I booked hair and makeup with Kim for my wedding and was floored by how beautiful she made me look. I never had a trial, and on the day of the event, Kim chatted with me about what I wanted, looked through some photos, and then made me look BETTER than I imagined I could.On top of being talented, Kim was kind, friendly, professional, and quick (and so was the rest of her team who showed up to help). I had such a bad experience that I couldn’t believe due to so many positive reviews 😿My makeup artist did not even used primer, did the bare minimum, I asked her how can we prevent the makeup to crease around my mouth and she just told me to never smile 😑 I’m blonde and my eyebrows were painted black 😥😥😥😥 I stopped talking to her because it seemed she just can’t be bothered so I just went home to remove the makeup. What a waste of money. Worse experience I have ever had.Edit: I totally agree with the importance of time, however, there are no excuses for such a horrible service. When I called to explain my situation, the artist offered to just do my eyes which I said “Yes” but then she proceed to apply full face makeup in a very improper manner. There are no excuses for black eyebrows when I’m blonde. You guys need to hold yourself accountable as well when you are doing the things wrong! And improve your customer service.

Caroline made me feel beautiful for my bridal shower last weekend! She did an amazing job with my hair and makeup and it lasted all day long. Very impressed with the salons cleaning protocols and procedures! I will be back soon!

Hi Caroline, I was not offered a complimentary tan or anything for the inconvenience! Canceling right before an appt is unacceptable and should have been remedied better. I like my airbrush the day before I have an event and did not ask what you recommend.Please note, It was difficult booking in the 1st place as no one ever answers the phone then I tried via the website and got a response three days later. How unprofessional of you to respond with a wink emoji. However, I am glad you did for all to see the level of service you provide at Tre Chique.Thank you for your quick response and public clarification of your business practices. ;-)

I got the airbrush tan yesterday and the color is very nice and natural.I gave 3 stars because the tan is uneven between areas. My stomach and feet are much paler than the rest of the body. Next time, I will make sure to check before I will the salon that the bronzer is unveil distributed on my body....

I got my eyes & lashes done by Caroline for a Wedding and she did an amazing job! I showed her pictures for inspo and she did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back!

Way to ruin my weekend! Steer clear of this business. Very poor customer service and management especially for the service and pricing.

It was a nice salon but my makeup session was rushed because they may have overbooked. I returned after looking at my makeup in my car mirror since she didn’t even add any eyeliner. When I returned, she had me wait until she finished with the client that she rushed me out of the chair for. I was on my way to my baby shower so I thought it was worth the wait. Long story short, she added eyeliner but it wasn’t done well. I rushed home and tried my best to fix it.It was unfortunate.

Came here before traveling to Cabo for a spray tan. Very clean and awesome staff. Spray tan was amazing and lasted almost two weeks. It was definitely one of the best spray tans I have ever gotten. Cant wait for my next one!

I’ve gone to a few places in NYC and surrounding areas, but Tre Chique definitely is the best for a spray tan. Caroline was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly, as well as giving me an amazing tan! Salon is super cute too.

Loved my first time there this week! I got a spray tan and did Keratin/haircut. Everyone there is so down to earth and friendly, its not intimidating like other salons can be. They did an amazing job, explained everything perfectly to me to take care of my spray tan and keratin. Best haircut Ive gotten in a while!

I worked with Kim when I came in for my pixie cut and it was the best decision I ever made. If youre going for any hair cut or style I recommend it. She is experienced and talks you through it all step by step. They even have stylists that come to you. (home, etc.) Best salon Ive ever been to. GREAT STAFF!

As soon as I got engaged, I booked Kim 2 years in advance to do my hair and makeup for my destination wedding in Mexico!One of the many reasons why I love Kim is because she is so professional and so thorough about her work. Kim was very patient with me coming back and fourth to her with multiple hair and makeup inspiration photos and took the time to find out what I liked about each picture. She even did extensive research about doing asian hair and makeup in a beach setting to make sure everything would turn out just right.As she was traveling her flight got delayed, then her connecting flight was cancelled and when she finally made it to Mexico, her luggage was missing. Everything that could have gone wrong did, and although she was under so much stress, she never let it show. Thank God she was able to get there safely and was able locate everything just in time for the big day!On the day of the wedding Kim did hair and makeup on both moms, most of my bridesmaids and myself. I dont know how she did it, but she kept everyone calm and addressed everyones concerns.I am so grateful for Kim because she made all of us look and feel so beautiful that day.We love you Kim! I cant thank you enough! You are THE BEST!

Tre Chique is TRULY AMAZING. Im one of the people that are very skeptical of hair salons. I always tried coloring my own hair and it never really came out the way i wanted it too. Kim color corrected my hair and i can say that I never felt so much better about myself. I also got a spray tan for the first time ever and wow i never thought having a spray tan would change the whole look. It really does make a difference! The whole staff is so accommodating and nice. They make you feel right at home. I am so thankful i found this place!!

Very nice and hands on staff. Heard about it for spray tans (which are great) and now I am going there for my hair. They truly listen to what you want and I am loving my new color and cut. Also one of the best blow outs I have ever gotten. Highly recommend them for any occassion!
