Great selections, organized and reasonably priced! Good service. Ive always liked Valli grocery stores, they are well stocked and have a wide produce area. This one in particular is close to my workplace and is a go to for quick grocery needs before heading to work or after.

The staff was very nice and they had a great array of international foods. Mexican, Italian and some Asian items. Great deli area.

Finding fresh produce at a much lower price at Valli Produce. Dried goods are a bit pricey compared to sales at other stores (Jewels; Meijer, etc.); best to know what you plan to get and shop around. Overall the produce and fruits are a good value for freshness and taste.

Cheshire was rude. Handed the receipt like a garbage to customer and the Caucasian guy took care of shopping cart can’t freaking using his words to say “excuse him” when we were IN his way and need to push the shipping carts into the store ?????? Had to say NASTY things?????I don’t remember ppl work there are so rude like that. Whoever hires them need to think about giving them a training again.

Bought their fresh beet juice with expiry date in future. The juice has turned into jelly. Called the store immediately to remove other juices with same date. Store folks were very rude, non-Coperative. Transferred couple of times and just said, you don’t like you return. Posting this feedback on 12/30/2020 for an item with expiry date of 12/31/2029.Please be very careful buying store packed items. I have had similar experience in past too.

People walk around without masks and managers could care less. I’ve brought this issue to one of the managers, she wasn’t having it, she was snarky.I told her I will no longer bring my business to this place and was rudely told “to have a nice day”.Do better Vali!!! What a shame!

Pros- Good selection of ethnic foods, fresh produce, meats and breads (lots). Fresh bakery. Discounted sushis in the evenings. Prices are reasonable without the need for coupons. Even have cute party piñatas for cheap. Customer service is commendable.Cons- Limited selection of household goods, beauty products etc. as expected for a grocery store. Place is busy during weekends and evenings. Parking can be a hassle.

I like Valli a lot for their prices on produce and some grocery staples, but the quality on sale produce has been horrible. Several times Ive found rotten and molding items. This last time the arugula in the box was all matted and slimy in the middle. I once purchased a watermelon in season that was rotten in the middle. When I took it back (drove a long way) the customer service woman pointed to the written poster of the Valli tough $hi* policy on produce in the rudest way possible. So buyer beware when buying produce at Valli because you wont get a replacement or your money back. Thats why I love Aldi ❣❣❣. Now Vallis Deli department is excellent with great service. The staff in the deli is courteous, and speedy. And the store has a great selection of multi ethnic foods, wines, meat, meat, meat and fish galore.

Vallis Produce in Hoffman Estates is so messy and I hate to do my groceries in this store. Their staff are unfriendly maybe because they dont speak English!

Great place to shop groceries. Fresh produce is their forte. We totally like the seafood section.

First thing in the morning so I was the only customer with 2 employees behind the deli counter. After a couple minutes I had to ask if 1 could please help me. She literally moved so S.L.O.W. it took 15 minutes to slice my 1 meat choice. Horrible.

Reasonable price and good quality.

I like going to Valli Produce. Theyre very good on Meat prices and low cost groceries. They DO have brand names but they can be limited on some items. No pharmacy is there. They did however recently added an alcohol section about 3-4 isles. Deli counter is good on prices and the butcher and seafood counters are good too.

They have good products, and also helpful, kind workers. Im going there Since 2008 never disappointed me

Good place for natural produce as well as deli meats and most grocery items. Have been there many times even though not the most convenient from a traffic point of view.

Maybe the widest selection of produce that Ive ever seen in a produce market in my life. I dont know where they get the brussel sprouts that are as big as a small persons head. I also enjoyed our interaction with the check-out engineer. A fine young man with much potential.

Vallis has a large variety of foods, vegetables, fruit, meat, fish cheese, breads etc. Priced fairly. Good service, clean and you can do a one-stop groceries destination. So far I have had no complaints and I have been shopping at Valli for 3 or 4 years.

First of all Valli loses couple customers for sure. Secondly the Manager at this place Mrs. Maria doesnt deserve position of Manager, because she doesnt know how to talk to a customer. She was not at all understanding the situation of price change within some minutes. I told her you have cameras check the price, because some of your employee took out the price sign in last 5 minutes. But NO, SHE WAS NOT AT ALL UNDERSTANDING. Infact she was thinking all customers lie, bluff or con. She wasted my 30 mins and after all one of the produce manager accepts that there was a sign of wrong price over there its our mistake. After that she told me in attitude that put your card in machine for your refund. I told her I was not here for my refund, I wanted you to understand the situation and mistake from your ground level people. Do not always Blame customers. They believe in store and come to shop. Otherwise there are so many other options near by. Eventually youll lose business. No matter why Big brands like Walmart, Target, Jewelosco are on the top because of their customer services. Valli this review is for you to escalate the problems going on the ground level and not for the customers. Giving compensation for accepting the mistake and wasting time was far away... They were not even ready to refund the customer in the beginning. Thanks that was my last visit to Valli.

I have been shopping here for years, and have always loved the store. It was a wonderful experience today that has inspired me to actually write a review. I placed an online order for pick up at the store so that I wouldn’t have to go inside. I arrived at the store at the beginning of the pick up window and called as per instructions in the email. I wound up waiting about 20 minutes before somebody finally came out as I was calling to inquire about the status of my order. They brought out my order, along with a five dollar bill as a refund for the delivery fee as compensation for me having to wait. This wasn’t something that I had asked for, but it’s very much appreciated, and this type of customer care will keep me coming back for years to come

Nice, clean organized store. Ive noticed lately the prices have gone up more so than other similar grocery stores. I wont be visiting as much as I used to. I get better value at another place.

