The day I entered I was in a dilemma - no service and not of my fault, but my credit card company. The on duty Store Manager provided me with the best support ever!!! He helped me get back my cellular service to properly working. So how great of Customer Service, Support and Care is that?? AT&T Store Manager YOU TOTALLY ARE GROOVY DUDE!!! πŸ™ƒ AND kudos to AT&T for having an effective and Customer Caring Store Manager!!! Thanks A MILLION and some!!! πŸ™Œ

I visited this store for a simple phone upgrade. Instead, the employee spent the first 20 minutes trying to convince me why I should upgrade my phone plan, showing me it will be cheaper in the long run. After verbally letting me know this would be more cost efficient, I said yes so I could get on to receiving my new phone. Now, this is absolutely not the case, and I am now paying an extra $100 a month on my bill, which Im now having trouble reverting.Additionally, I had filled out all paperwork for the new phone, when they afterwards let me know the phone (or any model of the phone) I wanted was not in stock and it needed to be shipped to me. I cant know if it was known beforehand they were out of this phone, or ANY version of this phone, but frustrating again.FINALLY, I also decided to trade in my phone to receive credit for my new phone. The employee used the trade in price of a phone with more storage to show how much credit I would get, so when my phone reached the trade in site, I was given less money for the trade in. I let the employee even see my phone to confirm all the specs for the old phone were correct.I highly recommend to visit another store where they are more honest.

DO NOT GO HERE! This store is staffed with immoral employees. Review your purchases and account carefully!! They added unwanted insurance to my and my girlfriend’s account without our consent. In fact, it also got added to a family plan if another family member’s account. SNEAKY. If we didn’t check, we would have never noticed. Do not trust this store. If I could give negative stars I would. Filed an official complaint with AT&T.

Mark was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to find me a phone plan that works better for me. Raymond and Nichole also helped my boyfriend while Mark got me set up. They were about to close on a Saturday evening and I didn’t even realize because of how patient and friendly the entire staff was.

Dont normally write reviews but got terrible service on my my At+t network at their outlet in west New York, had to go all the way to hobroken. Because I switched phone it took Pierre 40 minutes to reconnect and fix the problem. Great store, great service highly recommend At&t to look at the this store in training other staff and to their standard. At& t outlet in west New York you have a long way to catch up on customer relations if you want business .

Shady dealings at this location. I was given multiple confusing quotes which were all wrong. The actual quote was double their orignal quote. They cant give straight answers, keep gathering and whispering before getting back to you. Never again.

I recently went to ATT Store in Hoboken and to say the least, I left infuriated. I called them and they told me they had blue iPhone 12 pros and max. I get there then they tell me they dont have any and I told them I just called then their reply was that they are holding it for someone, which on the automated phone system says they arent suppose to do. We were off to the wrong start. The guy in the store was literally trying his best to deter me from getting this iPhone. It was like getting toilet paper when the pandemic first began. This is how ATT Store in Hoboken is treating the iPhone 12s they have in stock. I was told I could trade my phone in and had 30 days then was told it had to be traded at the moment, which wouldnt assure that I have all my data from my phone (not cool). They also said I had to be out of the store as soon as our transaction was over! No consideration for my phones data or anything! I pay ATT over 530.00 a month on a business account to get this kind of treatment as a business. I had a past due balance, which would 100% allow me to buy the iPhone and the employee and manager just wanted to make me pay it to give me the phone. It was simply an excuse so they can keep the rare blue iPhones, weather it was for an employee or a friend for sure. I felt the energy in the room; the manager was right next to the store employee like it was you better find a way not to let that iPhone go. So obvious it was pathetic.I called ATT outside the store and placed the order for my new iPhone on the phone and didnt have to pay my past due just as I said because I have done it before with having a balance. I have an outstanding payment record and its never been an issue. This store is full of unprofessional scoundrels running a petty employee racket. I want this to be know!Id love to know what you are doing to correct this-1-25-21

Wanted to switch from post paid to prepaid and customer service has told me to come to this specific store to process. When I asked the staff about it they didn’t even look up or try and just told me to call customer service to instead. Typical AT&T. Good at wasting people’s time and not being helpful. Not to mention I was put on hold for 1 hour to speak to the customer service before I came. And finally with my insistence someone tried to look into it and realized I still need to call customer service because β€œcross-market” and they didn’t know how to deal with it. They didn’t even bother to get me the correct number to call and left me there to figure out. Guess what? There is another carrier within 500 ft and it took me 15 min to set up an account and transfer, and no need to deal with the cross market sh*t and enjoy the plan I want. Life is short don’t waste your time with calling or visiting Att.

I hate anything technology related so it’s always stressful upgrading your phone/changing over your data etc. That being said, Elvin assisted me today and he was AMAZING. Beyond helpful and answered the million questions I had for him. Transferred over my data for me and set me up with a new case and screen protector. He was so great and made the trip to AT&T easy and pleasant. Appreciate all his help!!

It’s really hit or miss with this location. Sometimes you get lucky and can work with helpful, professional staff. Other times you question why you even pay this company any money for their service. Rest assured that if you come to this location to solve an issue that they don’t consider β€˜their responsibility’, they’ll become entirely unaccountable and pass the buck to someone else.

When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly person who was nice enough to not try to sell me things I didnt want. There was a particular thing I needed and I wasnt interested in anything else. Jon seemed to notice that right away and helped me quickly without trying to offer me things I clearly wasnt interested in. I appreciate it quite a lot and this is why I will be always coming to this AT&T when there is another one closer to my house.
