Called and asked for information for pricing, purchase and installation of new furnace and AC. Man said they dont install, that they only sell. Asked him for quote information on the purchase of both units and all other parts needed. He said he would call me back in 10 minutes. I waited a week for that callback, took my business and money elsewhere.

Great people and great prices. Forget propane exchanges, you get 15 pounds and pay a premium. Get your tanks filled here. You get the full 20 pounds without the surcharge. At an exchange you pay over $21 for 15 pounds. Here, you pay $17 for 20 pounds. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Great selection of tanks, camping/cooking supplies, mobile home supplies, etc. They will treat you right.

Only place that I could find what I needed.Had been back and forth the the big box stores looking for a solution to a plumbing problem we were having. Took less than 2 minutes after discussing the problem they had the item and solution. Spent almost $70 going back and forth to the big box stores and spent $5 there for the fix.Will be back for all mobile home parts while in Portage.

We drove round for a couple of days looking for someone to fill the tank! Eventually a lovely gentleman referred us to KBK. What a relief! Brian was sooo friendly and helpful. Tank filled. Fridge on. Travels continue..... I think our NZ accent confused folk. Thanku Doug and Brian!
