I am very upset! I never received my order, but you did charge my card for everything I ordered through the application! I spent the whole day calling from 9 am to 5 pm and I only heard the same recorded voice over and over again offering a service that I do not understand how they do if they do not even receive calls. I wrote to the ig to find out where I could make a claim and they only gave me a phone that ended up again in this store where no one answers the phone only an operator who repeats the same thing over and over again. this is practically a robbery! I would never recommend a place like this! I cant say that care is bad because care doesnt even exist! they kept my money and I never received my order, nor did I receive any attention to resolve the situation. If I can, I would give it 0 stars but google wont let me.
One more time edibles made my day upset, my order is for BUSINESS delivery and this irresponsables and poor trained people are not delivering my order yet, as usually they try to delivery at the front door of the bounding and post that is delivered or they delivery next day when fruits are in bad condition. I don’t recommend this store.

I am not the kind of person to go out of my way to write reviews, however I will share my TERRIBLE experience at this location. I never got my basket for my moms Mothers Day order which was over $100. It never arrived and I could not get in contact with anyone at the store. I had to reach out to corporate offices, which contacted the Hoboken location. The stored claimed they delivered it to my house, which is a lie I was home all day. They only were willing to give me half my refund, unfair. After a few days of waiting back I gave up. Terrible communication and no accountability. Never ordering again.
I order something for other days ordered three things and paid extra for it to be delivered on the day of Mother’s Day was yesterday. Today is 5/10. She didn’t even receive the full order and the strawberries weren’t even fresh. They were nasty and not even cold. Spent to much money just for strawberry ? Where the other half of the Order. The store doesn’t even answer the calls. This is so unprofessional. Definitely not ordering from here again. Waste of time and money
If you want an excellent experience, DO NOT order from this location. My sister in law passed away and yesterday was her birthday and the first time we were not celebrating with her. I ordered a sympathy package for my mother in law to cheer her up and the order was never delivered. The website stated they closed at 7pm so I placed my order around 3pm. You try calling the store and no one answers the phone. The reason I got from the store was that they closed early and my order was received after store hours(but website says 7pm). Someone called me at 10 this morning to let me know that my order was a priority and will be delivered( a day late, the occasion was yesterday) 3 HOURS has gone by and I still have not received my order. I live 5 minutes away!!! I am an extremely disappointed customer!!!
I had an amazing experience dealing with Hobokens Edible Arrangement. i sent my daughter some things to her job and everything was perfect. The fruit was fresh the brownies and cheesecakes were beautiful and delicious. i spoke to Anna who helped me with every detail to make everything just PERFECT! I ordered a edible arrangement 2 weeks ago for mother’s day. It came today on time; however, I couldn’t be more disappointed about the edible arrangement. Where should I start? My order was supposed to arrive with a balloon and a box of chocolates. It did not come with a balloon nor a box of chocolates. The chocolate strawberry’s were melted. I can even send you a picture because I took one. I then tried one of the strawberry’s and they were sour. And instead the arrangement arrived with a bag of cookies that I did not order. They were so hard and tasted stale. I know there are circumstances with the virus but I am so disappointed. I waited on hold for 45 minutes to talk to someone. No one ever answered. Would definitely not recommend ordering from her unless you want to be disappointed. .
It was my first time getting my Mom a Mothers Day gift I spent $160 all the money that I saved up and I never received my order I called them they told me theyre going to be here in 3 hours now Im calling them and they refused to pick up the phone I cant believe this business is still up and running I cant believe you just robbed a kid on Mothers Day.
I placed an order a day before Valentine’s Day and specifically asked, if the order could be delivered after 3pm. I was assured that it would be delivered at this time with no problem. So my fiancée COWORKER had to call her and tell her that it was delivered at 11:30 in the MORNING . So her gift will with there until 3pm. Must I add I live way in FLORIDA. Very unprofessional and not promising on the word of delivering at a certain time.

It is the worst place where you can buy something, I made an order of some balloons the day before, I live 5 minutes from the store but I. accept the delivery I was waiting for two hours for the balloons, I called about 5 times and I wanted to go pick them up but no longer I could do it. I called about 10 times before the close the store and they never answered the phone again

I give credit where credit is due. Although this edible arrangements has let me down before, they surprised me this time! The new driver kept me updated on the status of my order. You simply have to ASK in the comments for delivery confirmation!

