Wonderful customer service. They took the time to care for my needs. Eric is kind, empathetic, and caters to every need I had in searching for a boat. Whoever wrote that awful review (Tim), is so wrong and has probably no knowledge about boating compared to Eric. What PROBABLY happened is that Tim contacted Eric about a boat, but the boat was no longer available and Eric could not find any boat to fit Tims needs. Facts. I can 100% guarantee this. Also, isnt everyone in this world just trying to make a dime? Im sure Tim was too and probably had a dime to spare if he wanted to buy a boat....Eric does his best to cater to everyone. Everyone who knows him knows he is friendly, knowledgable, and wise in the boat business. From my personal experience and from those around me who have done business with Eric know his character and knows how kind and reliable he is.10/10 experience. If you want the best, go for Starboard Yachts!
Great place. Great work. The people here know how to sell boats. The customer service was excellent. I was looking for a small boat for my husband and I to buy for the summer because of COVID-19, and even through all of the chaos, Eric helped my family find something to do while everything was on lockdown. He followed all social-distancing rules, respected my needs, and found exactly what I was looking for!Although it took some time, Eric found the exact boat that we were looking for. Im glad I had the patience to wait for a boat that we still use today and will use for many years to come.If youre looking for REAL customer service, go to Starboard Yachts.
I recently sold a boat through Starboard Yachts. Great experience, kind employee, and hard working office. After reading the reviews for Starboard Yachts on Google, I was absolutely disgusted with Tim Kondrats review. It was very inaccurate, manipulative, and outright slandering of a name.I approached Eric and asked if he had any correspondence with Tim or knew of him, and he simply replied he did not. I did some digging and found out that Tim Kondrat is using the technique of down-rating all local boat brokers for his personal pleasure. Also, hes a criminal... so do what you will with that information. If you search Tims name and read his reviews, they will speak for themselves (and his criminal record will show up...).To my guy Tim out there, please find something else to do. Also you should invest in some English textbooks to work on the grammar. Thanks,Benjamin Evans
There are very many boats / yacht dealers in Holland and surrounding areas. These people are extremely rude. Im younger but am very well established in business. On top of the fact that I inherited a considerable amount of assets through my father passing away. Wife and I started calling dealers in the area to search for a new boat. With all the ability and resources to finance nearly anything to offer. The moment they couldnt sell me that day and I said I was going to shop around still. They made a comment along the lines of if you cant afford it then why even lookregardless if I could and afford it you still shouldnt treat people that way. But I happily purchased a brand new boat from Marina under 10 miles away happily. I wont name the other Marina but they said they do get in overflow of customers that have been mistreated from starboard yachts. These guys selling these boats might make 40 to 80,000 a year and they act like they have the money to afford them and youre wasting their time. What a bunch of poor mentalities. Its not even offensive its just bad business. From small-minded middle-aged males that dont understand how someone in their late twenties can afford boats that they couldnt afford the maintenance on. Anyway shop around try these guys out just for the laugh. And then go by about somewhere else where someone is happy to assist you through the process
