The lines... Seriously, open another register. Im not a huge fan of Walmarts to begin with, but as far as Walmarts go this ones a little ridiculous when it comes to their lines. If I am standing behind the jewelry counter waiting to check out theres an issue.

Went in to pickup a few frame hanging bits and some groceries . Nothing unusual but, it was at checkout that the magic happened. I decided to use that new Mobile Checkout feature and let me tell you, I WAS IMPRESSED! So smooth and slick to use! Great job Walmart!!!

Felt very uncomfortable at the store the other week, there is a man with glasses that follows you around Walmart. I never stole anything in my life, sometimes people can overdue there jobs. Every isle I was on he was there when I was going to check out he was standing by the customer service desk watching me. I dont wear anything baggy or oversize clothes, I didnt even have my purse with me that day only my wallet. Did he think I was going to put a 65 inch TV in my Gucci wallet? I almost took my whole cart to customer service an ask for a refund!!!

This morning I showed up at the Hinesville, Ga Walmart Supercenter for an oil change. The website advertised Auto center opens at 7:00 am. I was there at 6:55 am to be serviced because I had to work that day and wanted to get it done early. At 7:00 am they did open, but to start setting up! Now I believe they are supposed to be set up and ready for business at 7:00? Was disappointed and had to wait 21 more minutes before they were set up. And to top that off, even though I was the only person there, before they saw me an employee that was working pulled her car into one of the other stalls and was waited on first. So a total of 28 minutes after 7 am I was finally waited on. I love Walmart, very convenient one stop shopping, but was very, very disappointed this morning. No way to do business.

This is my least favorite Walmart of any Walmart Ive ever been to. If the Self checkout is closed there will be at least 7 people in the 2 other lanes that are open. I try my best to not shop here. In the end its Walmart and it will always have what you need.

Were up in GA for a visit and I absolutely love this walmart. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful. The staff makes sure that the electrice carts are ready to be used. I live in Florida and the one down home could certainly learn a lot from the ones in GA.

Love the return policy and the prices are great however the aisles are too close together you cant even turn around in the aisles and the one-way aisles are not working youre cramming too many aisles into a small space Ive been to other Walmart Supercenters and they are much more spacious they need to build a bigger store or take out some of the Isles Walmart is getting too greedy build a bigger store if you want more Isles also open up more cashier check out lines out of maybe ten cashier check out lines maybe 3 open the lines are too long and the wait is too long

I just caught the cashier adding snacks for her and her co worker to my daughters transaction. Needless to say I called her on it and went straight to a manager. Yall better be careful and watch them.

Big, wide aisles good stock of supplies. It was clean for as many people were shopping. Staff was neutral, not pleasant but not rude. Ive been to better Walmarts and Ive seen much worse. Over all not a bad shopping experience.

Open late I think, but closed the far right doors around 8pm...freakin COVID...also ......masks....oh they also had some off brand fruit punch! Cops cant smell vodka! Almost worth a 4th star! Definitely 3.5 but only 3 registers with people and the self checkout was card only...

Well it was great cause they had my little cups of banana pudding that im currently still sitting in the Walmart parking lot eating it😁

Sales Staff was very efficient and friendly. If I were hunting a specific item that I could not find, the Sales Associate would tell me what aisle the item was on and then take me to that aisle. I agree with the 3.9 rating given by a previous customer.Ralph Foster

Very busy store. Only Wal-Mart in the city. They do have 2 Wal-Mart Market places though.

Disorganized and confusing to navigate. I dont have high expectations for Walmart, but this place is awful. The curb side pickup is also often out of stock of many things youd order. Also, moldy produce!

I dont really come out of my house, because of the fear of dumb people that will not get the vaccine. I have received my 2 vaccines, but I still have to wear a mask 😷 because of theIgnorant that wants to die.smh👎 Walmart get a ventilation system please, its to hot in store, cold air kills germs, like the hospital keeps it really cold! Do something!!!!!!

Moldy food in the produce almost every time I go. I can rarely buy strawberries bc they have visible mold growing on them. I dont go here for my produce anymore but I still shop here for regular food

I’ve never been so disrespected as I have at this Walmart! I was doing self check out nothing major but was in mid scanning and bagging when the clerk stops me and tells me I need to go to a cashier to finish and I asked why! You’ve been flagged I scanned all my items and properly bagging! The lady had no reason and the worst Attitude!

This place never has anything you need. They closed it like for 3 days for sanitation and restock and it looks like they didn’t even bother to remove all the Back to School stuff. Be careful with some of the employees they’re rude and inconsiderate.

Shop here out of necessity, hate this place,never enough registers open customer service and staff are MEH at best, the associates seem like there all zombies and none of them want to be there. Over crowded all the time but thats the nature of the beast i suppose.

And a Grand one at that THIS Walmart is in Hinesville Georgia and I will give them all the credit where credit is exactly what they say they take it any Day of the week

I appreciate the employees who actually like working in customer service. Those employees make the shopping experience pleasant. Its easy to tell who does and doesnt enjoy being in customer service 🤷‍♀️

Every time I goes to this Walmart it’s always extremely hot!!! Mr. Adam doesn’t care about his staff nor his customers to have us inside of these terrible conditions!! How much money we spend there, it shouldn’t be 101 degrees inside this facility. It’s a lot of our peers who been working there so long and this how you repay them, it’s very disappointing. I hope something get done about this issue soon and I will continue to push this issue until it does!!

