I needed to come into t mobile for a new phone. It was pretty busy when I had walked in, but everyone in the store was quick to help me. Everyone I spoke to at the store was helpful and friendly. They also had hand sanitizers and cleaning wipes everywhere, which I noticed they wiped down all the counters in between each customer. Shout out to Harold for helping me with selecting and setting up my new phone. Definitely will come back if I should need anything!
Twice Ive dealt with the store in the wake of the merger and twice this store has had no idea what theyre doing. Manager is completely disinterested and wouldnt know customer service if it hit her in the face. Dont go here.

We went to move our numbers from one carrier on 2 seperate accounts to a single T mobile account. It couldnt have gone more smoothly Jamie and Christopher not only provided us with excellent support and expertise throughout the proccess, but during the down time of waiting for technical parts to occur also informed us all the service had to offer. There wasnt a minute that felt wasted in the store and I really cant thank them enough.

Suhaitie (or whatever the reps name is) sold me 2 iPhones and she put in the wrong promotion codes. So now with 2 phons traded in, I am paying completely for 1 phone out of pocket. Working with T Mobile and Hoboken store was the worst experience i ever had! Horrible service and least knowledgeable representatives!

Service is awful. Managers are not professional. Even simple operation will take about an hour to complete. But if you visit this office anyway, look for Michael. It’ll give you some hope you complete you operation without big problems.
I had the worst and best experience here! I came with an issue that was a bit complicated and the manager there Tony was unbelievably rude and simply disrespectful. He made zero effort in helping me out and even worse spoke to me badly for no reason. He also didn’t even try to understand the problem. Another employee Suzen saved the day by taking on the responsibility and she went out of her way to help out with the situation! She basically did the opposite of what Tony did. I decided to stay with T-mobile because of her! So I give it mixed reviews.
I would give this store a no star... walked into this store on October 31 to switch to T-mobile... one of the worst decisions i would ever make.... mind you no sales rep walked up to us once we walked into the store.... I approached one of the sales rep there. Her name is Jazz. one of the worst sales rep i have ever encounter. very rude and has no knowledge of what she is talking about. i explained to her that i had seen an Ad from t mobile to get customer from Verizon. mind Ive been with Verizon for 15 years. And never had an issue with them. but since T mobile was offering 650 dollars to make the switch i jump on it, but never thought it would be the worst decision... As the rep didnt even know about the program... i would tell all my friends and family to stay away from this store.....But if you decide to visit this store ask for Francheca Rodriguez this rep will go above and beyond to help you...
I dealt with Jesus and I appreciated that he did not try to upset me. We came in the store for a Galaxy 5 but Jesus recommended the Note 5. Then I saw a Galaxy Grand Prime and he said the Prime wasnt a bad choice. He broke down the specs and I bought the phone. Some salesmen would have pushed me towards a Galaxy Edge or Note 6.

The associates at this location have no idea what theyre doing. On multiple visits, I was told different things by different people. The only way I got the answers I needed was by researching the information on t-mobile. Save your time and go to another location.
I have been with tmobile a long time, and have been in the store on 2 occassion, its not the friendliest,atmosphere a matter of fact rude,anyways i refuse to go there i go to central ave or north bergen tmobile store where the attitudes stay @home .

Wanted to switch carrier and it was processed very fast. Although there was confusion about ID which I took one day and was told to get another so the next day I go with the new ID and the first one works fine.

Purchased a phone the associate who was attending me Franchesca did not properly transfer my contacts from my Samsung phone which were all saved on a sim to the iPhone I purchased after I repeatedly told her my contacts are saved on a sim. She acted as if she knew what she was doing but infact she did not, when I got home I called the store to let them know what happened and they said they can’t do anything about it. The biggest regret I have was not reading the reviews if I did I would have taken my business elsewhere, they are money hungry and not knowledgeable. Hopefully this place will run out of business!!!!!!!!THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the most awful customer services I have ever received. I went to ask for the t mobile BOGO Samsung. I walked in and noone approached me and three employees were talking to each other. I went and asked about the promotion and they literally said we dont do it and tried to get me out with a quick answer. After pushing them for several times and showing them proof the apparent recently joined manager just said he cant do it. I proved to him that I spoke to customer service and they have notes saying I will be able to get the promotion but all he did was go to the back and check with his manager and said no we cant. They were just setting me up to fail and trying to get me out of there anyway they can providing no help whatsoever or help me find a solution.I ended up going to Jersey City Bergen ave t mobile store. To my surprise they were the most helpful reps I have ever met. I didnt even have to mention anything before they asked are you hear for the bogo? I pretended like I didnt know about it and they proceeded to tell me that there was a new promotion. After telling them I am interested they basically took care of all of the paperwork and went above and beyond to fix my issue as well as giving me a refund my restocking fee as well as getting me four gear vrs from Samsung for two phones.Tldr: t mobile almost lost a customer because of the Hoboken Branch but gained it back because of Jersey City Bergen Ave branch.

Genaro, the T-Mobile salesperson, was insidiously pushy, insulting and agressive yesterday, when Tareek Tanner and me visited your store yesterday. My husband Gerard, the person who pays for cell phone service for all three of us, specifically said that he wanted to use the insurance on Tareeks phone, to get him a new phone. I communicated this to Genaro, and he persisted in insidiously pushing for a new phone, at a cost of $660.00. I am very angry and insulted at the service I received at your store yesterday. Gerard works very diligently for the money he earns to pay for our T-Mobile service and does not deserve the treatment we received by Genaro yesterday. I do not want Genaro to lose his job. I realize that T-Mobile is a business and needs to generate income, and Genaro is certainly very good at that. I just would like him to be more genuine and considerate of his customers.
I am a very dissatisfied customer and will be writing about my experience at this location and will be filing a complaint at other sites. On 10/12/13, I went with intentions of purchasing a flex protective cover for my galaxy SIII. The customer associate was very persuading and convinced me to purchase a flex cover, tech21 glass cover for aprox.30 plus and a car charger. Three weeks into my possession, the glass cover contained air bubbles. I contacted the store regarding the issue and was informed by a associate to bring it in and they will exchange it. however, due to my work schedule, i was unable to return on that specific day. I week later, on 10/15/13, i was able to return to the store with the defective product only with the packaging for a replacement. unfortunetly I didnt have the receipt. The associate couldnt assist me in anyway because he stated, i didnt have the receipt and it couldnt b located online. as a result, I was informed to contact the store manager on Sunday. On sunday, i spoke with the manager who research my item and informed me that because it was 30days old, they was nothing he can do for me. My issues it that, a 30 day policy, is related to return or replace items you dont want, not items that are defected. I am anger because I had no intention of paying $3o plus for a protective over and now i assed out of the cover and my money. In additional, I prohibited to filing a complaint because their was no further instruction provided to me or available online. I hope my complaint by facebook along with the other written on other sites get to someone who is concerned with customer satisfaction
The service is really bad, they dont deserve any star.I went there and paid my bill cash. I left hopping to receive the receipt via text, unfortunately I didnt recieve any thing withing 30mns. I was away going to my work. I called and they said comeback to store. When back to the store, they didnt say any sorry and apology, the sales person took an hour to give a fake printed receipt dated of last month. I was so surprised about the date. I went back, they still without any apology, it took them an eternity to fix that, I was so late for my work. I felt like I was dealing with the DMV or worse....a really bad service and no professionalism. Even launching a space aircraft wouldnt take that time. I was so late to work...I will switch my plan asap.Never, never, deal with them again.I am wondering if I didnt cone back? What would happen??
