I’ve been in the area for 5 years and this is my favorite gun store in the area and with great people. Anytime I’m looking for something this is the first place I go. I would much rather order through them if they don’t have something in stock, than order from elsewhere online. Super helpful, above and beyond service when I’ve needed certain off the wall or last minute things. They Definitely make you feel welcome, and you don’t get the pushy salesman experience like you do in certain other shops around the area. As long as I’m at Stewart they’ll be my go-to shop.

The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. They make you feel at home. I have been buying here since 2007.

I can’t believe the pricing here compared to the other stores and pawn shops. The selection over the counter may not be too great but you can order what you want on their catalog. I was actually surprised that most of the firearms that I’ve see were under the msrp. I go to the ones where everyone goes, where they charge up and around double the msrp for some of their firearms. I was wondering how they get all of these customers when they can get what they need for way cheaper.

Ive come here more than I thought I would. Staff is VERY friendly + treats me more like family than a customer. The store has a nice indoor range and what is needed to run it with A/C. They have a HUGE selection of products and frankly, it is very enticing. I asked for a product that they did not have BUT they did give me assistance in finding it at another stores location. 10/10, Recommend.

Well wife took me to get a gun for fathers day. Hands down the best place to buy and shoot! This shotgun has been the third gun ive got from them. I always love going there such great people! Cant eait to go there again soon for my wife.

Every time I go into this store I’m greeted with a very professional and nice staff. I purchased a firearm online for the first time and had it shipped to this store and the staff helped me every step of the way. Best store in the area!!

I went looking at all of the gun stores in my area on 15MAR21 because I had just gotten my Carry permit and was new to the area. I went to one lackluster store that had a serious price scalping problem. I almost went home out of dissapointment but decided to take a chance on this place.This place was such a breath of fresh air. Fair market prices on firearms and ammo. No price scalping to be seen. I was very surprised about the wide selection of holsters, supressors, and accessorys. Its very unusual that a store has all 3. I was also very taken with how polite the staff were. I was watching my son and he was being nice and loud (as 10 month old babys are) and they were so nice to him, talking to him, and complementing him on how good he looked. I will definetly be coming back to get a holster for the beautiful revolver I purchased once I get a chance to shoot it. This place has my permanent business for the 4 more years ill be living in Georgia.

Recently purchased a handgun from here. Even with all the craziness thats going on, the staff made the purchasing experience very helpful and amazing. They demonstrated patience, and the utmost professionalism. The most remarkable of all traits is their after sale customer experience. I will definitely come back here for all my purchases.

Great selection of firearms, range is great. Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Everything about this place is really good The only complaint I have is their ammunition is way overpriced.

We went in to purchase a 22 rifle with a scope (have a bit of arnadillo problem). We were greeted right off but were told we would need to order online- ok, so we had questions as to weight, size etc. Another guy comes in and the guy helping us just leaves us standing there! No I will be right back, anything.So we walked out- obviously he didnt want the sale so we will find a company who does.

Poor customer service. Its almost like they went out of their way to be unhelpful. I was told different contradictory accounts about being able to shoot on the range. When I called, I was told the range was open from 10-4. When I actually showed up there, it was a different story. This is the 3rd time that I have been here seeking to pay for a service and was given some bs excuse. Never wasting my time with them again.

They dont have he selection they use to have. High prices even above manufacturer suggested price.

The only reason anyone would give any stars is because the fact that they get to shoot at this place and you dont get to shoot anything some days you dont get to shoot your rifles and some days its only pistol calibers it would be nice if I could shoot my Mini-14 here but I cant and if you rent a gun from them you have to buy their ammo even though you have quality ammo so thats either a negative or positive depending how you look at it I know a lot of people will not leave a review because theyre afraid they wont be allowed to shoot their again strange but true there was only one time a gentleman was polite to me and actually engaged me in a good conversation and asked me if they could help me with anything he was very respectful and knowledgeable there are other people that work here that have horrible customer service skills and some that are a 3 out of 5 some have a passive aggressiveness and would make you think that they were police officers and some of them dont seem to even want to make the sale even when all the paperwork is in order but thats how they choose to do business if I can get on the Range and follow all the rules and do my own thing Im happy

At one time this place was awesome. However over the past several years the place has gone down hill. They do not carry as much variety in weapons or accessories the previously had. Every now and then I pop in to see what they have and can still find some pretty good deals so it is worth checking out. Range fees as low as well.

Great gun shop and range. By far, the best prices I’ve seen in any gun or accessory.I did the ultimate gun dealer customer service test and asked to buy a Hi-Point C9. They not only had it in stock, but they didn’t even snicker at what Is considered by most to be a “garbage gun”. Great people. Very knowledgeable and can get anything you could possibly want.