My favorite place Im ableto shop for everything I need on more going to other stores for other items.

The short young black man with the very curly hair was very polite and very quick very neatly groomed got my order to me very quickly.

Store was well stocked ( even during the covid supply issues). Store was clean and well organized. There is a McDonalds inside. There is a grocery and food center (this too was well stocked).

Staff us rude and unhelpful. Products are in isles still on carts and this takes walking room fr customers

Just came home today. Need raised wooden walkways all the way from the street to the ladies section to avoid walking in the sand. Walking in the soft sand is hard on my bad knees. Glad to see the added laundry area even though I didnt use it.

Lots of shelves empty and wait at register. I prefer to go to the neighborhood markets because super Walmart didnt have much more than neighborhood market.

I ordered my groceries online, and am sure that I requested delivery to my door.I had a problem with my out of stateDetails.When I spoke to someone about the situation it was about close to to four days the order was at the store for pick upOnly to find out that prior to this personThe young many did not tell me thatThey order could not be change.I was very glad just to cancel the orderI felt that that food could not be a urgent if it was almost 4 days at the store.Am accostomed with Instacart groceries at my door.First impressions lasts very long.Am not impress with their online service.

They really should learn to social distance among coworkers and wear masks when they cant. They did just close because they had to sanitize from an employee covid outbreak not even a week ago.

This review is specifically for the auto care center. I had a 4pm appt and arrived at 3:30 pm. I checked in and then waited 2 hours just to be called up to be told they cannot get to me to mount 4 tires and I would have to come back tomorrow. They did not even know where the technician went. I waited 4 days just to get the appt. I guess appointments dont matter.

Ill give this place a 2 star just for the fact that i had left some cash in self check our and the lady stopped me. But how is it so hard to read a size label for shirts and pants?! A 38 is not 33. And a large is not a medium. Cant even exchange it now because the tags are off

They put items back on the shelves that other people have returned already, which is an extreme health hazard! Theyre putting back food, medicine, toiletries, towels, shoes, clothing thats obviously been worn or stinks. Appliances that have been obviously used already. Just bought a shower head. I brought it home and immediately noticed it was used because: The box was damaged, the items werent packed in the box properly, the item already had plumbers tape on it. Not to mention, there was PUBIC HAIR on it!!! Every single thing you buy from this place, wipe down, wash, disinfect, and INSPECT THOROUGHLY!!!

They had a lot of great garden finds today that I was having a hard time finding at lowes for good prices. I really like this store. The employees are usually friendly and it has a wider selection than the jesup location. Its just SO packed. There are so many people and I tend to get overwhelmed since were in a pandemic.

Item availability is iffy. Have a backup plan in case they dont have what you need.

This Walmart is not the greatest. Some employees are the rudest he and some are the nicest. Unfortunately Ive had some of the bad employees to deal with. Also the plants to choose from are horrendous. Theyre either drowning in water or never seen a drop off water cause theyre all dried out. I love plants and its so sad to see these lovely plants like this. They truly dont care here thats for sure.

There were some people in Walmart not acting like they should and the management team took care of it very quickly and quietly and did a good job with it

This location was not the best Walmart to visit, the shelves were pretty bare. The produce section was just about empty, the bread isle was pitiful.

I went during the evening. There werent a lot of cashiers available however I went through the self checkout and was out in record time! I found exactly what I was looking for!

For the most part the staff is great. There are a few bad apples but thats it. I just avoid them. They offer a great selection of items.

I ordered for the first time online. Went to pick items up and they had taken my money from the bank account but never placed my order. Not only did I not get my order but I had to drive 30mi eachway. And now they longer have them.

Found everything I was looking for without any problem.

I really think if youve seen one Walmart youve seen them all. This one is large and well stocked so it was easy to find what I went there for.

The store is usually clean. But the staff can be rude as heck. Standing, even managers, in the way of an isle talking about nothing, but blocking customers way to go down an isle. I literally have to go down the next ilse and come back up. There is one particular guy who always stares me down in self check out area and when I need help acts like Im doing something wrong, when Im not. If it is marked with a discount sticker, you usually scan that one. Some are friendly especially two women that are greeters.

Register workers are rude, no filter when they talk negitive

Why did you shut the self checkout at 9 pm. Especially since there is a massive influx of people showing up. Next time wait till you are not busy. Might be able to get more customers to show up. I waited in line for an hour two things that I couldve scanned by myself.

I can always find what I want in Hinesville Walmart. I wish our Walmart had all the choices they have. Small town Walmarts dont offer the selection that larger towns have.

After 20+ years with the same floor plan, they rearranged everything. It took me 45 minutes to find 3 items, old floor plan I would have been in and out in 15. 1 item I couldnt find and gave up looking for it. The only reason I can see to change the floor plan is to keep you in the store longer in hopes youll buy things you dont really need, impulse buys.

Everyone should at least try w+. I scanned my items as I put them in the cart, paid for them on my phone, went to self checkout to scan the code and I was out the store!!

I hate giving a Walmart more than 3 stars but, without this WalMart, hinesville would be a million times worse. I cant stand Kroger, and base is too far to be worth it. This WalMart has almost everything youre ever going to need while here in hinesville including groceries
