Great experience in the Holland and Woodland Mall locations. We got the demo in the mall and pulled the trigger in Holland. DJ was very helpful with some questions and James was very helpful and extremely enjoyable to work with on our final purchase and educating us on other products we asked about. Absolutely low pressure sales techniques used throughout the process which is always appreciated.

Matt gave us excellent customer service! He is very knowledgeable, and helpful. He did an amazing job of explaining the difference between sleep number & other mattresses, and explaining the different sleep number models as well. He helped us find the bed that would meet our needs & helped us find a good pillow to go with it. Im very excited for our bed to be delivered!!

The staff was very knowledgeable and very respectful. They also what kind and informative there was nothing hidden no hidden fees or any sales pictures never tried to have you purchase more then what you were there for give them four stars they would have got five but nobodys perfect.

Friendly and Informative, the staff here took care to address our needs and get us the quality sleep we need. My wife and I will forever be sleep number bed owners. Nothing helped my back pain like the sleep number mattress! My first one lasted 20yrs and the only reason we got a new one was so we could elevate our legs independently in a king size. If you need better sleep, go to this store!

I came in thinking this would be a typical mattress store visit but it was so much more than that. Great staff. Beautiful store. Amazing product. Best bed Ive ever slept on.

You guys are sick for making your workers return on the 4th before the SAH order. Cancelled my order just because of this. Very greedy overpriced air beds would not recommend.

Will never sleep on a bed that isnt a Sleep Number again. Best mattress you can buy. Almost makes me hate to travel now.
