Every time I go there they exceed my expectations! Dave, Amanda and Jessica takes care of nitty-gritty of all the jobs on my vehicle! Right from the moment the vehicle is checked in to pickup they keep me informed on important updates, reminders and the whole team takes time to explain each and everything in the process. Im very pleased with them! Dave looked into every detail and did fair and reasonable estimate and assessment on the work needed on my car! They are to the point and professional. We have had the unfortunate need for auto body work a few times. Their customer service performance is the most professional with the best quality workmanship of any auto repair shop I’ve ever used.The quality of the work is wonderful. Their cost estimate is mostly accurate. “Mostly” because unexpected additional damage may be detected in the course of repair. In that case they deal with the insurance company...we don’t have to. Additionally, car rental is included. The rental car has always been ready at the time of our appointment for repair.The parts are in stock by the time of the repair appointment. The work has never taken more than 3 days, often less. We have always been very happy with the work and it is backed by a solid warranty.If we need repair we just take it to Auto Expert’s, get the quote and schedule the repair. I have checked them with other bids in the past but no longer do so because I can depend on the repair time frame and quality. Larry W.

After some icy roads left me with some rear damage, I wanted to get it fixed. And being a 2017 Benz, quality was a priority. My insurance mentioned they have had good experiences with Auto Body Xperts. It was a good choice. The people were nice and easy to talk to. They took care of the loaner car while my car was being worked on. Kept me updated on the work progress and when it was done, I couldnt even tell anything had happened to it. Stopped in a half hour before close for a pretty startling noise my car was making. The owner right away took a drive with me and gave me some peace knowing I would be able to make it home because it wasn’t as dangerous as it sounded. He was honest and genuine in trying to help me regardless of making money, in my frantic state. Definitely a trustworthy shop all about customer service.

Really nice job with the repair. Our vehicle is 12 years old so I was concerned about the paint match. Despite the age, their match was spot on.At the time of pick-up, my vehicle had been detailed both inside and out. I really appreciated that - especially in the winter.Also received periodic updates via text on repair status. This was helpful from a planning perspective.Staff was pleasant and professional to work with.

I would not recommend this location of Auto Body Xperts. They didnt complete the job as expected. My vehicle was vandalized and there was still a deep scratch left behind. Go elsewhere where you get what you pay for. Im definitely not happy with the service. I did leave a 5 star review at first, that quickly changed when noticing the left behind scratch and after contacting the shop.

Slight delay in getting loaner vehicle and day late of predicted repair/return date of car but was always kept in loop as to why/when job would be finished.

Great customer service and honest quote

I went in to get an estimate for some damage due to backing into a pole. I was expecting to pay what it normally costs for these things, but the gentleman fixed it to my satisfaction on the spot and buffed out the paint from the pole. When I asked what it cost, he said nothing, just remember us if you have a future need and I will. (NOTE: I wasnt fussy about having it back to new, but it was definitely acceptable to me and made my day.)

They do very thorough and detailed work on auto-body repairs. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my case of CDs in one of their rentals, called 5min up the road to tell them about this, and when I arrived back at the shop, magically they disappeared. Of course I signed something stating that they werent responsible for any property I left in the vehicle. Just be sure you have Everything before returning a rental!

Great body shop. If you get into an accident, i would recommend going here. I got in an accident a few years ago. The staff helped arrange a rental car to be dropped off and kept me up to date on the repairs. The waiting room is nice with snacks and drinks available.

This is the only place Ill ever bring one of my vehicles. This was my first experience with them and I was completely blown away!I brought my car in with the back window shattered(it broke while I was driving, not a crazy ex or something lol). They were super busy but quickly got my car wrapped up and contacted hertz for a rental bc mine was undrivable.They kept me in the loop on estimates and repair time frame. Had my car towed there for repair. Insurance company totaled our car. We bought the car back from the insurance company. The car was released to us. Made a visit on Friday morning to ask that they put the car outside the gated lot. They assured us this would happen. When our towing company came to pick up the car on Saturday it was locked behind the gate. It was their “honest” mistake that they forgot to put it outside the gated lot so we did not have access to the car. Now we have to pay twice for a towing company and rent a car for another week or two until it can be repaired. We were not making unreasonable requests. We only asked that they pay for half the towing charge. They stated “we didn’t make any money on your car so why would we do anything to help you”. Really??? My car would have been fixed and drivable if it wasn’t for your “honest” mistake? I totally understand that mistakes happen, but the way our concern was handled is totally unacceptable. This has cost us a lot of extra expenses. We will NEVER use or recommend this business to anyone. I can guarantee you have lost more than one customer.

I took my 2013 Cadillac ATS in for repairs at Auto Body Xperts from scuffs and scrapes that occured during transport from Florida to Michigan. Auto Body Xperts estimated a week for repairs but it took them 3 weeks. When I went to pick up my Cadillac from Auto Body Xperts one of their employees left with my car keys so I couldnt even leave. The car had paint runs, fish eyes, rubbing compound all over, horrible scratches, buffer burns and holograms on every body panel that Auto Body Xperts tried to repair. I spoke with the manager multiple times about the poor quality work Auto Body Xperts performed on my vehicle and he assured me they would fix their mistakes. I gave Auto Body Xperts the opportunity to fix their mistakes and when I picked up my Cadillac the second time there was still paint runs, fish eyes, scratches, swirl marks, dirt in the paint and holograms on my vehicle. My Cadillac looked 10x better before I brought it to Auto Body Xperts for repairs. I gave Auto Body Xperts a second chance to fix their mistakes and they were either incapable of fixing the original damage they caused or didnt care to take the time required to fix it right the second time. I have had many sleepless nights from this incident and they have yet to fix their mistakes.Why would my insurance company pay to fix your mistakes? I brought my vehicle in a second time so you could fix your mistakes and even pointed out all the runs, fish eyes, dirt in the paint and holograms that was caused by the poor quality repairs that Auto Body Xperts techs performed to my Cadillac!

Took a while to get my car back, as well I know its a new car. The time it took wasn’t the worse, but not the best either. But recieving my car, when I was told it was ready, the headlights didn’t turn on, and had to drop the car back off again to get that fixed. However, even though the car looked nice in the shade, they put on a bunch of minor scratches and swirls, including halograms onto the paintwork. These are due to improper washing, and polishing. I also just got my car detailed before the car was brought in, it had little no swirls and scratches, except for one deep scratch, before the accident, and most of the paint still had no scratches post accident, besides the spot that got hit. Especially didn’t have any halograms for sure. But overall, I was happy to have my car back, but not happy on how the paint came back to be. I didn’t bring my car in to come back with scratches and halograms. Hopefully they will learn how to properly wash and polish the car in the future. I hope they will be willing to fix these mistakes.