I go here as often as possible, the employees are clearly enthusiastic about their product, of which there is always a good variety. The indoor range is nice too, just keep in mind that .223 is the highest caliber you can use there, and that in particular has to be purchased at this store. However, dont come here if pressed for time, the wait for service can be long when its busy.

AMAZING. place to do business! They have gun lockers that I was able to store my firearms securely that I didn’t wish to keep at home.Very nice, professional place. I would definetly do business again. Will purchase here when I’m in the market.

I have been here a few times to shoot and browse their selection of weapons and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and very accomodating. They offer gun rentals which is helpful when looking for a new weapon and not sure which is the best route to take. I have never had a bad experience here.

Man of all the gun stores/range hybrids, this has to be the most restrictive of the ones in the Savannah area. They do not allow phone use inside the store, they have a good handguns restricted for police/military/firefighters(firefighters in GA need guns?)/etc. and specific about their paperwork to the point making you feel guilty for walking in their doors. There are better places for shopping for handguns and better places for range. It’s a no for me. FYI — your SCCY 9mm are overpriced.

Love this place, Ive bought 2 guns here and I will continue to buy guns from this store. No problems with the range either. They have a lot of 1911 and glock holsters but not a wide variety of holsters for other types of guns. Other than that my experience has always been awesome.

Have purchased from them a few times. They seem to have a good variety of handguns, ammo, and accessories. Each time the staff has been awesome to deal with. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future!!!

Went there to get the rear sight of my glock centered and once I was seen by the gun smith I was out in less than a minute, no charge. Only down a star for the initial wait before being seen, which wasnt too bad. Overall, good selection of products and staff seemed courteous.

I purchased a Taurus 608 last year, my first double action revolver, and its a Beast, and Ive been meaning to go back to pick up an autoloader. The prices for new guns are unbelievable, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the showroom is huge and open for being so well stocked. My only complaint would be the lack of reloading supplies, considering their available space, but theyre willing to special order anything, so as long as you know what you want, you can get it there.

Hubby and I bought my first .45 here. I like the strict paper process for purchasing. Is that weird? So knowledgeable, and I got a free range session with th he purchse. Only thing I wish is that there was more of a selection of conceal weapon carry tops for ladies.

Im a bit biased, since I work here now. 😉 I bought my G19 before I applied, got an awesome deal. Lots of decent parts for your ARs and all sorts of interesting things roll into the store. Now that Im on the other side of the counter, I understand the reason for the paperwork (ATF driven). You can bring your own pistol ammo (no hollow point), but if you are firing a .223/556, you have to use store ammo. Not an unreasonable request since the owner just dropped alot of $$$ repairing damage to the range. About 98% of range questions can be answered by looking at the webpage. Folks are more than welcome just to stop by and say hi. 🇺🇸

Replaced my factory sites on my 1911 pistol with Trijicon HD sights, rear sights placed perfectly, front sight mangled a little bit. Sights are not ruined but the installation could have been cleaner and more professional. If I had the opportunity to do this again I would go somewhere else.

The old dude was very rude, when I asked to see a rifle he told me I couldn’t afford it and proceed to point at my rank on my uniform, then had the younger kid (Who was a Total Douche) “help me”, he wouldn’t get off his phone or answer my questions. This place is a joke.

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service, will never do business with again. Highly recommend staying away.Ordered NFA SBR rifle and FFLd through Mission Essentials in April of 2016. Mission Essentials messed up and lost paperwork on first attempt, had to cancel the check and resubmit all the paperwork. 3 months lost. Paperwork resubmitted right before Mission Essentials closed and just before 41P law came into effect. SBR had to be transferred to Aim Center Mass to finish NFA waiting period. Original discussion with Mission Essentials was NFA transfers for $100. Fast forward to April 2017. Received call from Aim Center Mass, SBR tax stamp is here ready for pickup. NFA transfer is $180. Complained and got deal, transfer for $150. Not much can be done, they have my rifle, holding it hostage against my transfer fee. Had to pay $150.Bottom line, they are lying scoundrels, and are not to be trusted. Highly recommend using one of the reputable gun stores in the Savannah area. Stay away from these people.

My husband and I drove to the Hinesville location, which was an hour way from where we were, to shoot our new M4 for the first time The website makes it look like they allow for shooting rifles and shows several guns including class III to rent. Well after wasting an hour driving to it because it was the closest range open on a Sunday, we found out that the Hinesville location only allows certain calibers on certain days for rifles and today wasnt the day. We were told the Savannah location allowed rifle calibers on the weekend, really just the weekend!?! We were so angry we just left. I had even called before and asked what time the range closed for the day. i have done this at other ranges and they would ask what we planned to shoot just to make sure. It wouldve been nice for them to ask so we couldve avoided driving so far with such excited with our new gun. SUCH A LET DOWN! So BEWARE if you want to shoot rifles or any of the fancy weapons shown on their website, make sure its the right day, the right time, and the stars are aligned just perfectly!
