Fairly cleaned with well informed employees. The employees were very helpful finding me an alternative to a part that is no longer made. They took the time to walk me to the park and help me find it as it was in the aftermarket parts section.

Had a sensor go off on my vehicle so I stopped over to have it checked out. Turned out I needed my battery replaced. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to get it taken care of and on my way. Clean store, dependable parts and always great service.

I apologize for not remembering her name but the young lady with this short red twist hairstyle was very polite and knowledgeable took care of my issues in a professional and polite manner I will never go back to Advance Auto again.

Great customer service. Called in about ignition coils and went to pick up. Initially was wrong vehicle but the gentleman that helped didnt stress it he found my vehicle and had the items I needed. Quick check and friendly throughout the process. Great place if you need parts or have questions about your vehicle.

To be honest, as informative as the workers were they came of pretty rude. I asked a question to double reassure Im buying the right part (Im not a car guy) and I got talked to like I was stupid.

If the website says they have it, it’s not a lie. The staff is very nice and helpful but are not very mechanically inclined on all types of vehicles.

She really went out of her way to help me with getting my front headlight and then she noticed my battery had acid all over it and not in the best condition. She cleaned it then notice that I had purchased the battery from Autozone. She checked and I had a warranty on that battery. Asked a employee outside if they take used oil and his response was yes, only if its 5 gallons or less. I picked up my 4 gallons and walked inside and when I barely get through the door another employee said we are still full. This was the first time Ive been there to drop off oil so I dont know where his still full response came from. I told him I would be more than willing to let him keep my containers and he said no, he didnt want them to just be just sitting back there. Very unprofessional attitude. Probably wont be back if thats the attitude they have towards customers.

This place has helped me tremendously over the years. The staff! Wow! They are the bomb when it comes to quality assistance. The men and women who I have encountered in my transactions perform as if I am important and it is their pleasure to serve me.

I would give no stars at all but it would not allow me. I had the worst experience today. My husband is deployed and the battery died on his vehicle so I got a jump start and head straight to autozone. I arrived at 0618... finally at 0621 someone came out and I asked if they were closed. He said yes. I said but your sign says that you are closed at 0630 and it’s 0621. He ask what did I need. I explained that is was an emergency, my husband is deployed and his battery died and the check engine light came on. His name is Andre. He said I can’t check the check engine light because we cannot go into customer cars but I will check your battery. Which is okay. I understood that and I really did not want him in the car with this Covid going around. As he went back into the store he left the door unlocked and a customer walked in. He came back out with the equipment to check the battery. A short lady comes out and said Andre if you need to get in just knock on the door and locked the door behind herself. By this time it’s about 0625. He told me to shut off the car, he ran whatever test and said yes the battery is bad. Before I can ask anything he said we cannot change the battery because it’s down low and they would have to take off the wheel to change it and they are not allowed to do that. He asked if I had jumper cables and I said no. He said wrong answer. Then he tells me to start the car after he jump started it with a little machine. I then ask can I purchase something like that and he said no because we are closed he just did that to help me out. Mind you at this time it’s not 630 yet. He said something happened and they had to close early. I went to to door where the district manager James phone number was located and called him and he took care of the situation.My thing is so what is the purpose of posting closing times when ur closing before that time. When I went in the store that same Andre person was mopping the floor. There was also and older gentle man waiting with me at 0628 and the lady told him that I can only come in the store but he couldn’t. He literally was there at 628. I was looking at the times because I seriously could not believe the service that we were given especially in this time.I would never and I repeat never visit this location again. My husband normally deals with this type of stuff but like I said he is deployed so now I have to do it... but I will go somewhere else because clearly they don’t need the business.

Just got to the store and the guy was cleaning the floor. Door closed at 8:53 pm and a big sign with operations hours until 9:00 pm. Good luck to the managers at this place. Best wishes, hope the competition do better.

The cashier tried to ring up bulb grease without me even asking for it. Bad business to scan something into someone’s cart without their consent. And not to mention she didn’t even ask for my rewards number. Will be going to advance auto parts from now on.

Terrible service. I am elderly and asked for a fuse check. I was told they do not supply this service. I told them OK Ill go to NAPA they do. This was not a very good customer help at all. STAY AWAY!
