. I was not greeted. Not until I checked out.

Management at holland was suppose to help me with a refund that shoe carnival took off my card twice n I never got any of that money back been waiting for 4 months now I will not let this go I will get my money back

Buy all my work shoes there. Nice selection of mens steel toe and composite toe shoes. Not so much for women work shoes. So work pays for one pair and I get another pair half off for myself or the wife ( win win )😏

Said we didnt want rewards then said they needed an email for returns and used that to sign us up for rewards. Didnt appreciate that deception.

Too a pair of shoes that I bought on Saturday back and the manager was so helpful.

I have a fairly large foot size and there were only a couple in my size and they were hard to find since the shoes were not sorted by size. My mother who has the size above mine did not find any. The staff seemed friendly just did not have a great selection for my size.

Smaller store I have been to so the selection is not as good. However like the bigger stores there usually alot of deals and the staff was very helpful

Usually find something nice for the kids but I have large wide feet and for me its not often I find something for myself. Store is pretty organized.

Three girls behind counter to busy talking with a guy to even acknowledge there are customer in the store

Worse Service I have ever had. Multiple sales people in store. Had to ask for help locating a shoe I was interested in, sales person mumbled and pointed at an aisle where the shoe might be ( it wasnt), asked another person and she literally turned her back on me and walked away. I will never shop in that store again. There are other shoe stores that have pleasant, polite sales staff.

It is kind of hit and miss. If they are running a good sale it is nice. Store is very outdated. There is a large selection but it wouldnt be near the top of my list for places to shop for shoes.

Its a great place. Bought some Filas, but they didnt have dress shoes that I needed or to my liking.

Overall its a decent store with a decent selection. If they have a shoe you want but its not in your size, they can order it to the store at no additional cost. -1 star because their prices are a little steep on some cheaply made shoes but if you look around, you can find some deals.

The store was so loud.. a woman with 4 young children running around and a new born screaming in carrier while she sits in the middle of floor with boxes and shoes strewn all around her...it was so distracting I couldnt remember why I originally went in there...felt bad for the staff because they had to stay

Very disappointed after going online and looking under your Holland Michigan store you dont even sell womens Polo sneakers after speaking with one of the associates she then tells me if its online that doesnt necessarily mean that you sell it now thats real stupid the correction should state this particular brand name sneaker is not sold at the Holland store only available online just so happens that I found a pair of Fila that I purchased otherwise I would have felt like I wasted a trip dont think I will be shopping there again
