Ive had other Verizon store service but this one is by far the best Ive had in my time getting phones. I am proud to say I am switching from my galaxy S20 to the Iphone 12 pro max. Excellent service at this store.

My first time at the Holden Verizon store (to get a new phone) and everything went great! Kendall was awesome, he had my information switched over to the new phone in a couple minutes and had everything done quickly. It was an early morning appointment and I was expecting to be there for a while, but it was fast. In and out. I am pumped that this store is right in town. A+

Myself and two sons were in to the Holden store recently for phone upgrades. Kendall, the manager, was incredible! Polite, kind, engaging, knowledgeable, efficient, and just an all around great guy. I highly recommend going to this store if you need anything. If feels nothing like the high pressure, disconnected, you are a number feel of other Verizon stores. I stopped into this store and right away I was greeted by this really nice young gentleman named Aaron. I am not sure if he was a new guy or had been there for a while but his customer service was great. I went in for a small phone issue and he made me feel great. I walked out with a smile and not feeling like an idiot. Thanks so much and I was told to go here from others which was a good move. Great people and great location!

Where to start? Spoke to the store “Manager” (his name began with a J) to ask if they sold a particular phone that VERIZION CUSTOMER SERVICE told me I could put on a prepaid plan. I was told yes they had it but it was a contract only phone and they couldn’t sell it outright to me I had to put in on a contract plan and pay monthly. So I contacted customer service again and was told that was incorrect. I checked with another store who didn’t have the phone but told me that I should be able to get it from the store in Holden. So I called back and the manager told me again that it wasn’t a prepaid phone. I asked who was above him and was told the district manager. I asked for his number and was told he would take my information and have him return my call. Maybe 10 minutes later the store manager called me back and said that they could sell me the phone as prepaid. My wife went up and got the new phone and activated my daughters phone. Well now she has been on the phone with Customer Service for 45 minutes trying to get my daughters phone activated because instead of switching SIM cards he changed thing in the system and COMPLETELY screwed stuff up. Funny thing is the phone that he told me couldn’t be put on a prepaid plan is working just fine. The phone that was on the prepaid plan is all screwed up. I wouldn’t waste your time in this store unless you like spending time trying to fix everything that they screw up.

I have been on hold for almost hour. I was in office yesterday. Fixed one of the issues with my phone. Here we are a day later. Still trying to figure out issues. Phone freezing. Reading no sd card. Have to restart my phone. Have had phone for 3 days. I would really reccomend going to other locations.

Store is very clean and staff is awesome! They made me feel very welcome, I was greeted right as I walked in the door and the staff is very knowledgeable. One of the consultants, Kalie, was able to help me through all my phone issues. She was patient and understood my frustrations. She showed me how to fix the few issues I was having, answered all my questions, and I walked out of that store a very happy customer. Would strongly recommend this location to anyone...thanks so much Holden team!!

The sales people are very nice and helpful. They go out of their way to help answer your questions and show you the different available options. I was interested in a certain phone and the manager Kendall let me use his for a bit to see what it was like. Kalie, who is one of the salespeople, greeted me the second I walked in, answered all my questions, and was very pleasant to talk to. A+

Visited this store yesterday and I had a great experience. Very nice crew and a young lady by the name of Cortney helped me. It is always nice to go into this place and she was very helpful.

I have only used this Verizon store for at least 10 years now. The quality and services have been going steadily downhill over the years but this past trip was pretty lousy. I wont be back and do not recommended this location. Thumbs down.....

I have been to this location twice with very difficult problems concerning my iPhone. Each time Kendall, the manager, has been patient, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful in resolving my problems. I highly recommend this particular location and its staff, and Im grateful that there still people in this world that are capable of solving problems within their field. Highest recommendation!

Buying a phone these days is a big responsibility. Buying it through people you can trust even more so. The Holden branch is run excellently and set up professionally. I worked with Kendall and he is incredibly easy to work with as well as professional and enjoyable. The staff is knowledgable and experienced and helped me not only with my new phone purchase but also set up my Verizon account properly and choose a good insurance plan for my investment. Dont mess around with a phone purchase, work with people who know the trade!

The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgable; as soon as I walked in to this location I was greeted with a smile. They had a very professional and polite manner about them. I would highly recommend anyone who goes to this location to ask for Kendall Westbrook, for he was the one who helped me during my visit!

It took 2 minutes to fix my problem awsome

I went into this store around Christmas time to close my account and switch to another carrier. I sat down with the manager marissa who looked into my bill and was able to move me to ulimited cheaper with my military discount. At the time she was training two reps and had a line out the door but stayed professional and lead her team well. Without all of the overages I was able to upgrade my wife and my daughter. The manager was very kind and helpful. I stopped back in last week to ask about international calling and hendrick was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family. Great job team.

I was treated like a VIP. I was on the AMC campus and my friend told me to run over there when my phone died! I dreaded it. Long wait, to be treated like a number in a deli, sales people with you need me I dont need you attitude! But, someone greets you immediately. Theres a guy there, Kendall, who is so lovely and kind. Everybody there is great! I tell all my friends, for a pleasant trip to phone store, go to Holden!

I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to come here! Spent 5 HOURS here with my phone hostage... what a waste of time... Id go anywhere else

Kendall was amazingly helpful. I was referred by Aaron at the lunenburg location and he said Kendall would be able to help-and he did! We were going out of town early Monday and on Saturday the phone dropped off a deck and smashed. Kendall helped us get another phone while we went out of town until we could arrange our upgrade through work. I have a medical condition where contact with someone and especially doctors is required and minutes make a difference. Kendalls Holden location was warm and inviting-we didnt wait long and there was coffee and cookies and lots to look at while we waited only about 10 minutes. He must be doing something right because his customers were hugging him as they left. Would recommend this store and especially Kendall to anyone!

Over priced four lines unlimited more then my car payment

I have stopped into this store in Holden MA on two separate occasions and I have been given the same excuse by the manager, Kendall. We were looking to have a phone turned on. He has told us both times that he couldnt login to the system and wasnt able to help us.. the first time we went in he miraculously changed his tune when we started talking about buying a new $800.00 phone.. all of a sudden the system was working. Same BS excuse again today.. he was closing the store 90 minutes early and didnt want to help us with something that wouldnt pay him a commission. Very disappointing experience for the second time with Kendall!