I dont know why there are bad reviews for this place. I was careful and ordered one to give it a try. Turned out to be wonderful! My recipients loved them and were very fresh! The small is more than enough for a single person! I had ordered one to be delivered - arrived on time to the correct address. After this one being successful, I ordered 3 more. The owner called me informing me they are ready for pick up! Over all - job well done. Yes, they are expensive - but worth the smiles.

Horrible experience ordered birthday arrangement for my daughter called 3 times to check on delivery each time I was told driver was on his way, she ended up getting it at 10 pm!! Somehow they put the order in with the wrong city and zip code and the driver drove around forat least an hour without bothering to call! Birthday surprise was totally ruined! Please do not waste your money. The store employees are rude and do not help. I order chocolate strawberries and I am a town over. I paid the extra delivery fee for same day delivery. I did not receive the delivery and was told I would receive the next day. I was also told I would be refunded for my delivery fee. I called to speak to a manager and no manager was there, and I was told I will not receive a refund for my delivery costs. This place basically is robbing people of their money. Please never use!! Big mistake on my part.
I keep in calling to cancel an order and I’ll I hear is them picking up the phone to be hung up on immediately. When they finally pick up she says “We aren’t taking orders right now bye”. I ordered the day before Valentines day and it was getting late so I called to see if my order was going to be delivered before the store closed and I was told my order was on route, its now Saturday, a day after Valentines and still nothing. I called several times and they barely answer the phone, I was lucky to get through yesterday which was Valentines day and was told a manager will call me later on that day or the next day. I asked can I just come pick it up instead and she left me on hold for a while then comes back on to say the system is down and all I can do is wait for a manager to call which no one ever called me. I dont know whos running the store but they need to shut this store down immediately! I paid about 100 dollars included with the same day delivery SMDH.... Dont waste ur time and money. Its a headache ordering from here. I bet the good reviews on here are fake! Be aware of this place, theyll keep your money and wont send you the arrangement. Extremely poor customer service! I am from nyc and ordered here because it was close to my job H.Tunnel, Great service. The rep came outside to bring my order to me because finding parking is very difficult which sucks. Overall will order again from this location. I wish parking was more accessible in the future
Worst place to have orders for your occasion. Save your money and order from someplace else. They dont communicate with the customers in case they will be any delays in delivery and when calling the store, they give you the runaround and still dont have any answers. No apologies or refund. Trus the others reviews in here and dont get embarrassed like i did in ordering a sympathy basket to be delivered to the person, and never did.
Ordered a specific edible arrangement. A Mickey Mouse clubhouse arrangement, that supposedly broke on the way there so they were going to replace it with another. When the order is delivered it wasnt the Mickey Mouse clubhouse like I asked. Which is the main reason I bought the damn thing. Instead it was in a red case thing. Mean to tell me that edible arrangements broke their last Mickey Mouse clubhouse vase thing on the way of delivering my order? That was the last one? Or maybe you never had the damn thing. Point is the main reason I bought the damn thing was for the Mickey Mouse thing. Would have never got it if I knew they didnt have that base in stock. Never again.
The prices are absurd.Their execution was mostly fine, its just not a great concept. There are plenty of better ways to eat fruit.Make sure the recipient has plenty of room in their fridge.The chocolate-dipped fruits were very meh, and I love chocolate. The fruit in general was pretty standard, nothing special.Its a cute idea, but I cant recommend it, not at these prices.
I ordered a $112.00 arrangement and it was delivered on time, however, I found out it was missing over half of the items that were suppose to be included in the arrangement. I called the store and spoke to a young man that was kind and helpful and informed the manager would get back to me. I never received a call from the manager so I ended up calling again. After calling two more times I never ended up speaking with manager! Such a frustrating experience and a waste of money! I will never do business with them EVER again and tell all friends and family to steer clear of this place.

I bought chocolate covered strawberries from here. The chocolate doesnt even taste like chocolate and the strawberries are bad. I dont know if its this specific location or if thats how edible arrangements tends to be. I asked the woman if the strawberries were fresh and she said yes with an annoyed look, and I had to buy a box because they didnt have any other options. I will never come back here again.

