Not happy with the customer service they didnt finish sitting up my son phone service.

Ramsey is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable & efficient workers I have ever dealt with at a metro store. He is the reason why I will now use this location for all of my metro needs. I am grateful too because it is so much more convenient! The renovations were a nice touch too! If you stopped using this location for any reason give them another try! Just went into the store and switched my service with AT&T (since the beginning of cell phone service, how many years is that!) to MetroPCS...what a great experience...it was done in no time. With AT&T everything you do takes forever. Thania helped me, she was awesome. So excited to be out from under AT&T...and save so much money for the same service.

Do yourself a favor, go the to Metro store in Jupiter on Indiantown. The staff is more friendly and its not as expensive. I just left and spent $21 for just the wire to charge my phone. The girl inside was dismissive. The crew on Indiantown (east) is kind

I went in the store to ask about plans. But the woman that was alone working at moment was much more interesting about to sell cellphones and stay online on facebook than provide any information about plans. Terrible staff.

Did not go there. Visited a good friend who owns SEG Guns and Ammo. Great lady!

These phones and service centers are frustrating! They only work right half the time and always have recurring issues.

Some female slob behind the counter intentionally acts like she doesnt speak English when l come into the store. Shes always there and always a headache. I drive to the Stuart store now.
