Made appointment for service, dropped quad off several days early. Had a check engine light on, speedo didnt work and ran rough. They called and said it needed a full service and new air filter, they found the speed sensor was dirty and had cleaned it. I agreed to the service. They also changed the spark plugs I had just put in prior to bringing it in. Called and said it was ready and running good. I asked if they test drove it. Said they would. Picked it up, did a test ride around the farm. Speedo quit working and check engine light was on after less than a mile ride. Called and left a voicemail that is promised to be returned before end of business... Must be working late tonight. Basically got a $300+ oil change.
Talked to them on the phone and they said that my parts would be there today. Not so much. Got a lame song and dance. Went to Village Motorsport of Grandrapids. Much better.
Dropped off an atv I just bought from a family friend. Told them to go threw it and tune it up and replace any screws or anything missing. Im up north trail riding and I go to clean the air filter and their is only 1 out of 3 screwed in. So dirty air has been getting sucked threw those holes.

I made an appointment to drop my bike off a month out, dropped it off on the scheduled morning, didnt hear anything for a week, called and said that he will get right on it. Few days later i picked up the bike and paid my bill. Instead of rewiring a sensor for me like we discussed, the worker taped it up and said its good to go. The owner did eventually return my money but what a hassle for a simple fix. The communication was awful and the service is the worst Ive experienced. I even had a few friends say the sales service has been bad as well as of within the last few months. Ill take my toys to performance motorsports next time, they seem more dedicated to their service.

The whole team at Village MotorSports are the best. Their customer service is nothing like what we receive in most places these days. They went out of their way from finding the equipment we wanted to fixing a manufacturing problem that was no fault of their own. Highly recommend them from the sales rep Brock for purchasing, service manager, Will, for his handling on our problem, the parts department for getting our additional parts quickly to the gentlemen who picked up and returned our 6x6 Can-Am Defender. Shane is very thorough and prompt whenever I had questions on anything. The experience was very quick and actually enjoyable. It only required minimal paper work. My experience was so good that I decided to pull the trigger on a spring order 2017 Freeride 137 for myself Village Holland was the place I would do business with. Disappointing to say the least. Went in today all intentions of purchasing a new side by side. They couldn’t be bothered to let me test drive the vehicle making up excuses claiming first cash deposit 500$ or fill out credit app. I offered credit app they said they have no idea how long to get a response come back Saturday. This was New Year’s Eve during the day they simply didn’t want to work. Happy to take my business elsewhere. Brock Neesom more interested in finishing his lunch than selling me a utv.

