Today I had a issue but they were very professional and they helped me get it done at no extra costI will say that I always thought that they were good at what they do and never had anything to say what today was a scared and they end up fixing the problem I highly recommend no complaints

I don’t know anything about cars but I had to go get a part replaced and they were very nice about it and explained it to me, and they were super quick. They have a comfy waiting room if you have to wait a while too. Very nice people.

This used to be the place I would go to get my car done, I absolutely loved everyone there and the work they did was amazing. But not to long ago, my car was there and they had spilled soda in my car and did not even bother to wipe it up. It has now made it almost impossible to roll my windows up and down without the button sticking, sometimes it doesn’t even want to move, now making me take off the inside of my door to clean the buttons. Which really irritated me and I will not be coming back.

I keep a small fleet of trucks running for my business and g&m has worked on three of them. They do great work that lasts, theyre fast and generally nice people to do business with. Pricing is in line with market.

I have had my Bronco exhaust replaced and later changed mufflers to get a louder sound. Both times the work was performed on time and the quality was great. As far as pricing I felt like they were more than fair and again the fit and finish is awesome.

I took my vehicle about 2 weeks ago to check the brakes and on my way home my front passenger side tire almost came completely off the vehicle due to g&m people leaving the lug nuts loose so I lost 2 of them the other 4 almost came out as well while I was driving on the highway endangering the lives of my wife my 6 month old son and myself, thank God nothing happened to us.My advise to everyone thinking about going to G&M Express located in Holland MI stay away from that place or at least be EXTREMELY CAREFUL IF YOU DO

FIVE STAR REVIEW:☆☆☆☆☆10/28/2020 - G & M Express replaced the front break pads, and rotors, for my 2012 Chevy Cruze. As a first-time customer, with a pre-scheduled appointment, I was in, out, and on my way in less than 2 hours. G & M Express is one of the best, if not the best, auto repair shop, in Michigan! They provide honest, and fair service, with low-up-front pricing for men, and woman! G & M Express treats everyone like family.

I had 2 rear upper trailer arms bust. They were original ones... this doesnt happen often. So they were old . They recognized that it couldnt go on any lift or had to have support on rear wheels. I appreciate their attention to detail! Prices were very reasonable!

Found out about this place when I moved from Kzoo to Holland.. And now, even though I have moved back to Kalamazoo, I still return here for all of my car work! Very nice, friendly and inexpensive shop. I trust G&M more than any other mechanic shop I have ever been to!Also, its cheaper to get an oil change here than it is to do your own oil!

Very friendly serviceSo yesterday i went to G&M Express to fix a power steering leak. I was told my pump was bad so it was replaced only to drive it home, and power steering fluid was raining down under my car and it steered like a tank. Took it back to them only to find out that the new pump blew the rack that was still under warranty. My car was immediately brought in for warranty repair. Glen the owner didnt want to wait for the part to come to him so he personally went and picked it up. Now my car is fixed and i want to give the team at g&m express a huge thank you for getting my car back to me. They are a great place for anybody needing car repair.

So far G&M has done great work at a low price, in good time. Last visit i had my exhaust fixed and it only costed $50. This time when i went in for an estimate for abs issues the guys were very honest with me and they told me exactly what needed to be replaced and why, while saving me money.

Took my car in to have a noise fixed on the front end. They said they fixed it and charged me to fix it. Car wasnt fixed. Sound was still there. Owner tried to convince me it was my fault for suggesting it may be a certain part . (Im not a mechanic)I called trying to resolve the matter asking for a refund. They refused again blaming me . I then told them their 400lb mechanic broke my drivers seat. Owner said oh I dont know nothing about that.Told him Ill be calling a lawyer he said go ahead.They are very untalented, unprofessional,DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON

In response to this review:1st: I AM the mechanic that worked on your car, No I did not break your seat. The seat didnt move but ill tell you what, You get a seat and you bring it to me and i will spend MY time putting it in for you.2nd: The repairs that were done to the car are the repairs INSTRUCTED by YOU. We have told you on a couple of occasions that might not fix the problem but you insisted on the repairs anyway.I am sorry that the work YOU requested done did not fix the issue, I would suggest warrantying out the lower control arms that you replaced yourself which we told you in the beginning that could be the issue. (Just a FYI, YES New parts can go bad and could be defective)Anyway, Im sorry that you had a bad experience at our shop, On behave of myself and the shop we are sorry that we did the work you requested. Other than not being asked which price level of oil change I wanted (and receiving the most expensive). It was otherwise a positive experience.

G&M express does great work, I come here for every problem I have that they will fix. If not they kindly let you know they can’t do the work and will direct you to a nearby shop. My girlfriend went to the old leadfoot, they told her that her whole front differential needed to be fixed. I told her to come here to express. Turns out it was just the passenger side wheel bearing. Cost under 300 as opposed to the 1000 + that old leadfoot wanted. Express will always be my go to shop, and I will always recommend to people looking for work done on their vehicles. Lastly, everyone here is good people from glen to the back of the shop. Thank you GM express.

Ever since I moved to Holland in 2013 Ive gotten all oil changes and brake work done here, and I wouldnt go anywhere else. These good people are genuine, will give you a fair price, and are very trustworthy. I recommend them to anyone needing work, and if they dont do what you need then they will let you know of another good place that can take care of it.

Place is mostly for exhaust work. They do custom exhaust too. They also do oil changes and suspension work and brakes. Public bathroom and waiting room. They are very busy these days so you will most likely have to. Make a appt.Customer service is mostly good but can be a hit or miss. Gas station next door is good for food or drink if you get bored waiting.

My BMW sounded like a Datsun. I thought I would have to pay a fortune for the repair. Nope! Very affordable and quick. I have power again thanks to these guys.The staff was friendly and informative. I will definitely be using these guys on a regular.

These guys did me great for some extensive front end work.

Have always been treated to fast, reliable oil changed at a cheap price. They also found a major issue with my suspension that had been over looked despite being recently serviced by another garage. Their waiting room is not clean - has a garage feel, but they have plenty of seating if you need to wait.

Love G&M. Its the only place I go to for oil changes and have recently started using them for parts installation. Its consistently busy in their store, so dont be surprised if it takes a few calls for them to answer the phones.Edit:Went back them to look at a consistent squeak that we just couldnt figure out. The owner Glen took me back and showed me exactly where the problem was coming from and fixed it quickly. Class act group.

I would recommend their services to anyone who needs repair as far as suspension Muffler and Brakes are concerned. Other mechanics that they recommend are very good at their trades as well .
