Although it looks small from the outside, the selection Southside Party Store has of beer and liquor is expansive. Id say they have one of, if not the, best selections of craft beers in town. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, and they allow you to buy beer by the can (which lets you try more of a variety). Id rank this as one of the best liquor stores in town.

Absolutely amazing experience! The selections were A1, namely the beers! Wow, what an incredible. They also had Jefferson’s which is my favorite bourbon. Customer service was unbelievable... the owners went way out of their way to make sure we got everything we needed. Wish I had a store like this in Florida

Will share details but if a store wants to sacrifice a good customer over a $2 bag of cubed ice (they sold that was in a solid re-freezed condition) I for one will stop being a customer - Go to Kings Cove, Family Fare it one of many other choices. Customers service is what a store like this can provide to make it or break it and in this case they lost me forever as a customer

I think they have a little bit of everything here. As far as party drinks go. They are very helpful and friendlyIf they dont have it just ask them for it. Ill bet they can get it. Great store!

They carry Barrows Intense Ginger. A very hard to find but delcious ginger liquor. They also have a great selection of beer. Love this place and I often drive from GR or further to get my barrows from them.

They can cash checks under 500 only around closing time. The owner is amazing here. The same workers here since I moved to Holland. The play Rocknroll on the radio. Variety of liquor and shots. The crowds here are kinda sketchy but I never had an isdue. I guess dont judge a book by its cover is very true. (:

I usually don’t do reviews but I have never received such great service at a liquor store as the one I did today. The lady (I wish I got her name) with glasses was exemplary in customer service after I got the wrong beer three times without ever showing a sign of annoyance or disrespect. Kudos to you! Thank you.

Good variety of alcohol and friendly staff. They even do mixer Sixers which is nice if youre wanting to try something new or just simply dont want full six packs.

I stopped by to return some bottles and the lady who was working was very rude to me(she has long brown ponytail). She accused me of making a mess that i did not do on purpose, my bag tipped over, but 2 ifferent times she told me that i was throwing them on the floor, which i wasnt . She talked down to me in front of other customers. Then she followed me to my car and told me to wash cans before i bring them back( reality check, i dont believe everyone washes Them prior to returning Them) She Also said to take Them to meijer or some where else. Then said well i dont want you bringing them back here in my defence i told her i always take Them to meijer, familyfare and Then walnart before i bother the liquor stores, which is the truth.Then while i was I the parking lot in my van on the phone she came out again and told me i had to leave i wantst aloud to hang out on the property it had been 10minutes aprox..Ive been there several times while either the owner or manager was working and didnt have any issues he was very nice.I dont drink but my husband does and he comes to your store but i am not sure if he will anymore.

Went here yesterday with my mother inlaw and brother in law. And the lady that helped us was rude. I helped my mother in law carry her stuff. And was asked if i had my id when i said no i didnt the lady proceeded to be a Jerk and tell me from now on im not allowed to touch anything when i come in and how she shouldnt even sell us anything because i didnt have my id mind you i wasnt drinking. It wasnt for me. And she just kept going on and on like i was 12 years old. Im 24 married with two kids and did not appreciate her attitude or how she talked to me. She could have been alot nicer. It wasnt what she said that pissed me off it was how she said it. We will not be going back because of her.
