A store I have been visiting religiously since I was a child is on the slow decline into oblivion. Although they boast a wide selection in all categories of crafts and art I find the picking slim these days. Still a great shop indeed but consider elsewhere for specific needs.

The staff there was nice and had very nice supplies for cheap! Was very nice.

Hobby Lobby is better, has more selections, so glad Michaels lost my info to savings I left 50.00 dollars of goods on their counter and they sent me to Hobby Lobby !!!!

I wanted to go get marker pens for Calligraphy, I wanted all of the colors they had.. but they didn’t have a bulk pack.. just like 15 (ish) packs of 10. So I wanted one of each pack but they each had a lock on them with a note that said you had to ask for assistance. I ask the lady if I can have one of each and she rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything, she acted like it was such an inconvenience that she had to unlock each one. (I’m not the one who put the locks on them) Then I get up to the front to check out, and the total comes to just under $900 and I wanted to pay majority of it in cash before swiping my card. The cashier who was very sweet but clearly nervous to call the manager for help, had to call for a bill check since I was paying with big bills. Once again, the same lady comes up and she’s holding each of the $100 bills up to the light being SO dramatic acting like I came in with fake cash or something. The amount of time she spent “checking the bills” was absolutely ridiculous. She was SO rude to us in there. The rolling eyes, not speaking to us at all besides when she said “Oh, actually I have to take those to the front.” After she handed me a stack of the markers while we were in the back.Normally this isn’t the location I would typically go to, but I’m always in michaels buying a lot of stuff! It’s unfortunate that the manager at this location treats customers so poorly.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I always get the cashier that loves scanning hundreds of DMC floss at a time. :)

The closest Michaels near me, is about 2 hours away. I was ready to spend thousands lol. Unfortunately, everything I was looking for, they were currently out of. It happens. No problem. The staff was so apologetic that I had no problem with that. Employees have great personalities and wonderful attitudes.

Wonderful craft store with good prices on some items. Depending on what you are looking for, this is a good place to start!You can also keep an eye open for their coupons that help you save even more money!

This was my first time ever to step foot into this building. I was impressed with the layout my daughter was able to find everything she needed right away (this was her first time here too). I found a few reason that might bring me back i just need to figure out if i have time for extra stuff right now.

Limited supply of pumpkins! In fact, there were 2 in the whole store!

Someone needs to get on those carts you have Stat! I went through 6 carts, all which squealed at an intolerable decibel level! I could hear others pushing their cats around and those were squealing as well. The 7th and 8th cart I picked were the smaller ones, both with bad wheels and super hard to push.

Always buy more than I need from here. Something new todo everyday.

I like Michaels but they have stopped carrying my favorite yarn, & tonight I found that they no longer had their large display of baskets......disappointing.

Love this store. They have all kinds of brands and prices are typically lower than Joanns. The only thing I dont enjoy about this specific store is that it feels messy. That might be because its so small and they try to cram all that cool stuff in it. The staff is nice too, clearance is not impressive.

One of the more relaxing experiences Ive had. Customers and 2 employees I spoke to were very nice. Customers respected each others space. If I go back I will try to know better what I need though. Felt guilty when I saw the line that had formed outside. There wasnt one when I went in, Ive only been out a couple of times, and I forgot that stores limit the number of shoppers. Wasnt in there long, but still.

Kat in the framing department made a big impression on us. She was engaging, interested, and seemed to love her job. Kat has very good customer service. She helped us find the perfect matte and frame for a special photo of an incredible piece of art our friend had made us. It’s always wonderful to encounter young people that are engaging and know how to speak to the public.

Great back to school sales, love that there is a way to donate actual items to the Boys and Girls Club versus just giving cash- it makes it fun to actually know what youre donating. Syd was very helpful when I needed assistance finding an item. Also, great coupon opportunities!

Ordered something online and decided to do store pickup. There wasn’t an option to go in and get it, only curbside pickup which was fine. She came out after about 10 minutes of waiting after I called to let them know I was there and asked me to roll down the window which I though was because the items were large. She hands over the items and adds “just so you know we ask that you roll down your back window or open your trunk so we can place it in”. Then walks away making hand gestures and muttering to herself. No where did it say that and she did not tell us on the phone or before she handed us the items. Sorry that I did not know how curbside pickup works in covid times. I thought it was super rude and would have followed whatever guidelines if I had been told them.

Excellent craft store. I bought a planner that was on clearance. Great buy! They have some cute planner stuff. Some of which I bought also on clearance. I love my new planner. If you have an item that is full price, newspapers have a coupon for 40% off a regular price item also you can get the coupon sent to your email, the coupon is on the app, or just login your Michaels website and you should be able to get it there also. Great coupon to use if you have a expensive item to purchase. There is also coupons for framing too.

This is my local craft store (I wont shop at Hobby Lobby because I dont support their political affiliations). Michaels has top brand products interspersed with their own brand stuff, which may not be as top notch, but is still fine. Will definitely be back.

This location is amazing! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I went in looking to buy 15 skeins of yarn for a few blankets and the employees were incredibly helpful, grabbing them from backstock, showing incredible patience when I realized I had to change my design, and helping apply coupons. I can’t say enough good things about this store and the actions of the employees have made it an easy choice to return here over other stores for future projects.

Just like any other Michaels, BUT the staff here are so so friendly and helpful. I am a frequent shopper here and am always 100% pleased with any interaction with the staff. They are quick to help you find what you need and helpful when checking out to make sure you have the best coupons you can!

I was chased around the store by an employee telling me to pull my mask up and that I shouldn’t be in the store! I was feeling faint and light headed so I would pull my mask down a bit when not near people. This was very stressful to have an employee yelling and following me around the store!!! I’ll never go back. I prefer Hobby Lobby more anyway.

We were in the store for 12 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged our presence. Nobody asked us if we needed help. I sought out an employee and had one turn and go the opposite direction. Not a great experience.

Organized and clean. The staff at this location goes above and beyond what is expected of a normal cashier/ customer service representative.I spend a little over my budget one day and the cashier gave me some coupons that significantly reduced my bill. I will always return to this location without the expectation of getting discounts. I was just so impressed with how nice and generous the cashier was.
