I am undecided here, my realtor selected this company to install carpet in a home we are selling due to a military relocation from Ft. Stewart to Ft. Benning late 2017. They gave a decent quote on replacing exact color for 5 bedroom house, just bedrooms needed carpet. The only issue I have is I would have liked to see the final outcome, but had to go on realtors word. Most carpet places would pull all old carpet and padding out, vacuum and then place new materials. Not 100% sure they did this as we are now having to hire a cleaning company to clean dust from this. If we lived there during installation, Im sure they would not have missed this step. So my advice is hopefully you are not in our situation and can be there for the process. We used their services a month or 2 ago. I also tried calling them a couple times and no one answered and no answering service...
