Got me a new front and rear bumper along with the wood part that goes below my carpet in the truck on top of the spare tire. They were very nice and kept me in the loop. Went above and beyond and flattened my trunk carpet since it was water damaged and wavy. Great job overall.

They fixed an issue on one side of the vehicle, only to have something break while in their shop and they tell is that it was like that when you brought it to us, despite it working just fine beforehand.

We went to fix a minor gap on our Honda bumper when we went there for an estaminet the guy tried telling us we needed to replace the whole bumper for $840 (with military discount) obviously over charging us luckily we went to muse collision center afterwards and they did a great job! Good work for a good price fixing our simple issue at hand $50 total. I don’t recommend doing business with these people.

They tried taking advantage of me when I only needed a simple fix. I had to walk away. Do not recommend this place.

My truck was in an accident and needed some body work done. The technicians here are total professionals and the front desk ladies are the nicest and easiest to work with. I love that they have Enterprise in house to help with rental car needs. Great work done in a timely manner.

Mach1 is fantastic i sent my car in to them on a Tuesday and got it back that Thursday.....thier staff are sweet and very helpful.......i will be/ would recommend this shop to all my family and friends... i would give this shop 10000 stars if i could

DONT GO TO THIS BODY SHOP! This company doesnt even deserve any stars to be honest. Normally I dont do reviews, but this one was necessary. If you want to spare the stress, do not drop your car off here. I shouldve read the reviews before choosing this shop to repair my vehicle. I dropped my car off on the 12th of November and it was supposed to be ready on the 16th of November. As I followed up, they changed the scheduled date of pick up each week. I am so frustrated because they are playing with my money and my time. The way that they do things is very unprofessional because this should have been addressed prior to me dropping off my vehicle. Were going on a month of my vehicle being in the shop now and this does not make any type of sense! More importantly, all they can say is sorry. Theyre not trying to offer any incentives, discounts, or anything. Meanwhile, their mission is to satisfy the customer. Well this customer is far from satisfied! I was supposed to go out of town this week but they ruined that because they have my car for yet another week. This is about week 4. All I know is it better be done ASAP!!!!!

This place does Great work, they work hard for their customers. Although there was a small problem it was fixed within reason. These are professionals and they know exactly what they are doing. Their work speaks for itself. This rating is solely for Mach 1 Body shop in Hinesville and I give them 5 stars! If something isnt right they will make it right but they do get very busy so you do have to be patient.

My car has taken so long to be finished. Everyday the estimated time is the next day. Eventually after lying and saying the next day so much they just stop updating you and you have to constantly reach out to them. My car has been in the same spot. They arent even touching it. Im looking at it as I type this. If your insurance or geico recommend this place kindly decline. This is beyond frustrating for someone who takes time seriously. Bad enough you have to pay them so much for them to take as long as they want.

Work was done incorrectly the first time. Had to be taken apart and put back together the day i was suppose to pick it up. And aliment that takes 20mins has taken days. Told it would be ready the next day, then the next day, then the next day. The women were kind and understand.

I was not going to write a review because mistakes happen which I do understand but no.. They will literally just stop updating you on your vehicle once they have it longer than they claim they will. Then when you call to check on it, it’s like you get an attitude for checking on your vehicle that THEY claimed would be ready. They broke my baby’s car seat mirror and tried to tell me that it wasn’t in my car in the first place. Attitude and all over the phone. Talking over me as if I’m just seeing things.. So I go there and point out the picture and she’s like “ Oh I see it now blah blah all the years I’ve worked here, nothing doesn’t get broken” Yeah okay lady I could care less how long you been here and what you haven’t so called seen. Obviously they broke something. It was in perfect shape when I gave it to them. Not only that, as I’m about to go somewhere two weeks later, my husband notices one of my brake lights were out. I found what I assume a taillight bulb in my car door. Now whyyy these people don’t 360 your car and inspect everything before they return it is BEYOND ME!! The women there are nice UNTIL you address them with an issue. Geico recommends this place but I personally didn’t have a decent experience. I wanted to be understanding but I’m just not feeling this place. Maybe I caught them at a busy time or something. Who knows. I’m giving the 3 stars for at least fixing the issue with my vehicle beforehand..

My wife and I are 100% satisfied with our business with Mach1. The staff is an amazing group along with the GEICO rep who got the rental car for us.During the whole process Mach1 kept my wife and I up to date with the work along with photos so we knew what stage the car was at in the repair cycle.No up selling and no phone calls trying to juice us for more money. I enjoyed the fact that they saw my wife was still a little shook up from her accident and the just made her comfortable that her car was in good hands, but moreover, they made it a point to ensure she was doing well.I am actually thinking about taking my suburban down to them for a paint job. Great job Mach1, keep up the great work. I think a few business around Hinesville/Savannah could take a few classes from your front desk to see what customer service is.

Wow I have never seen such unprofessional behavior by a company like this. Threatening someone’s business because they were not pleased by sub par work. From seeing the work done it was poor I would not recommend to anyone.

Had my buddys car for over two months. They returned it to him with mismatched body panels, headlights that were no longer in alignment, imperfections in the paint, and plate lights that were not properly secured. Then, to add insult to injury, they threaten to give his business bad reviews because he had the gall to bring these issues before them.
