Oh wow! I could be lost in here for days! Amazing selection of costumes. If youre looking online youre missing out! Ive been searching for months for costumes for my boy and for myself. EBay and Amazon have a fraction of what the selection in store here has Im Amazed.

Ill give 2 stars because they have alot of good party stuff. Recently i was double charged by a male cashier for a pair of Halloween socks when I went back the team leader named jess was very impolite to be honest I cant believe they have this women as a team leader of a party store because the way she was totally unprofessional and rude. She accused me insinuating that I had the other pair of socks I was double charged for. She didnt refund me! She gave me a whole speech about not being able to give me cash and she needed a debit card to put the money back on even though I didnt pay with a card. She gave me a whole speech about not being able to tell if I was double charged and that she didnt believe I was double charged.Im an honest person I would never lie about anything and most definitely nothing as petty as being over charged for Halloween socks!. Ill be making an official complaint about this team leader named jess. Hopefully Ill be able to get refunded in cash like the way i paid for it or at the very least let me get something thats worth the value I was doubled charged for. I also look forward to seeing if they get rid of this women that has brought a very negative vibe to party city.

Love the employees. Always have what I need. The bags of the colored hard plastic cups (margarita cups, wine cups, etc.) are always mostly broken, but this location has great employees who are very helpful & I love that they greet the customers like family. Its a very welcoming environment.

They had the balloons that we were looking for in stock. Got one very happy child.

The manager is VERY mouthy and should be demoted. 9/11/21 around 2:30-3pm I was in Holland location where I encountered a very mouthy and disrespectful so called manager. She didnt even have the nerve to look me in the face just lashed out on me because I asked her if they have had people actually get balloons then bolt out the door because I thought is strange I had to pay for my balloons for them to get inflated so I could do the rest of my shopping. Next time I will get my balloons where I always do and their just as good, the $1 store!! I will be calling above her head to complain of the way I was treated... PERIOD!

Their is so much stuff to choose from. If you cant find what you need here you probably wont find it. However...I gave it 4 stars because its almost too much and it makes it hard to find what you need quickly amongst the many, many products.

I come here to pick up balloons for customers and deliver them through shipt, and I have to say, the workers are always on point and when I go in the orders have always been ready, never had a problem. The workers here are also very polite. I like going here.

They were very generous with us when one of the big set Birthday balloons flew away cuz it broke as soon as we left the store an then the same balloon went flat within the next hour an they gave me a brand new set thanks for being a stand up store party city.

I got a costume from here and 10 mins later I found out that my grand baby had one well they wouldnt take it back and I literally went to the same girl that had checked me out 10 minutes before I can see if I was gone for a couple hours and came back and said I wanted to exchange it so basically they stole some money from me employees are very rude and lets just say they steal

Was baaddd, they have a display on countertop with gallons for 25cts piece and they charge me regular price instead and I show them ...she only said .... oh that is wrong !!....well she post to respect what they advertise, I am very disappointed

At the age of 63, I still like to go there just for the fun of it and the workers are really nice people.

Halloween is overflowing at Party City. Great selection of items. After searching other stores, I found Fall theme cups here.

Pretty normal party city. Seasonal section in the front. My favorite part is the back wall with all the same props n things in every color.

With the huge amount of colors to chose from. The one color I wanted was maroon or wine. Which unfortunately they had none of. So no plates and napkins. But I did get everything else I neededThey do have to rearrange the check out lane. No way to get a walker or wheelchair thru the checkout line. Other than that I love the store

Typically party city has what I am looking for. Unfortunately, this Halloween was a different story. Although the young man that helped us was very nice and tried to find us alternate ideas.

Loads of stuff to choose from! A little on the pricey side. A lot of the costumes are poorly constructed so I strongly recommend trying things on before purchase. Steer clear of the black lipsticks. They dont work! It goes on like barely tinted chapstick! Staff are usually friendly and polite.

The staff was helpful and friendly and they had a large selection of costumes to choose from. Everything was very organized and easy to find

I went here to get Balloons for a friends birthday. After waiting forever to get my balloons I was handed a mess of strings but being that I was already running late I just went with it and left. The guy that tied my balloons didnt even make an attempt to tie them decently and by the time I made it to my car I lost 40% of the balloons. And its not that they flew away because I wasnt holding the strings, they detached from the strings and blew away. So I got a lovely balloon arrangement that was mostly missing but a nice pile of strings to go with it. I would have gone back in but I would have been late for work. Highly unimpressed.

Stopped by 20 minutes before they closed and the staff was super helpful. They got me what I needed for a birthday the next day and didnt make me feel rushed/bad for coming before closing.

Graduations, weddings, just parties I mean come on this place is called Party City!You can buy party bags balloons large quantities of anything for kids parties bowling parties you name it theyve got it all.

Wonderful place to shop. Crappie time of the year. Parents being annoying and letting theyre children run wild.

A little pricey but usually its the only store you need to go to for party supplies. They always seem to have the little odd and ends things you want.