Just dropped off my seadoo to get winterized tried calling the service department a bunch of times and left messages never would get back to me finally went there and called right before I came and watch the dude ignore my phone call sitting at the service department desk!! Doing nothing so if youre trying to call to get any service done dont even bother cuz they wont even pick up the phone!!!! Or call you back! Ask him just to look at my gauge cluster to double check it wasnt working on my seadoo since it was there to be winterized and he said you couldnt do it because its not newer than a 2010 he wouldnt even look at it for me even though it was there or talk about it Ive been taking my stuff here for a while and used to be good now they wont even pick up the phone!
I had to purchase some oil for my 2017 Sea Doo 4 Tec. I had to change the oil while the jet ski was on the beach because the engine was hydro locked. I went first thing on Monday, July 6th (since it was closed 4/5) and told them make and model and they sold me the oil and filter I (supposedly) needed. I changed the oil 4 times to get the water out, then took it to my local (Metro Detroit) dealership to check things (after I got it running and off the beach). The dealership in Detroit area called and told me I was sold 2 stroke oil (instead of 4 stroke). Village Motor Sports SOLD ME THE WRONG OIL Not the end of the world, I called them (spoke with Will who said he was the GM) and said he’d make it right. I just asked for a refund for the oil that was wrong. (Not the $200 extra it cost to flush the wrong oil out). I’ve left him 3 voicemails and he hasn’t called back. So much for lip service. I thought it was reasonable to ask for a refund. Instead they’ve ignored me. Very unfortunate they can’t help make effort to resolve my concern. Bad service.
So I was headed to this dealership to buy an ORV sticker on Wednesday. I had to make a Michigan left to get to the dealership. I was using a new trailer to haul my Can Am atv, and didnt realize how unstable it was while making a turn. Long story short, it tipped over with my atv strapped on and both were upside down on the shoulder of the highway, directly in front of their store.Desperate to get this turned back over and off the road, I walked over to the dealership, and found someone in service to see if they could use the fork truck to set back over and bring it in. He told me he would get with someone. I then see someone get on the fork truck, and spend 5-10 minutes moving things around. I track down a second person to ask for help, only to have him disappear as well. you could literally see my accident from their shop door. I waited another 5 minutes with no one coming to my aid. I walked back to my truck, and thankfully two great individuals stopped to help, and already had it flipped back over, and were strapping the atv back down. I was ignored by dealership staff for over 20 minutes in an emergency situation. Had they come to help me, they would have minimally gotten the service repair (probably close to 3 grand, as the parts I added up are over $2200, or they may have had the chance to sell another machine. Despite wanting to haul this any further after that miss hap, I was damned if I was going to give them my business as they didnt act like they wanted it. I hauled this out of my way to take and leave at another dealership (Peacock LTD in Baldwin) rather than go there. I even tried to call for the general manager in Grand Rapids only to get put into a phone loop to express my concerns with that staff. Definitely will never even consider this place again
Great experience buying parts for my motorcycle. Staff was very helpful making sure i have every thing i need. Only downside to buying parts from a dealer is the incredibly high price compared to aftermarket online parts.

These guys found me a pretty rare 2016 Victory Magnum X1 Stealth in a hurry. They beat a competitive offer by a reasonable amount. The bike is Awesome! Their service department has been great thus far. The General Manager has been very accommodating seeing I have been having issues finding the proper bars for my body type and am not the easiest of clients.
Bought my Canam Ryker back in January. Paid in full cash. They messed up paperwork with SOS. I’m still waiting on my License plate and registration. They continue to give BS excuses. Over 90 days without my property. My bike has to sit. No reimbursements. Nothing. Worst experience ever! I paid in full and have been treated like it’s a joke. Will never recommend them to anyone. Poor quality service. Buy somewhere else.

I would like to accurately rate this place. Looks very nice on the inside. I just spent 15 minutes standing inside seeing employees. However, no one acknowledged me or spoke to me the entire time. I was interested in purchasing a personal watercraft but since I could not get help I am going to head somewhere else. Im driving to Babbitts in Muskegon I guess

We originally contacted Village Motorsports in May, just to inquire about the 2017 Polaris Ranger XP 1000. Loved that they were willing to answer all questions without being pushy. We purchased our Ranger in July, and wouldnt change a thing the ride is amazing. We dealt with Ian and Shane and wouldnt hesitate to go back to them again in the future. Since we got our Ranger we have family members who will be visiting them as well.
I bought a 2007 Suzuki Boulevard from Jordan. I wanted to have a windshield put on before I picked it up. Jordan made sure that it got done right away and then made sure I got the bike delivered before the weekend.Everyone at Village Motorsports did a great job.

I have wanted a dirt bike since I was 8 years old. At age 22 I walked into the Holland Village Motorsports just looking and dreaming about buying a dirt bike. I never though that I would be able to purchase a dirt bike. A salesman by the name of Ian Fowler took time to go through pricing with me on a bike he felt would be the perfect fit for me. Being a person who has never owned a dirt bike he took the time to go through every small detail of the bike with me. And he took the time to answer EVERY question I asked. I have NEVER received such amazing customer service.!! I walked out that day only to come back 20 minutes later to put a down payment on the bike. I can proudly say that I am a new owner of a 2012 Yamaha TTR125. That is because Ian not only took the time to explain everything to me, he made is possible for me to own my first dirt bike. ALL STAFF at Village Motor sports are extremely HELPFUL. As soon as you walk in someone will greet you with a smile! Being a girl and owning my first dirt bike I was a little worried about how I was going to do maintenance on the bike. Aaron the manager of the Parts department assured me that I can contact him with any questions about maintenance for the bike. He made me feel confident in knowing that if anything goes wrong I can call him and he will help! I am so thankful for all the time and effort the guys at Holland Village Motorsports put into making it possible for me to own my first dirt bike!!! Friendly staff upfront. Had my quad fixed here last winter for a broken shifter. Required a transmission rebuild cost me over 1,000$. Within months of having it fixed I noticed the shifter was slipping again which was the initial problem I brought it in for. When I called the shop within months of having it fixed stating the same problem was recurring, I got a hard time because it already had been a couple of months since the repair, despite the fact I had hardly used it. Long story short, shifter broke again and my quad is sitting in my garage non-operational.

