Extremely well stocked organized and clean store. Don’t know how they keep the store looking so amazing with the amount of customers they receive. They really are doing an amazing job. Have seen other art supply stores in shambles. Staff are all helpful with whatever you need just realize that there is a lot of little things they are keeping organized.

As always Ben Franklin has a large variety of fake flowers and other junky stuff. I go there for my paints, brushes and gesso. I sell my Hawaiian block prints and painting.

Great craft selection on the big island. When we moved here we were so excited to find a craft store and it did not disappoint!

Large parking lot..easy to get a space.Store has a medium range of craft supplies ...surprisingly sparse in some departments (only TWO cross-stitch kits both designed for young children) and a plethora of choice in others (two aisles of washi tape?!)Prices unsurprisingly higher than same items online (200-300% higher... Commonplace for retail goods on big island ) but you dont have to wait for shipping.If youre in a hurry/ last minute piece together then this place will probably serve well.

Dont have as many things Id hope the one big Hilo craft store would have. Makes sense but I was sad and disappointed they didnt have varying sizes in canvas cloth

Parking is great. Store neat and organized. Staff helpful and courteous. I was looking for some paint supplies, and they offered a wide variety. Even some obscure items, they had at least one or two to choose from, like paint medium and brush cleaner. I am a club member, as well, so I get a discount for an annual fee ($10). Recommend.

I spent way more time than is good for me at the store. But what kept me there was browsing all of the aisles and seeing the wide selection of craft supplies and gather ideas for home projects.

This is the place to shop for your craft needs. If you ask where something is they actually escort you to the location. The team is very nice as well. I am working on a wall display and am finding everything I need right here at HomeMart BF. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. The picture is the progressing wall display.

HouseMart Ben Franklin Crafts in Hilo is well stocked with merchandise for your crafting needs. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist in any way. I really enjoy the resin craft activities I can do with my niece.

If you are from the mainland, this is like Michaels craft store. Beads, paper, framing, art projects, and many other products you can use to create something beautiful. They have a limited selection, but its your best bet for finding what you are looking for to make something creative.

Really the only place to get arts and craft supplies on east side bigisland. Better bring your hacksaw because they gonna want an arm and a leg for this stuff.

May was very helpful and knowledgeable and so was Leona(spelling?). She ran the resin workshop.There are a lot of cool things that you normally cant find on a mainland east-coast craft store.

Super helpful and friendly staff. We came in with almost broken glasses. They talked to us about different adhesives but eventually recommended coming back for their resin workshop. The girl there hooked us up by putting some resin on the glasses and setting it for us. Overall extremely helpful experience.

Lots of craft supplies, but didnt have what we wanted to get. Calligraphy nibs, the old fashioned kind. And I was very upset! They have no bathrooms for their customers. And I really needed it!

Its the only craft supply store around. Limited selections on many items. Scrapbook papers leave a lot to be desired on single sheet backgrounds. I have to shop online for many items as they are not available here.

Horribe store. Overpriced. Completely useless staff. I bought a sewing kit here, got home and found it had NO needles. The staff just retaped over it and gave it a 10% off without any explanation that there were no actual NEEDLES in it. Literally i hate this store.

They supply all kinds of items for crafts. Most of the staff address very knowledgeable with what they have, and if they dont they know where to get it. A very small leather working section. I wish they supplied belt buckles.

The crepes are great w/ wheat free options, 1/2 crepe w/salad was more than filling. Nice guitar music makes for a romantic night out, one of the more elegant places in Hilo.

I spent my entire afternoon trying to get stuff Summit arts and crafts my story store lets just say the woman who help me she I like her. Very much. The customer care is was not great but the cross are amazing and expensive
