This company is incompentent. I cant beilieve they have positive reviews.They didnt install windows properly and wouldnt come back to fix. In fact they didnt return my phone calls.

Ive called for quote and showed up repeatedly. Ive never heard back and not seen a soul. Best response Ive gotten so far was Owners out of town. Should be back Thursday. Show up then. He might be here? Awesome. Thanks Guys. Ive never had so much trouble trying to give someone business.

Repaired 2 Door Windows and 1 large window, and repaired a bent screen- Did a great job at a reasonable price- done in 1 day! Very satisfied!

The owner always calls back when I call if he is not the one that answers the phone and the work they did on my window was great, especially since it was an old and heavy window. I am planning for them to replace my kitchen windows since I have heard others that were so happy with their work!

My car was struck by a tree, and I couldnt even drive it because the drivers window was gone! Luckily I was right near these guys when it happened, and they took me right in, told me the exact price, and fixed it in less than an hour - and even dealt directly with my insurance company to get paid.Excellent and responsive customer service and a true throwback to a family run small business. I now exclusively use them for all of my glass needs, as they not only are experts in selecting and installing the right glass, but also have the honesty to give you an exact price and stick to it, with no fees or BS. Could not recommend highly enough!

I would give no stars if that was an option. DO NOT use these guys to fix your windows. They are incapable of fixing anything. Two guys have showed up repeatedly, squabble with each other and do not get much done. Then they come back a few weeks later and asked what the problem was because they forgot to write it down. They do another assessment and come back a few weeks later and yup you guessed it - have no idea why they were there! Its like watching dumb and dumber in real life and so unprofessional. They fixed two windows and I had my apt maintenance guy come look at it because I still could not open the window and the new balancer they put in popped out. They left an old one on my floor and got grease on my curtains, carpet and the edge of my comforter. I have nothing nice to say about them! Call someone else...

The owner, Rich, is incredibly rude and a horrible person to deal with. His team completely botched a window installment and he refused to do anything about the situation. Furthermore he refuses to use email or any other digital means to communicate. Richs refusal to do business the right way should scare every customer away. Wish I could give no stars.***5/18/19***Ive just received notice from Google that my review has been viewed 1000 times. For those who will read in the future please consider what Ive written. I stand by my opinion. It took a year for the owner to post a reply to my negative review That in of itself says plenty. Notice, the owner did not address the fact his crew botched the job and caused structural damage to the area around the window. Furthermore the owner did not honor a warranty when the window they installed broke. Ill never forget the owners response, windows are guaranteed to break. The window we had replaced was double paned safety glass. It should be nearly indestructible yet it ended up cracked with no explanation.

I have used Hoboken Glass as my main source for glass and screen repair or for new fabrication of same on numerous occasions over the years, I have found this Family owned and operated business here in Hoboken, N.J. to be extremely competent and efficient .And highly recommend them, for quality and competitive pricing give them a call .

Did get a ridiculous quote. When I asked for an itemized version to decide which jobs to omit to make the price managable, the response I got was Look I cant do stuff like that, This is the full quote and it is this much, do it or dont. Of course I have not. I cant believe one can be this rude to a customer.

Window experts? Thankfully im a building technician, picking up the slack after they said supposedly it was fixed.

They dont receive emails! You have to describe in words a project... that ridiculous!
