They were right at it unloading me. What a big difference compared to a few other ones. If they did that for me, I imagine someone buying there would have no objections to the way they would treat their customers. All sorts of stone, some I wouldnt know what it is called and colors also. Best to call them probably as I am only a driver delivering there.

Today I pick up some more blocks for my retaining wall . The woman that helped me at the customer counter was excellent very polite and very helpful who could ask for anything more than that! 👍

We decided to update our living room and the major job was to give our fireplace a makeover. Most of the decisions were easy, but we struggled significantly on what we should do with the fireplace. After many trips to other stores, we finally found a place that was helpful, knowledgeable and able to guide us to a decision that we love. Everyone that worked there was great, but Derek went above and beyond. He assisted us on three separate occasions helping us determine a mix of stone, hearth options and ideas for a mantle. Derek also talked/texted with our contractor on a few occasions as we could not answer our contractors questions after we provided him the info from Derek. We could not be more happy that we found this place and I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have Derek.

My wife & I decided to have a patio built in our backyard this year, and our landscape contractor recommended that we make a trip to Plymouth Quarries to pick out the pavers. Called to see if they had a certain product in stock. Although they didn’t (not many places stock this specific product) Derek the manager went above and beyond to make sure he helped in any way he could. I’ve honestly never talked to such a helpful supply house.. will be using these guys any chance I get.
