The business has suffered and closed from our recent recession. I called today, and the owner let the customer service mask slip, and earned a regular customer. After an initially rude response, the owner reached out to me personally to apologize, and explain that after the stores closing, some jerk signed the number up for endless junk calls and pranks. Even with the store closed, he is looking around and asking his family for the items i was looking for. When business is back, he has my patronage. Its rare to find humanity in business.
