Hinesville Fence is the best fencing company out here, hands down! Brooke, her husband& the team are amazing! Very friendly, professional& awesome work! They did our wood fencing at our newly built home& we are so glad we went with them. The builders quoted us nearly double of what we paid Hinesville Fence. And the quality of their work is FANTASTIC! We contacted Hinesville fence to install a very simple 200ft chain link fence standing 4 ft tall with 1 gate. There wasn’t any contract drawn up (red flag number one) and once we agreed on a price there was very little communication. The quote mind you was based upon “how tall and how many feet” nothing more. They finally came out a week later for setting the posts and told me they would be out the next day to finish the chain link. That did not happen. My husband had to call and/or text several times only to find out they weren’t coming. Then they were supposed to have come out a few days later and again nothing. After a 3rd time they finally came out but with no call saying they were on their way or nothing. We ended up noticing that there wasn’t any tension wire on the bottom of the entire fence which now makes the fence very unstable with the chain link, when confronted about this we were told AFTER THE FACT that the tension wire would cost an additional $500 (this was never told to us prior to the job being done otherwise we would have added it). All in all the company is pretty rude to their PAYING customers, way over priced for the job they did AND watch out because they only accept forms of payment that you can not get your money back on such as Venmo, cash app, and literal cash. I do not ever intend to do business with this company again especially since we paid $2300 + for a half done job.

Hinesville Fence was amazing. I highly recommend using them. The were professional and do high quality work. The show up on the date and time scheduled and have all the materials to complete the project. The job site was always clean and neat. Everyone on the team was friendly and knew what they were doing. Dont think twice use Hinesviille Fence for your next project!

Takes months to deliver with next to no communication and not even a modest estimate of the time frame to be expected. COVID is not an excuse for not being professional to your customers. Potential customers, anyway. I understand materials can be difficult to obtain right now but a little communication goes a long way. There are more holes in their customer service than there will be in the chain link fence Ill be getting elsewhere.

When we moved into our home we got our fence through hinesville fence and then our HOA said we needed to close a side up so of course we called them and they said to close it up would be no problem and no charge! We have had our fence for a year now and I am very happy with it.Thank you guys for such a great experience!

She had my fence installed in a weeks time frame from the moment we talked about a quote. 2 days install time is what she estimated and that is exactly what happened. Brooke was very professional and took time to answer all of our questions. The installation was on schedule and completed to our liking! I called for an estimate and this business stated they would call me and come out and do the estimate in two days. Two days came and went and no one came out. I called again on the second day and left a message. No return call. I will find another place for my business.

I seriously had to go back and check and see WHY there was a 1 star review. Brooke has been nice and consistent since the first call I made. The first day I called they were out to do the estimate. They had the lowest price at out of over 10 different companies and surrounding counties and my fence looks great. I can’t wait to enjoy my backyard in peace. USE THEM. You won’t regret it. Save your time on calling around to get quotes trying to find someone “cheaper”.

Consumers in the market for a fence, be careful! I had a fence installed at my home and the fence is in front of the sprinklers! I called Hinesville Fence and asked why they did that and how could they fix it and I was told: I dont have a built-in GPS to tell me where your sprinklers are, Im not a landscaper!.

Dont waste your time...called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Brooke seemed enthusiastic over the phone and scheduled to come out the following morning. The appointment time came and went and still no one showed or called, so called late the next afternoon, she claimed she was too busy to call or come by to estimate the job. She quoted me a price for repairs and installation over the phone without knowing any details, when I mentioned this...she just said...oh well, thats my price. It was obvious she just didnt care if they got the job or not.

Hinesville Fence came out and repaired the problems that we initially had with the fence after they installed it. All the broken pickets were replaced and they tapered the back like we had requested. What a difference it made. Our fence looks very nice. Thank you Brooke for doing a great job making us happy.

I requested them to come to my house to do a survey. Twice they failed to show up on the scheduled visit. This company claim that their reliable, If they cant keep schedule visit, I dont think they could keep any promise this company makes to build your fence.

Said they would come give me an estimate......twice. Never showed either time. Cost me time and money. Took off work and rearranged my schedule just to meet them. Never showed. No phone call nothing. Don’t know about their quality of work, but obviously your time is not important to them.