One Saturday afternoon I was calling some local shops to get pricing and availability on a 2016 Can-Am Maverick XRS Turbo. I called around to 4 shops, and Ian from Sales didnt hesitate to match the lowest price that was offered from another dealer. Purchased a 2012 Kymco UXV 500i, when I went to the dealer with my son who was buying a new polaris, the salesman Paul Sake was accommodating and knowledgeable. Im very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend the dealer, the parts department was great also.
Understaffed, it took my over a half an hour to get checked out when I had ordered my parts ahead of time on the phone, overall knowledgeable staff that is very helpful.

First thing that needs to be said is this is not where I purchased my Spyder and yet their service was impeccable!Took my Spyder to Village Motorsports of Holland, MI for what I thought was same minor warranty work. Frunk was getting water in it, air compressor cycling too often in 1 sec burst, and a ticking noise like an ignition wire short, but the bike didnt have a miss.Frunk seal was replaced, and still had a small leak due to an accessory plug where the battery tender wire ran through. that they tracked down and repaired. Air system had a hose with a small pinhole in it which was ordered and replaced, compressor was checked, and system was re-calibrated through the BUDS system.A purge valve was making the clicking noise, it was ordered on and hoped to have it on for me to get the bike back for the weekend. The part was delivered to the wrong company to disappear into a black hole somewhere never to be found.I received an update from he service manager telling me that the part would have to be reordered Monday, however if I needed the bike for a planned ride over the weekend, they would reassemble it for me and I could take it and bring it back Monday. I knew that this would create a large amount of extra work for them so I declined. (but how many dealers would have even offered?)A new part was ordered again and overnight-ed to the shop, they received it yesterday afternoon. I told them I was having withdrawal symptoms and really NEEDED to pick the bike up last night. Jason the service manager and a couple of the mechanics worked until after their closing time, and then waited for me to arrive to pick it up after they got it completed.Total cost to me was $0.00Wife and I put on a little over 100 miles Tues. night and all is great.Thanks Jason and the crew at Village Motorsports of Holland, MI!!!!
If there was a rating for absolutely sucking at their job I would give it to these people. I dropped of my motorcycle to get a them to fix a spark plug. It took them a month and a half to actually get to it and every time I called they told me it was gonna be done tomorrow. For 6 weeks I went through this song and dance. And once they fixed it, it didnt work and they said it would be 1000$ to make it run! I am working on getting it back which in itself is a process (figures). So all said and done I have a bike that doesnt run and I am out 200+ dollars! Talk about sucking in epic proportions..

I just purchased a Sea-Doo Spark 2-Up with a Rotax 900 HO ACE engine from Village Motorsports in Holland and couldnt be happier! I called their competitors first for quotes (Fox Powersports) and then called Paul Sake, my sales consultant at Village Motorsports. Paul gave me a MUCH better deal without any hassle. He had exactly what I wanted in stock, took my deposit over the phone, and I came in to pick it up, the whole process was almost as simple as ordering drive through at McDonalds! Paul had the paperwork ready to sign, took me out to show me the Sea-Doo and explain how to operate it, and I was off for an afternoon of fun in the sun! Ive purchased snowmobile helmets from Village Motorsports as well and had the same friendly experience, I would highly recommend purchasing from them!
