Long story short called another glass company 3 days ago and they couldnt get the job done finally I call here and not only did they get it done the same day they did it with very little notice and even waited almost another hour for me because work ran late. Of course there was an extra charge but for what they are doing for me Im happy to pay it. It wasnt there fault. it was mine.

Reached out on September 7th to Paul as I was referred to him from a friend that spoke very highly of him. Sent him pictures and info of what I needed done. Didn’t hear anything from him. Reached out 2 weeks later. Still no response. Am I waisting your time or are you waisting mine.

This business does not care about its customers or it’s business. They would not return phone calls, and when I called back they would always tell me they were too busy to do my car. It was always next week, maybe, but they would not call. After three weeks I gave up. My advice, go somewhere where they care about your business.

I called this company because I was looking for replacement glass for my woodstove. I talked with Paul who was was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Woodstoves require very expensive heat resistant glass. I went to their place of business with the frame I needed to fill. The lady said I would have to drop it off for a few days. I explained I was from out of town. She directed me to Paul. He stopped working on the RV windshield he was replacing to help me. He told me to go get some lunch and come back. When I came back 90 minutes later the glass and gasket material were waiting for me. It took me two hours to install the glass because the asbestos gasket is tricky to install but this project turned out perfectly primarily due to the help I received from Paul. Glass Enterprise Auto Glass will be my first choice for all of my glass needs in the future.

Paul was very helpful with my glass for my boat. I live by Lake St.Clair and their in Holland, about 2 hrs from me. Glass Enterprise is more helpful the a company 5 mile from my house.

Great experience! Called the morning of letting them know I needed my windshield replaced. They’re were able to fit me in that afternoon and had it replaced within an hour. Overall it was a really quick fix and at a very reasonable price.

Wow talk about great customer service! They were booked for the day and I explained that I needed to head out of town early the next day and they got me in same day. I called a couple other places first and they wouldnt squeeze me in. Top it all off they had the best price too. The lady at the front desk was hilarious. Highly recommend them!

Have been dealing with all my auto glass needs here for a very long time, would highly recommend them for your needs as well.

I went in for a small crack in my windshield and was greeted by nice counter staff. She called for someone to give me an estimate. Followed the gentlemen out to my truck, he looked at the damage and says $50-60. Im happy and ask when can we do it. I figured I would have to schedule an appointment. He says he can fix it right now and it will only take 10-15 minutes. He grabs everything needed and is done promptly. Only charged me $35 and was quick and efficient. Definitely suggest and recommend them to anyone. It was also the owner who helped me. The repair is still holding perfect. Thanks again Glass Enterprise!

Took my 2006 Honda Accord in reasonable prices (cheapest quote I received and called over 10 places!) Friendly staff made me feel welcomed. I showed up early and they took my car with no problems. They did an excellent job replacing the windshield in my truck. They had the exact Ford product, not a repop. In and out in just under 45 minutes.

I needed my car windshield replaced for my Honda CR-V 2001. They said it will cost me $170 to get it replaced. I called them again to confirm the price and they said its $185 with tax included. So I made an appointment for today and after my car windshield got fixed, they charged me for $192.38. I dont get it. Im so upset to how dishonest they are. The older lady that helped me today, was not very friendly. Shes rude. Im very disappointed. Also, my rear-view mirror is ruined.

I called and spoke with Paul on the phone, who was very kind. I walk in and the receptionist is so rude to me. I explained that I talked to Paul on the phone to which she stared at me. Didnt say anything but was looking at me, waiting for me to say something? I dont know... Paul fixes my windshield, and he was kind; the job was done well. But waiting in there with this lady who seems new or clueless? Two other customers came in the meantime. She didnt know where their keys were, or one of them, the vehicle itself! I go to cash out and she doesnt say a word. She even answers the phone and ignores me as Im standing there with my checkbook.Though Paul was great, I dont think Ill bring any business there again. Receptionists are your first and last impressions of a business. I suggest they hire someone A LOT more in tune with the business.

Would like to give this company a big thank you. When my rear window shattered out of nowhere I was pretty much in need of instant repair. I called many places in the area and they were the only ones that could get me in same day and at a very affordable price.Next day I noticed leaks and the defroster grid wasnt connected. Turned out the leak was my washer fluid pipe but they did connect the defroster grid and even fixed the washer fluid tube.This company gets my 100% satisfaction. Im very happy with the service they offered.

Prices seem competitive per verbal quote, but they need a new customer service rep who handles the phone. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

They did what no other glass place could do. I have a 06 Roadtrek Camper Van with a broken out window that was not replaceable by the manufacturer. I had another glass company fix it, and it looked terrible they used plastic lexan and screws. Paul ordered the correct tinted temped glass, rebuilt the frame of the window and installed the glass. It looks seamless and factory. Other Glass companies I took this to just said NO. Both times I was out there I saw older expensive high end classic cars, and hot rods that he was working on. If the owners of these cars trust Paul to work on them, it shows that he takes care and has the talent to work on anything. So thank you for a job well done.

They are very disorganized. I had been referred to them to get my passenger side mirror replaced. When I called, I explained the mirror had been pulled out and the inside motor needed to be replaced as well. They said they would call me when the part came in. Never got a call, so when I called to follow up, they said oops sorry we forgot! I try to schedule an appt, they said no just stop by, it will take 10 mins. So I stop by, and nope they can’t do it because it’s going to take a few hours with the motor..... I tried to tell you this in the beginning! So then I tell the guy okay, I will drop my car off Friday evening so he can work on it Saturday and I will stop by around 12 to pick it up. Guess what?! Car not done and the guy isn’t even there today! Wow! I get a call and guess what? He forgot again....Worst service I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!

I dropped off my bow window to my boat on monday June 3rd and paul told me it would be done a week later. Now I call and its June 24 3weeks later and its still not done and paul has today off. So disorganized and not customer driven. And the old lady on the phone chuckled and thought it was funny.i will never refer anyone to this place

They were very helpful and friendly, we just had to reschedule our window replacement t because he window hadnt been delivered but when we did get it replaced they did a great job.

Vandals broke both my car mirrors along with other things glass enterprise was fast fixed the mirrors quickly drove in 30 mins before closing and they still took my car in and fixed the mirrors . very reasonable rates and friendly service people.

My windshield was damaged the week of Thanksgiving and I needed it replaced ASAP since I was driving to Florida the following Monday. Called several area businesses and none could fix it in time except Glass Enterprise. They got me in first thing Friday morning and took less than hour to fix it. Even took my oil change sticker off the old windshield and placed it on the new. Very friendly too.

Im very upset with the job they did with our vanity mirror .The repair was done wrong so we got charged extra for the mistake. They ordered wrong side replacement mirror for our piece to begin with . Then re ordered it and fixed it but didnt put the hinges on the piece and wouldnt stand behind there work and make it right. Im upset with the job they did .
