My first time going to a Sally Beauty store ever and I have to say it was a great experience. The store manager I believe her name was Cindy was awesome!! The store was clean and well organized. She helped me find exactly what I needed and showed me other items that went well with the products I bought. I felt comfortable I have to say. Thank you Cindy for your patience, customer service and help. I will be returning back to this location!!

My first time there with a friend. Seemed ok. Wasnt shopping for me.

Went there a few months ago, staff was super helpful and friendly. Went there again tonight and an older women was working and she was incredibly rude and unhelpful

The 2 ladies in the store were extremely helpful. I needed help finding malibu hard water.

Not sure why the policy keeps chamging about the coupons. First I was told if the 5$ off isnt in the system you cant uae the 5$ off. Now this lady says when I asked if my 5$ off was in there. We can only use coupon if you show me from your email.. Then i show her and she scrolls and finds in the system.. Like really? Are the employees arealing coupons?? She was very rude to. Js

I went there wanting to buy hair dye so I can dye my hair at home without use box color from Walgreens. The women there were really nice a helpful. I didnt feel like they were judgemental about me dying my hair with box color in the past. They helped me find out exactly I needed and my hair turned out great. I watched YouTube videos to get an idea on what to buy. But I was really glad these women were so willing to help me find the right stuff as soon as I walked in. Ill be buying from there again.

Any time I shop there and that skinny woman, (the manager)... is there, she follows me around like Im a criminal. I will never shop at that store again

The lady who helped me buy the products to go back to blonde and get the brassiness out was AMAZING! So knowledgable and friendly. My hair turned out just how I wanted and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg!! ❤😊

Just left Sally,s Beauty inHobart i will never shop there again.was followed like a criminal .by this skinny girl who,s the storeManager .if you are African American dont shop there.
