Great experiences at this AutoZone. Staff is always friendly and give good recommendations. Helpful, too. Joe went beast mode and helped us get a stuck bolt free after we spent several minutes trying to get it loose. Great service.

I went in thinking I needed to replace the wiper transmission on my 2011 Malibu. I talked to Joe, who had a similar problem and suggested simply replacing bushings, which was exactly the problem, and it saved me $100! As somebody that doesn’t fix cars, this kind of suggestion goes a long way for me and I will definitely be using this store as my go-to in the future!

Love the Loan a Tool program! I had struggled for hours until I went down and got the proper tool. 20 minutes later, we were moving on to the next step of the repair. Im sure Id still be dirty and cursing if I hadnt been able to get access to the right tool for the job!Friendly staff, know their stuff, and always willing to answer a question or give a little advice.

No problem returning stuff, the problem is when you ask for their help, terrible service I never felt so much unwanted, if I have to explain how it was it’s one of the worst service I have ever received, very RUDE I already had this problem every time I go to this store, I usually don’t review in google and don’t care, I recommend the auto zone that is close to river st they at least try to help you, I ask some one if he is busy and the guy did not even look at me just he just said a straight crude and rude “YES!” Most of the teens there are extremely rude tooNEVER COMING BACK AGAIN, I will go to the River at or advanced auto(they have the best customer service ever )They also show me the oil filter number and expect me to remember all that, I ask him to write down for me and he got kinda mad, I was not able to find it and I ask the teen that I need help find it and he got more madThe only time I ever had a good experience is with the Mexican teen

I went in to ask a simple question about a part that goes onto my BMW I showed them pictures of the part that were on the car and they had no clue or any idea what it was or how to tell where it came from or anything even though I showed them in detail and specifically explain. I feel that if they are not educated then they are not essential for this specific job and they should not be employed if they only know the basics. There was no looking into it or anything like that. They just said sorry I cant help you and sent me on my way. I dont appreciate that and they get my parts wrong half the time anyway. The only guy that is ever been any good at that AutoZone was the Mexican guy with the really cool Silverado. He seemed to know what he was doing with the other guys there Dont Know Jack or at least not the ones Ive had the opportunity to speak with

This autozone is literally the worse. Everytime I go in to get a part, they give me the wrong part. Then they tell me they dont make my back breaks anymore and Id have to buy hubs for it because there systems dont even give them an option. But yet 4 other auto parts stores had my break pads. Calipers. So why would they say they discontinued my breaks?? Like really dude. Autozone on Chicago drive needs to get there things together because now Im not even going to bother with them. My dog knows more than anybody working there. Its not rocket science.

I usually you never go here and the day I do decide to go here I grab the item I needed and stood in line just like everybody else . for some reason the lady at the register with the blonde hair and the scarf decided she was NOT going to attend me. But attended the person who walked in? She might need another round of customer service training . corporate this is not a good look I would not have her in front. Not to mention her fellow employees noticed as well. I wont be back and I wont give a good word for this store either . Just be thankful I didnt catch your name because I would have called corporate.

Overall its a decent place. Some things are over priced. Some are decently priced. Either way, its still cheaper than paying a shop to do the work.

This is a nice location. There are lines some times but its really not a big deal. Employees are helpful and nice, especially Lou(not sure of the spelling).

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I admit Im a woman who knows very very little about the working parts of a car other than how to drive it. When my turn signal quit working they not only made sure I had the right light bulb but came out and put them in for me. That meant the world!

I have a love hate relationship with AutoZone. They have decent sales. But when you need something like an alternator their prices at times are double or triple the price you can get for the same part on line. Plus I dont like how they have changed their rewards program. Now I have to use my points within three months or loose them. They are trying to force you back into the store to buy more items before your points expire.

Staff really sucks in South Haven,, but Allegans staff are very pleasant! Comparable prices and quality parts!

