Called looking for spark plugs and before the counter person let me off the phone he said let me make sure they are here before you drive down. And they were not there so he saved me a trip. Ordered them and had them in 2 hours. That is how service should be. Professional parts store. Yes it is a chain but it is a good one.

Very helpful staff! We have bought a couple of bulbs for our vehicles here and they installed them for us. One of them was quite challenging but they did it for us regardless! Much appreciated!

NAPA.. a trusted name in auto parts, who’s been around forever and many times have the part you need. Surprisingly even a random Euro oil filter ... Saved me from driving to GR to European parts store ... Only one draw back is their nearly “Banker” type hours. This particular NAPA has very knowledgeable staff and awesome customer service !! 👍🏼👍🏼

I pulled in with my 40 motorhome to swap out all my 3 house batteries that were still under warranty. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of.

Most of the time they what I need in automotive parts, and accessories!! Plenty of parking, and plenty of clerks, that wont keep you waiting!!! Also, lots of knowledge!!!

In terms of ranking between auto parts stores based on the cost of parts Napa comes in 3rd behind AutoZone, and OReilly. Advance Auto is the most expensive.

Have a diesel? and nobody else in towns other shops know anything? Then Napa is your place.
