The staff isn’t interested in to help existing customers.I tried to get a eSIM, but all 4 Verizon staff member more interested in there Facebook & Instagram profiles.My question was answered easy. For eSIM you need to do it online.As I told them, the online provided version service number is invalid.They offered me to buy a new phone ..So useless....

Incredible dishonesty at this store!I recently purchased a new iPhone at this Verizon store in Hoboken NJ. When purchasing the phone, the sales representative told me that I was eligible to receive a free iPad, that the service was included with my new phone, that my bill would remain the same, with the exception of the cost my new phone being included in the new bill. I asked several times if it actually free with no strings attached, and would I see any additional charges for it on my monthly bill. He told me I would see a new phone number affiliated with the tablet but no additional cost. Well, I just received my bill and guess what....?Now my bill includes the cost of the FREE iPAD: $459.99As well as a MONTHLY PLAN for iPad of $20!They also tacked on $15 per month for device protection, which i turned down when offered. They added it anyway.SCAM.I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years and am shocked by the unscrupulous dishonesty of this store.

The staff at this location are extremely friendly and helpful! I had an issue with a phone screen protector bought there the other day where they made the entire process stress free by helping me resolve the issue. The staff was even kind enough to help put the screen protector on my new phone as well which was great since I had issues! I would recommend this location to anyone close by who needs any help.

Every time I go in here I am always assisted quickly. The last time a sales person by the name of Justin helped me. He took the time to go through all the steps and find a solution to my phone problem. Had to go back the following day and he was just as quick to find a solution to my phone problem. Love the neighborhood Verizon.

Not reviewing Verizon because, well, youll either love their service or hate the company. As far as this store goes...It seems to have gotten a much needed face-lift sometime in 2019. Things are clean and sleek and its super easy to navigate the store. If you want to get your hands on any of the phones, theyre all displayed up front in the store so theres no hassle. Need help? Walk to the back table where super friendly associates are ready to help troubleshoot or get you a new phone.Again, hate on Verizon (its fair) but this store is a good choice to visit if looking for one.

I found this location pretty nice. There was no wait and we were assisted right away. Wed come there to make our final decision on new phones as well as which provider to go with. The salesperson was helpful and for the most part very knowledgeable. The deals running at the time made a big difference. On a follow-up visit two days later about one issue they were helpful as well. Id recommend this location.

Needed a replacement phone. Went to this location, they looked at my phone and decided I was eligible for the factory warranty and they would send me a replacement phone in the mail. They said the phone would be delivered at my home the next day. 2 days go by so I call Verizon wireless customer service and come to find out the store didnt even order the phone. Ive been without a working phone for a week when I shouldve had the replacement phone the next day. Not sure whats going on with this store.

Went in to buy a screen protector for my phone and get a professional to put it on because I usually mess up. To my surprise, they had only one selection of screen protector for Pixel 3, which is a new flagship phone Verizon sells exclusively. The service was also bad as the person who put the screen protector really made a mess of it and then tried to convince me to get a case to cover the edges to cover up for his mess. Had to leave completely dissatisfied.

I tried to order AirPods. They were out, said it could be delivered. So I order them. They tell UPS 1) that a signature in person is required, and 2) that the recipient must be RESTRICTED from changing anything, including e-signing or requesting a different delivery date. When I call verizon, they tell me to call UPS; when I call UPS, they say they cant change it because verizon ordered it to be locked out of my control. And then, of course, UPS tries to deliver when Im at work. And on Saturday, when Im here waiting all day for it, they reschedule it.... for a day when Im at work again.Its been 2 weeks of this and at this point all Im hoping for is to get my money back. I am never ordering something from Verizon for delivery again.

Bought my Google pixel from this facility. Service was quick, no issues, and the staff were extremely attentive in addressing my concerns regarding going back to a smartphone after having a flip phone. Nobody was ever condescending not judgemental about my leaving smartphones, and from the service specialist to the service manager, I had a very easy transition. I would highly recommend you visit this store if you are in the market for a new phone.

We went to buy iPhone X black. They are giving us Grey. When we asked the color, they are proudly saying that it is BLACK. And next day when we went again to change the model they charged us $30 for restocking. And then they are saying that we had just one piece so gave it you. The employee is also accepting that it was their mistake and telling us that it was our fault to trust them. They are using their customers to make money and to finish their stock. My suggestion is don’t go to this store; opt for another one.

I was in the store on Saturday the 22nd of this month I asked one of the assistants to help me change my phone line to another one he flatly refused, that by protocol of the Verizon company, they cannot touch the phones, I dont understand if They cannot touch the phones because they are assistants of this great Company
