I like this guys they worked on my Mercedes Benz that a lot of mechanics were running away from it. I did a whole transmission change and catalytic converter as well and I have no issues with work they did. Joe is a great mechanic old school but very effective.

First let me say I have high expectations when it comes to getting my car serviced I’m very particular about the shops I let handle my car care needs !!As soon as i walked in they took care of me . Very welcoming professional & informative . This was my second time being serviced here and he got me in and out . The pricing is very reasonable . He explained the process of the service to me which I really appreciated because most shops will just bill you and not explain what your paying for (especially as a female) he is a honest man of his word . The price he quoted me and the price I paid were spot on . The same for the timeline. I will continue business with this shop. The best auto repair I have ever received. I went in around 6:30 am and meet the manager. We discussed the problem with my car and I told him that I was going to get a rental because I didnt want to be without a car for days. He told me to hold off because the problem might not be to bad. He told me that he would call me around 9:30am. I was surprised when I received the call at 9:30. This showed me that he is a man of his word. He then took me by surprise and told me my car would be ready later that day. I received a call back around 12 noon. My car was ready. This is the fastest turnaround a have ever had with car repairs. His team is top notch. Im glad I picked the right repair shop this time and I will be going back whenever I have any problems with my car. To Guarantee Auto the challenge is to keep up the great customer service and excellent repair work. Im truly grateful for the job you all did today. You earned a customer for life.

Ive been using this shop for a couple years now. They have done everything from engine replacements, clutch replacement to smaller repairs. If its not right they wont let it leave the shop.

Joe is very knowledgable and has 30 years plus of experience. I took my 2010 Ford f 150 to the dealership and they quoted me $7400 for a new transmission. When I went to guaranteed auto and transmission Joe the mechanic test drove it with me and said that the result could be just a dirty transmission filter. The next day the truck was ready up and running. Joe is very honest and is very good at what he does I would recommend anyone to to go to him. I myself will be gwtting more repairs done with him.

I have had both my vehicles serviced here. Its a single owner shop thats been in Hinesville over 30 years. The owner of the shop is a nice guy who offers affordable and honest service. my only complaint are the limited hours that his shop is open, but regardless of that fact he has come through with my vehicles in a very timely fashion and didnt charge me an arm and a leg for any service I have been provided. He told me that they are not equipped to do exhaust work but they do pretty much everything else. I definitely recommend going here and the earlier you get there the more likely youre going to be first in line as they do not take appointments.

I thought I was going in to pay for a new alternator which easily can be a several hundred dollar operation. Joe, the manager, looked over everything and found a simple solution to my problem. It ended up costing me only 40 dollars to fix. They do honest work here that isnt trying to rip you off, which is rare in auto work. Thank you!

I went in there ready to pay for a new A/C system when they told me to wait and lets test it first. 5 mins later he comes back in telling me all I need is the dryer replaced and some more refrigerant. Came to this shop because another shop was booked for like 2 days out and im glad i did. These guys are super friendly and easy to talk to. I had an issue with my A/C and they fixed me right up. Price was really fair and from what i can tell the work is good. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place if youre looking for a good local shop.

We have done business with Joe and his crew several times over the 6 years that weve been here and have ALWAYS recieved quality work. However, our last job we had done takes the cake!! We had a rear diff to be replaced and some frontal steering issues, not to mention we needed 2 new tires. Long story short Joe saved us alot of $$$ on all of these services when the other guys wanted twice as much for only the rear diff job!!! In addition we got our vehicle back in half the time that it took others to even give us an estimate! Still slapping myself for not taking it to them in the first place. All in all, I would and can vouch for Joe and his crew ANY DAY!!!!

Guys are super cool. Got me all fixed up quick. So I thought. After getting my truck back however I noticed a few key things were not right. After having my rear end replaced they failed to hook my e break cable back up. To make it all worse they swapped out my new breaks and components off the old axel which like I just said were only two weeks old and left me with what came on the replacement rear end. Old breaks. I have now since had to have the breaks bled e break hooked back up and will have to purchase new breaks as well as the other parts that go with it. Long story short, he talks a good game but will jack you in a heartbeat.

I took my car there on Tuesday and they had my car in running in under 4 hrs. My car hasnt been running for almost 2yrs. I have taken it to other mechanics in the area and they did not get my car running like I discribe to them, with all the issues it was having. So my car just sat at my house collecting cob webs. A friend of mine Mr. Jerry told me where he took his classic car and I tell you all that I am very pleased with my 1970 Ranchero. Thanks to Mr. Joe and Mr. Ernie. They gave me the prices before working on my car.

I called early in the day for a quote on a brake job including the rotors and asked for quote to also include replacement of both cv axels. The man on the phone quoted me $400, Thinking it was a reasonable rate and comparing it to other shops I went ahead took my car here. I went ahead and got the job done. I then received the work order and could not understand anything since it was full of abbreviations. I asked the man to explain to me what all had been for the $400.He told me that they replaced the cv axles and the front pads (not the rotors). So it turns it out that their normal brake job is just the pads for $150 (no rotors). After doing the math. I realized I could have bought parts for $220 and hopefully found someone to do the job and still come under $400 with all 4 brake pads, rotors, and cv axles replaced. Plus the fact that their work order isnt itemised it just seem fishy. So all in all, I feel as if Ive been had.My car still makes noise. Im assuming from the scratched rotors that should have been replaced or at least turned.