It was my first experience with Valley Produce with Grocery pickup.I would say it was easy and convenient. I got my order loaded in my Cars trunk within 5 minutes.They have competitive pricing.

An in store banking facility available. Check out staff friendly and and efficient. Lottery counter includes place to purchase postage as well. Store busiest on weekends and when weekly ad is released. Handicap parking and entrances.

Our go to weekly grocery store. We love shopping here compared to Jewel/Osco which we find more expensive for the same amount of groceries.Lots of ethnic food available there - mexican, indian, asian, polish, italian foods... Many a times we get indian groceries here compared to going to Patel brothers since it is so convenient to shop for both here. Their nuts section is pretty good - things of varieties. There are always good sale items in Valli.They gave an extensive bakery and meat/poultry section.I prefer this location compared to other locations.The store is kept clean and reasonably well stocked.

This mini supermarket is great. You can find just about anything you need to cook the perfect meal or just to fill the fridge and cabinets with food.. Fruits & vegetables always well kept and fully stocked. Aisle clean and also fully stocked. Best of all theres always plenty of lanes open making checking out at the register quick and pleasant.

Overall store appearance is fair and improving. Lots of veggies. I find that too many of their veggies are frozen and not as fresh as possible. Ginger is very expensive for its quality, and appearance. They have a nice selection of spices but always check the packaging seals before buying. They tend to have lots of open seals and bland the manufacturer for it. I dont agree with them. When I open an untouched container, theres usually a cardboard separator between the lid and the foil wrap. Find a good container for the best prices in the area. Overall, this store tends to be my third option for fruit and veggies for these reasons.

All in all a great grocery store that features fruits and vegetables. Good selection of ethic foods. In my view the Hoffman Estates store on Roselle has the best seafood counter in the entire area.

Nice local grocery store, their deli is wonderful, produce is always fresh and a wide variety of ethnic foods.

I know this store has a great history but always had issues with the people who work in the store.They never cooperate,language is always a big issue,produce which is low price in the flyer is mostly garbage for example okra,Employees specially in the guest services are very rude. Well nothing much is expected from them besides a hello how can I help you.The store is also loosing its reputation due to all of the above. Same employees in the management are found working in other stores makes me feel like that they are advertising to come to other store but valli. One other big issue is if you ask someone a question they think the question is stupid and start making fun in their own language.

First time ordering online with Valli in Hoffman Estates. I like their produce & deli and dont want to go into the store, my Valli doesnt have this service. Easy to park in reserved spots, call in to let them know youre there & a nice person brings out your groceries & loads the car. This will be part of my shopping routine while the pandemic is a risk for me. Thank you!

They have garlic bologna. Most excellent. Their 12 pack beers are a bit pricey in my opinion.

Good place but they need to have more lights in the parking lot.

The social distancing is a fiction in this store. They made arrows on the floor for directions between the narrow shelves and their own employees don’t follow that. Not to mention that some of them ignore wearing the masks also. I normally like to shop there, but when they ignore so much the virus threat it’s better to stay away from shopping there now.

I think the store might be a TARDIS.UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER 09-20-2021: In the past, Ive always received good service and good selection at this location. Sadly this has not continued to be true as was illustrated by todays trip to the store. I went with a small shopping list of things that should have been easy to find. Among the items that went wrong were potatoes, fresh fish, dill pickles (not kosher. I dont want garlic)- Potatoes: Were small and blemished across the board, including bulk.- Dill pickles w/o garlic (not kosher dill) In the refrigerated section - several brands of kosher dill. In the pickle section - several brands of kosher dill. In short, lots of brands of the same thing but no variety. Asking staff for help got me blank stares an no help. Eventually a management level person was able to find dill pickles in the Polish section.- Fresh fish: This was the worst. No one was in the fish department. So I waited and waited and waited. I finally stepped over to the meat department and found the guy there chatting away with the guy in the meat department. I asked him if he could help me with fish and he grudgingly stepped over. I asked him if the halibut was fresh and he stared at me. I finally asked him for the fish. He packed it up and asked me if that was all. I asked about large shrimp and he pointed to a tray. I asked if there were any larger. He pointed to the case on the floor. I stepped over to the case to find smaller shrimp. I stepped back to find him back in the meat department chatting with his friend. I had to fetch him back. I asked for the shrimp and asked him the best way to thaw the shrimp. He stared at me. I asked again. He said put it in the fridge and handed me the shrimp and hurried back to his friend in the meat department. I guess Im done here. I checked out.Sadly, this is becoming typical of the service there. If you know what you want and can get it yourself, youll be fine. If you need help with anything or are expecting service, go somewhere else.

One of my go to places for produce and deli. They have a nice selection but I recommend going during the day and not on weekends as it gets pretty packed

I’ve been a regular shopper here since they have good variety and pricing.Tried online order through their website, it was seamless. Just need to park at the designated spot and someone from the crew will come and load the groceries in your trunk. Got everything I wanted and the quality of items was great. Appreciate how easy they made it.Edit- second run wasn’t as good. Produce went bad in a few days. Instructions were not followed by shopper. I guess it really depends on who your shopper is .
