I had an AC drain plug up and water from the unit went into my vehicle. There was enough water coming from the unit that it filled the battery well in the floor thats behind the passenger seat. To get there it went under the carpet so the underside of of my cars carpet got saturated with water. I tried explaining this to the tec but it seems all he heard was water leak and wet carpet. So the fix was to take it to the detail shop and steam clean the surface and extract that water. Ive got to say, the carpet looks pretty nice, but if you press down on the carpet you can hear water in the underlayment. I was able to feel the underlayment of the carpet and I can squeeze water out of the underlayment.So, since I was able to use insurance coverage for this theyll get paid, so theyre set, but even when I spoke with the tec I had a sense that anything done was going to involve the minimal effort on Elharts part.So there you have it. Ive had work done with Elhart before and it met expectations and was good. I guess this the same kind of experience; because after trying explain the issue, and getting a response from staff, I guess in a way, they met the expectations they gave me on how they were going to fix the problem. Lessons Learned....keep checking other sources.....!!!We worked on our communication breakdown and the problems were solved. The staff reached out to me and we made arrangements for repair work to be done. I had access to a rental vehicle while the work was done as well, and I received my car back in good condition. I need to change my🌟. rate to 5...the company stepped up to the plate and made it work.Thank you to the staff of Elhart Collision.

Had a little fendor bender this winter. Brought my vehicle here for repair. Was a great experience all around. They even performed a detail on the inside or our car. Cody and the team were great to deal with.Keep it up!

My vehicle was getting repaired here for about 1 month. It was behind on the original estimated date of 2 weeks but I hadrental coverage so I was in too much of a hurry. Everything was going great until I went to pick up my vehicle. No one told me my gas was on Empty!! I couldnt even warm up my truck in 20 degree weather! I went inside and asked if my truck was on empty when it arrived because I had just filled it up prior to the accident it was in before getting towed here. I was told it did arrive on empty and it kept dying when the mechanic(s)would turn it on so apparently they had to put gas in a couple times? My Insurance was billed almost $8,000 and I couldnt even get enough gas in to make it home safe or even have a piece of mind to make it to the gas station!!!!! I have 2 year old twins that I luckily didnt bring with me when I picked up my truck. When I noticed my truck was on E it did not even give me a range of miles that I had because it was so low! I quickly turned off my vehicle and went inside to the receptionist and had mentioned to her worried that I did not have any gas in my vehicle. She then replied theres a gas station down the street. I thought this was very inappropriate and unprofessional for such a large and respectable business. She obviously did not care if I ran out of gas or not. It was about 1:30 on a Friday and freezing and I was not wanting to get stuck on the side of the road. I also had a few scratches on my taillight that were not there prior to the accident. My liftgate was louder than usual when it fully opened. I was told that these issues would get looked at but I never heard anything back for Cody. I would have given 5 stars for their services but how they didnt even give me that piece of mind on getting home safe was not their priority! Im really disappointed in Elhart Collision.

Feb 8th 2020 we got into an accident and my first thought was to bring it to a dealer. Here we are in July after our vehicle has been to the dealer 2 more additional times. They billed our insurance company for repairs that were never made and I have solid proof of this since I had another auto body facility inspect the vehicle and that’s when we were notified of the faulty repairs made by this dealer. Needles to say the rear passenger door still touches the front door when you open it. As of July 2020 I decided that I’m not bringing it back anymore. The collision center is a complete joke and they don’t return any phone calls. In my opinion if you bill the insurance company for work not performed I think the correct word to use for this is called fraud.

Its never fun having to bring a vehicle in for body work but Cody and the fine folks at Elhart were great to work with and patient as we worked together to get things done. Final result had the truck looking brand new, on time and for what was quoted.They were even able to handle a quick add-on service when I went to pick the vehicle up. Great staff and while I hope not to need body work anytime soon I know where Ill be going if I need to!

I hit a deer driving home from work. The deer was no match for my GMC Denali, but it did damage the front end. I bought the vehicle at Elhart GMC and had the repair work done there. Brittany and Cody were great. I couldnt be more happy with their service and the work done and even got the vehicle back one day earlier than expected. Thanks Elhart! (Joel)

I highly recommend Elhart Collision! Jessica and Cody made my experience exceptionally smooth and seamless. I had such a busy day when my car was damaged. Cody did my estimate quickly, while still making sure I understood everything. Jessica helped me with my insurance details and got me into a rental and on my way in no time at all. After the service I received here, I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else. Having car rental onsite is such a bonus!

I was involved in a car accident on 02/14/2020 which was a very stressful situation. I had my car towed to your collision department, in which I was contacted by Cody Vandam right away. He was very knowledgeable, comforting, and helped everyway possible. Yesterday 02/25/2020 I went to retrieve my items from the car at which time the most important thing was my 10 yr olds CD which was in the player. ( shes been through 2 heart surgeries this year) and she loves this CD, it comforts her. It wouldnt come out:( I was devastated! Cody came out with a battery charger however couldnt get the hood open due to the accident. He spent about 20 mins trying and said, Dont worry, we will get it out and HE DID :) it was a small gesture to him I am sure, but the world needs more people like him. It meant so much to my daughter. We just cant thank him enough. He is a major asset to your team!!! Thank you Cody, and thank you Elhart for all you do! We have had a very difficult year and just a small thing from such wonderful people make a HUGE difference

I give 10 stars for Ehlhart service and collision. Cody and his staff just repaired my GMC Terrain. It is beautiful. Both service and collision really take care of you. I wish I would have bought the car thru them and not Wenzel.The Ehlhart group even fixed my car when wenzel group told me they couldnt that it was the nature of the beast.Thank you to all the staff at Ehlhart in Holland Mi

Questionable quotes and price changes without communication to me.Added interior detailing (cleaning service) while my vehicle was receiving collision service.Detailing was inferior - windows streaked and dashboard not cleaned. Damaged a front headlight, but not willing to repair the light. Not a positive experience. Staff unprofessional on the phone and in person - spent lots of my time time listening to them talking about food and their next meal

I purchased a new 2012 elantra from Skye - he was so nice and responive in telling my husband and I about the car. However, 8 weeks later I was in a car accident. The Elantra saved my life and we went right back to Skye and purchased another. Syke and Dan were perfect to work with and worked on time with the insurance company to make sure I another brand new 2012 elantra as soon as possible!