The Chocolate Cover Fruits were all Melted, the pineapples were dried out from sitting in the “REFRIGERATED” van which it was not! I paid for a Balloon that I didn’t get!! The delivery email said item was delivered. It wasnt. They delivered when the school was closed. I have yet to receive a phone call of them apologizing that my order never reached the people it was intended to. They were supposed to deliver the next day, and that never happened. I tried to call the store and no one picked up (wonder why?). Plus Im still waiting on getting a refund. I (and my entire family) have been using Edible Arrangements forever but no more. Terrible!

Horrible business and Ive ordered from this company on numerous occasions. Ordered for a VDay gift. Was assured it would be delivered on vday up until 7pm. Nothing. At 650p they update their tracking to state delivered. Instantly I call the shop the phone is pushed to an automated system. Called the 800 number they filed a claim. Follow up 2/15 called to find out what happened was informed that they modified the tracking because of how busy they were Id receive my delivery today (a day late.) its now approaching 7Pm and nothing. They promised me my delivery on 3 different occasions today and nothing. Misinformation and misdirection is absurd when running a business.
I ordered an arrangement from them for Easter pick up. I know that the hours might of changed due to the fact its Easter so I called to verify the hours for Easter. I was told by one of their workers that they would be open till 5pm I said great. Then I get a phone call on Easter that the agreement was ready sooner I said great let me call my husband to pick up. She then tells me that they will be closing early today Now because they are slow. I said OK no worries. Then she calls me back an hour later telling me that she will be closing the store in 15min because she has to leave for her other job. This is not good customer service at all. I believe as a company if you know you will be closing your doors early you should make arrangements so all your product is handled. An option of possibly delivering it would of been nice option instead of just closing their doors. My husband arrived to pick up the arrangement and the were closed. Two other people where there to pick up their arrangements at this time to. When I called the store again I was transferred to the Bayonne store. They to called the owner because people were waiting outside including my husband for their aragenments. No response. Im dissapointed in management at this location of edible arrangements. I will be contacting corporate about this matter. Along with speaking to the owner and asking for a refund tomorrow.
Part one Day 1, Ordered a delivery from this location to a destination 5 minutes from the store. She received nothing at 6pm when she got home so i called edible arrangements . Automatically redirected to main branch who got in touch with the driver, he told me its in transit. I called back at 730pm, got the same message. After keeping her awake waiting on this delivery, I called edible arrangements at 930pm, when he spoke to the driver this time the driver said he delivered it at 330pm. I told her to go to bed, and i appologized for driving her crazy.Part day 2, now spending the better part of 100.00 on some fruit I decided to follow up and call this hoboken edible arrangements when they opened the next day. Man on the phone said hell find out what happened and call me back. He never called back. Surprise so I tried several times calling the store in which nobody answered. At 2pm i called the main edible arrangements, they couldnt reach their hoboken edible arrangements store but told me it was delivered at 11am and signed for!? When i called the recipient she was home all day and received nothing. Today is day 3 of getting treated like an a**hole.If you are in the mood for a gigantic headache of your own, and wish to sit on the phone for days getting lied to, ignored, and instead of giving someone something nice, giving them a headache and making yourself look stupid by all means order from this Edible Arrangements. Zero stars, avoid this place!!!! Never giving money to edible arrangements again, for shame!Day 3, here we go.
I would like to post this so everyone knows about my expierence with Edible Arrangements, it was an awful one. About 14 days ago I ordered one of the large chocolate dipped fruit baskets from the Hoboken location. I called numerous times on the delivery because the person that was supposed to receive it did not ever get it. Every time I called they said they will call me right back and still till this day they have not called me back. Every time I attempt to call there is a busy signal. This happened all day long, I called over 20 times in one day. Yes they charged me and sent me a conformation email regarding the purchase but never delivered. Being disgusted I called the corporate number to log a complaint and even there I got a voicemail. Still have yet to receive a call back from them as well. On the voicemail it states that they are looking for people to Ives’s in their business. I’m 68 years old and I’ve been in business since I was 20. To those that want to invest in this business I would advise not to waste your time and money because as a loyal customer and being treated this way, I could only imagine how they would treat you after you invest your money.
