Ordered on Uber Eats. I got the hungry man hero and my wife got the bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The sandwich was pretty good, it had fresh bread and a decent amount of meat. My wife liked her bagel as well. The order came quickly and it was accurate.

Staff is very polite, food was made perfect to order. Store is very clean.

Just ordered Bagel Patch from door-dash. I ordered a BEC on a bagel with avocado. This is my usual order from them. In the past several times the avocado has been hard as a rock - not ripe AT ALL. This morning my order arrived I took one bite into the sandwich and literally gagged. I opened up the sand-which to see ROTTEN, BLACK & MUSHY avocado. It is so so unappetizing I wish I could post the photos. I have absolutely NO idea how someone cut this avocado thinking it was a good idea to put on the sandwich. THEN SERVED IT!! I’ve never seen something so gross. Thank god I had no more than one bite. The owners only care about money. This will be my last time going to “Bagel Patch”.UPDATE: photos posted on GOOGLE

I haven’t had their bagels but DO NOT waste your time or money getting sandwiches here. They give you barely any meat, stale bread and a grossly excessive amount of Mayo . If you live in the Holbrook area would definitely recommend Oven Lovin over this place for sandwiches.

Its too bad that, many times, only people with bad experiences review. I found this place to be fine. The bagel I ordered was large, soft, warm, crisp on the outside, and had an adequate amount of cream cheese. The coffee bar is set up really well, so people dont need to crawl over each other for a lid. The selection was huge, and looked fresh. The staff was pleasant, and got my order right. Only thing missing is a newspaper for me to read. On that alone, I might reconsider coming back, which is a shame because its a nice place.

This is my favorite choice of everything Bago in the morning. I not a big eater, but I can eat this wholesome, well prepared and tasty bago, and consider its value for money.Customer service is spot on too.

Terrible service ordered 4 sandwiches only got 3 of them and 1 had hair, and when I called after I realized they refused to comply with me, after saying I ordered 3 not 4 and I stated the receipt I have shows I paid for 4 he said idk what to tell you and hung up on me . If I wasn’t so far away at this point I would’ve drove back and proved my case. Terrible .

First time there. Ordered bacon, egg & cheese. The service was fast and food was great.

They dont listen to your order and when you say something they give you an aditude. If you not going to listen to the costumers then whats the point in running a business. Bottom line this place sucks. And the food has no flavor.

Im surprised by the bad reviews. Ive been going to this bagel place for years. I stop there on my way to work. Im always in and out quickly, the staff is always nice and their bagels are delicious :)

Update: I love how the owner only responds to positive reviews....I wish there was a zero star rating.... Got off the plane and was lured to this place by signs along the highway.... Parked the car and walked up to the door and some woman walked up to the door, locked it and turned off the lights while I was standing there... Its 3 pm and the sign on the door said it was open till 5. Skip this place, they obviously dont need your biz

I ordered two gyros and right after my card was swiped I changed my mind and said I only wanted the one because they were overpriced, $21 for 2 of them is a little ridiculous. She said she wasn’t able to refund me because the card was already swiped then I asked if they were already being made and she said yes but she gave the order in about a minute prior to that. I will never be coming here again.

The bagels are OK, but the staff is horrible. Theyre too slow and unmotivated. On your way to work, how are you going to wait 20 minutes for a bagel and cup of coffee? Its ridiculous. They need better people on the counter, or a LOT more of them.

The 2 useless women behind the counter are obnoxious and act like you are bothering them when u come in to spend money on their sub par food. They go in the back and talk about the customers who are just around the counter I wish this place would just close and the 2 useless workers do not deserve to be working with people at all. They are also very rude if you find it hard to understand their broken English as well as their accent.overall 0 stars do not spend your money there even just a coffee which is awful FYI STAY AWAY

Incredibly rude. Overpacked the bag and claimed that it ripping was not their fault, while they over packed it. Refused to remake sandwiches that HIT THE GROUND and opened. Then stated I should’ve brought a bag in. Never coming back!

Quick service food is ok

They got my order wrong, charged me $8 for tuna on a roll. Got my girlfriends order wrong and 3 other people in line with us. To top it off the radio station was complete static and they said they have no power to change the station. LoL
