Helpful, friendly staff listened to what I needed and brought it to the counter. They even offered to install the wiper blade. I bought a wrong item, exchange was handled very politely and quickly.

Advance Auto Parts is an amazing place. I will go out of my way to go to this store over other places that are actually more convenient. I was looking for cabin filter and the other store tried 4 times to get it right, checking their inventory, special ordering 3 times, and making me wait for weeks. Not once were they successful and all I got was a merchandise card instead of my money back. Advance Auto Parts had the filter in stock, cheaper, and made sure it would fit. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and consistent.

Was charged for items i cancelled and never picked up. Disputed with credit card and manager made a receipt after the dispute saying i just picked the items up. Disputed with corporate office and received no response, never shopping there again scam artist. Sent all supporting documentation to corporate address certified return mail reciept and never heard from any one. Its only 90$ but that just absolutley made me furious. What is the appropiate contact? This is from last year

Wonderful service. My husband and I stopped in to get a muffler part and windshield wipers. The service was helpful and took the time to help us find the right hardware at the right price to install our muffler seal, along with an explanation of the available rebates and current deals for windshield wipers.

Ive been in here on more than a few occasions to get parts for one car or another and have always been greeted by polite and knowledgeable staff.Competitive prices and have always had the parts I needed, sometimes when the other part stores in the area dont.It depends on what parts store I go to sometimes, but theyre definitely worth checking out if you havent been here yet.

Love to shop online and pickup at this store. The staff is experienced guys who can answer most questions. They are car guys themselves so they have good insight and advise. Only ever had to make one return. A few years ago someone had returned a used shock in a new shock box, they were able to pull stock from a store 20 miles away so I could still get the job done the same day.

I had a headlight that went out on my vehicle.Although it is not part of their job and it being after 5:00 on New Years Day. They worked diligently to get my headlight working that had a poor connection. They pointed out the problem and gave me a referral to fix my connection issue. Rick and Nate went above and beyond to help. They gave me exceptional customer service. Thank you again for your help .

They dont stand behind their products. Bought a jack, second time I used it, it started to leak. Took it back to the store and they said they couldnt find it in their system and that I probably bought it from Wal-Mart. Wont be going back.