They held a brake rotor we requested from another store. When we picked it up, she was friendly and helpful, reminded us to clean the oil off the rotor before installing so it wont damage the new pads. Quick service!

U need it, they got it.. great staff too very helpful and great service my bike broke down coming from the holland blessing and they were very helpful on getting me the parts my bike needed to get me back on 2s.. and for that you guys got 5 stars..👏👏

This is one of my go to AutoZones when I need parts for my vehicle. The guys and gals are knowledgeable and friendly, even though sometimes they are hurrying to get people their parts so they can get out of there.Everytime Ive called or gone in, they have had what I needed or were able to order it and get it in quickly.Great that they have loaner tools and free checks on batteries, starters, etc. too.

I picked out the wrong brake lights, and by the time I realized that I needed different lights, I had already thrown the receipt away. They gave me no problems about exchanging them for the ones I needed.

Never enough employees, long lines. They dont even have the proper equipment for testing altinators which they claim they can do. Ive gone there several times and have had more bad experience than good.

Guy told me hed take a look at my car to tell me whats wrong with it since it always died on me. Plugged something in & said he didnt see anything and that its probably my battery. So I traded in mine for a 140$ one he said I needed and the next day my car stalled at a stoplight because there was nothing wrong with my battery to begin with, it had a whole other problem. 🤷‍♀️ Tried to see if I could get my money back or something but unfortunately I cant even though I signed up for a warranty and everything. Money comes and goes but just goes to show they know nothing about cars so dont waste your time; last time Ill go there 👎🏼

Pleasantly surprisedI had a crazy day and walked in this store expecting the worst, but was pleasantly surprised!! I needed a battery for a keyless/remote/starter and was shown exactly what I wanted by the first employee available. They installed it after many people attempted to open the unit they did not give up! After getting the unit open, my luck in life showed a connection may have been broken, but with some rad tape and excellent customer service it works!!

Make sure you know exactly what you need, as the cashiers are not mechanics, and have no knowledge of auto repair. It also helps to speak Spanish at this location.

Very rude staff, got a new girl who was obviously still very green trying to help me. The total was not ending up right once I got everything I needed for my purchase. So she stepped away and one of her co workers stepped in with a huge attitude slamming my items on the counter and bossing me around like he was pissed off. Just very unprofessional and rude I did nothing to deserve this type of behavior from him. As he handed me my receipt he basically threw it at me and started telling me what the rebate was for but then said idk just take the rebate slip.... I will take my business else where!

I will never again shop at the Chicago Drive store. The two staff (one clerk, one manager) refused to replace the halogen headlight bulb I had just purchased, stating it was his right to refuse me, and when I got mad but calmly went to the counter to return the bulb so I could buy one elsewhere, the manager refused to do that too, telling me to come back tomorrow. Apparently visiting with their Spanish-speaking buddies, who were also crowding around the checkout counter when I was waiting to check out, was more important than good customer service.But instead of going to a competitor, I went to the James Street store. There I was treated with respect, and one of the managers (thanks, manager Jesus!) came out with me and got my headlight working without replacing it! He assured me that service is what they do and told me theyve received a number of complaints about the other store. He also gave me the regional managers name and number so I could lodge a complaint.

I came in no one was in line and waiting for 3 minutes then a worker by the name of rolando h. Taller gentle man yells at me and says the line is right there upon yelling at me he allowed 2 more gentlemen that just came into the store to go ahead in front of me. Said your rude for that not cool he continued to say you can leave the store door is right there pointing at it. Finally get scene by brittany to look up a brake light part very rude to say it really fast and not show me I had to ask twice becaue she was talking so fast. When i finally found the part because all she gave me was a number and had me find it on my own. I went up to pay and she says okay you can go now. Wow how rude of s place cant believe them to unprofessional workers that work at this place. Dont recommend for anyone

Unprofessional and unknoledgable . Not one person in there knew about brake lines. Went to Napa! Was brought behind the counter and was told to find the parts I needed.
