The mechanics were vigilant to accomplish the fix on my car. Found issues and exceeded expectations. This is one of the cleanest shops Ive seen in Hilton Head Island. And service was phenomenal. I know I just found the best mechanic on the island. Those guys deserve top rating and I thank you for being great team. Owners need to give these guys a raise.

I am new to the Island and needed an oil change. Went to Station 1 without an appointment, but they were able to get me in without a problem. Ken was a pleasure and to sit in a clean waiting room was a nice added touch. Got in just in time as they also found I had picked up a nail in my tire which was repaired and off I went. They with one visit will be my automotive pit stop.

This was the ONLY place in Hilton Head that was able to help us when our tire blew out. We are from out of town and no other tire places could get us a tire without us extending our trip by 3-5 days. Ken was an amazing, helpful, and courteous. One of the FEW people we met in Hilton Head that still knows what hospitality means. We would be stuck (literally) without Station One! Highly recommend!!

Head an alternator failure on my last day of vacation. The owner Ken took the car on a Saturday, with a very short notice . Great guy, honest and straightforward. Didn’t make any promises that can’t keep . Luckily a local store had a replacement part and my car was ready to go later the same day, with a 24 month nationwide warranty .Usually some repair shops try to take advantage of a situation when you are in hurry and have no alternative. Not here .A sincere thank you to Ken and his team .

We arrived from out of town looking forward to a few days on the Island when our starter died. Luckily AAA recommended Station One and after a tow there, we were up and running within a few hours! They were amazing. Super fast, professional and reasonably priced.

We have all of our cars serviced at Station One. The service at the front desk with Joe and Jerry is awesome. They are both very helpful and treat their customers with professionalism.The service technicians do an excellent job. The station is kept clean at all times. No one likes to have to spend money servicing automobiles, but at Station One, everyone works to make your experience a pleasant one.

They won me over from the very beginning. I went in for a very minor issue. They took care of it and didnt want to charge me anything. I was traveling from Georgia to visit Hilton Head when I found out that my number 5 coil went out. I contacted the shop and Bonnie was extremely helpful they were able to locate all the parts that was needed for my car, the mechanic that was there that day also realized some other issues with my car and was able to fix one of the issues for me( I chose to wait until I got home to fix the other things) I am forever grateful for them being able to fix my car, since I came in on a Saturday, I did not have to miss a beat of my vacation

On our way down from GA and one of our front tires started coming apart. We were not aware of the issue other than it seemed like our front end alignment was getting much worse. We Googled shops in the area and found Station One. The guys were super helpful and brought the tire issue to our attention. We were very thankful to get it fixed so quickly and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this shop!

The place is well run, very professional. Work is for the most part very good. They use the flat-rate book, and dont disclose their hourly rate anywhere on the premises, this in turn, leads to very high labor costs for most repair jobs. However, the work is solid and done right the first time. So if that is what you want, deal with the costs and get good work.

Ive been taking my 2007 Lexus RX-350 to Station One for routine service and repairs since I moved to HHI, about 3-1/2 years ago.I feel fortunate to have selected Station One for auto work because they have always done an excellent job for me at a very fair price.With their high standards, Im sure theyll continue to be an asset to our community.

I have used Station One about six times over the last two years for my car repairs/maintenance. I have always found them honest and professional, doing quality work at a fair price. Had a battery issue on a Friday around Noon. Called Station One and they were extremely responsive. Worked on issue in the afternoon, very inexpensive fix, and I was on my way home the next day. Other garages turned me away. Station One delivered!

Visiting HHI from FL and my tire started wobbling bad. I went to jiffy lube and they checked it out (Steve was great). He suggested I see Joe at Station one. My tire was bad and needed to be replaced - scared it would blow going back to FL. Joe was great... They ordered a tire and replaced next morning (which was a Saturday.). Station one was fantastic and fast. Definitely trustworthy. No more wobbling.

Our truck broke down while we were visiting the area for Mothers Day weekend. The guys here saved us from getting it towed and then found the problem within an hour without costing an arm and a leg. Had a great experience with Station One. Our care broke down while on vacation and had it towed to Station One. I had diagnosed the problem as a failed alternator, but these guys discovered the problem as a blown A/C relay. While many people could have replaced the alternator and then claimed they also found an A/C problem, they were straight up and charged me less than half of the originally quoted repair. Nice to know that there are still honest repair shops around. Thanks to Jerry and the guys at Station One for getting us back to enjoying our vacation! Highly recommend them!

My family and I have taken all of our cars here for over a decade and we prefer not to go anywhere else if we can help it. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional and Joe and Jerry provide outstanding customer service - always ready to help and to answer any questions, even if you need to make an emergency stop-in. Visiting HHI and hearing an odd squeak/clank/rattle coming from one of my rear wheels, I suspected the worst about the actual problem and being at the mercy of the honesty of the shop. I read the great comments on here, called and talked to Jerry. He said come on by. Joe got me right in, and the mechanic was able to quickly diagnose the problem as something minor and come up with a safe and creative way to stop the noise while the part was ordered. I returned the next morning when the part came in, again no waiting. Honest, clean, professional, fast. Im a fan of Station One.

RIP OFF BEWARE!!! They told me my window motor needed to be replaced for $600 i got another quote and come to find out it wasnt broken at all. They refused to wedge it up for me after quote was done because i didnt do business with them. They made me pay $70 just to get my car back for labor costs. They told me the window would be set back the way it was and it was not. This place obviously tried to take me for a ride and get $$ out of me instead of helping a return customer for years. Window was fixed through another place for $150 and didnt need a new motor at all. GET A 2ND OPINION OR DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE.

Station One never fails to meet expectations in terms of schedule, estimated price when requested and quality of services. Their staff always treats you like a customer they hope will come back again.

As always, my expectations were high and were exceeded. I have been using Station One for more than five years for my three cars and these guys are dependable, timely and professional; and oh reasonable.

I feel I have always been treated fairly and professionally. Its the only place I take my car on the island.

This place uses an automated rip off system. I called in for an oil change, checking to see if they had Mobil 1 0-20W, which they claimed that they carried. I sat there for an hour when someone comes in with a case of my oil containing 5 of the six quarts. I get my bill ($152, which is a rip off as it is for any oil) and notice that they charged me for 6.5 quarts of oil. Having changed my oil for years I can tell you that the car always takes 5 quarts. When confronted with this, they claimed that the manufacturer shows that my car takes 6.4 quarts and his people did not tell him any different. This would be true if that were the first time oil were put into the system. Everyone knows that oil remains in the engine when you drain it, in my case about 1.4 quarts. Therefore, if you go to this place it is a guarantee that you will be ripped off every time.
