My friend and I went to this furniture store and its definitely not somewhere Id shop now nor in the future and as such I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. My friend was gonna get a bedroom set which was gonna cost $2400. They required her to make a deposit so she had put down $520 however, she found a better deal at another furniture store and as such wanted a refund for her deposit. The worker there refused to give her back her money back and made it clear she could go to court if she wanted to. We inquired to speak to his manager or boss and he said he cant contact his boss, that the boss was running 12 other stores but he would see what he could do. Thats absolutely horrible and extremely poor customer service.The policy on the receipt said nothing about not being able to get a refund for making a partial deposit however he was showing her a sign in the store which says No refunds. Exchange for merchandise or store credit. This so called policy was not in the terms and conditions on her receipt and she didnt get a merchandise, additionally it had been less than 24 hours since she made her partial deposit. This is not a place Id recommend to anyone!!

Great place to shop for furniture if your on a budget. Salesman Daniel was a great help. If you are looking for new and high quality furniture he is the person to speak with.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! We purchased a couch for $1400 on a Saturday and found that same exact couch for $850 elsewhere. We went in on Monday after work and asked for a refund because we found the couch cheaper elsewhere and they dropped it down to $1k. We said no thank you we rather a full refund because we don’t want to wait 2-3 months for a couch and we found it cheaper. They said they can’t provide a refund that if we want to cancel it’ll be a 20% restocking fee but the couch was on back order and wouldn’t be delivered for 2-3 months so how are we being charged a restock fee for something that we won’t be receiving for another 2-3 months? They said that’s their policy and that if we don’t like it we can call our credit card company and dispute it. This was back in May that we first ordered the couch, it is now August and we’re still fighting this dispute with our credit card company. We’re now at the point where they’re providing fake documents to the credit card company which is making it difficult to receive our refund & it has been just a bunch of back and fourth. This has been the biggest headache please do yourself a favor and don’t shop there. Straight SCAM!!!!

My family has trusted him for years with our furniture needs and it disappoints me that people can paint him in a terrible light. I will never buy from this place again. I brought 2 dressers. when delivered one 5 of the 5 drawers were broken. I asked them to come out to fix. They sent someone out. he could only fix 3 he was to come back the next day. I havent heard. No call or anything. They never answers the phone.

These guys want to trap you for their business. They tell you they can give you a product by a certain date and never deliver. They keep pushing the date every week. So, when you call every week, theyll move it an extra week. Its been 5 months and Im still waiting for a delivery. Worse customer service. If I could give a 0, I would. Avoid this place.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! I am guessing the positive reviews are written by their friends and family our they are are fake reviews.We bought a couch from them and wanted to follow after weeks of not hearing from them and we wanted to cancel and get a refund. At the back fo the receipt it indicates a full refund if they are not going to deliver by the date orginally agreed upon. When we called them they said the deliver will be in another 3 months and its not them its Ashley furniture fault since they are buying directly from them. We went there to demand a refund and then they said there is a 30% restocking fee for something we have never received.This was by far the most aggravating and frustrating experience we have ever encountered. the worst customer service ever. I ended up calling the cops and they said I did the right thing by not escalating the situation any further with them. we ended up leaving and never received a refund and call the credit company to dispute it.if we do not get the refund we will be taking legal action just to prove a point.I am not sure how many people they must have done this to but this is absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to give them no stars as a rating but in order to write this review you have to select one.Do not go here to purchase. Worst business ever!

I called the day of my original delivery date because I hadnt gotten a call about my delivery window times and the person informs me that they had been ready to deliver since last week but they didnt have a phone number! When my husband and myself were in the store to buy a dresser I realized that Daniel never asked for a phone number and this being my 2nd time ordering from them, I knew they needed a number. When I asked Daniel dont you need a phone number he said oh yea and wrote it down on his copy only, NOT THE COPY THEY USE FOR DELIVERY! When I called today, about 15 mins ago, to confirm my delivery as promised for today, Daniel answered the phone and the minute I explained that he did not write down my phone number his whole tone changed as if it was my fault that he FORGOT how to do his job! I let him know that the guy from yesterday told me I would be the 1st on delivery for today because I am only home until 12 and he seemed as if it did not care! IF YOU GO THERE MAKE SURE ANYONE BUT DANIEL HELPS YOU! HES RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT! This place should find a new manager as he made it his point to let me know he was the manager.

When you walk in the door I was greeted by David he was very helpful. No pressure are relaxing atmosphere and I was able to ask questions and get answers and picked up my furniture, never feeling rushed. Delivery was a breeze, thank you Victor and co-workers, all of my items arrives wrapped securely, with no complaints, set up was quick and I will be going back.

The customer service is excellent from the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile and a hello. Their prices are pretty good, and you can Cash & Carry same day usually. This would be a place if you were looking for furniture or mattresses at a discounted rate but still have quality. I didnt end up buying a mattress from them which is what I went to look for but have bought mattresses from them in the past, and they have good quality mattresses.

Very bad customer service it been eight months and I cant get my complete bedroom set.

Horrible place, i wont be buying ever again! I ordered on a Thursday & they told me my mattress would be ready for pickup on Saturday. When i called on monday the woman said she would call me back. She never called back. I called again the next day & they told me the mattress still wasnt ready and she was rude. I didnt get my mattress until a week and a half after the date they told me. Also their things are overpriced.

I orginally was frustrated because my delivery slipped but luckily I called and got Daniel. He asked for my order and then called the warehouse personally. We were in constant communication and he was able to have my furniture delivered within 3 days!! I really appreciate the time he took to not only make sure my issue was addressed but called me from his personal phone to make sure I was pleased with the furniture selection. I would definitely return and Daniel is my new go to guy. Btw the furniture was super reasonable and looks great!!

My wife and I were looking for a King Size memory foam mattress. When we got there they had just what we wanted. But the store manager, Daniel took the time to explain to us the difference between memory foam, jell and case and foam mattresses. He told us for our weight it would be best to purchase the case and foam mattress that cost $500 less than the memory foam.Not only did he save us money, but he also sold us a mattress that give us a good night sleep.I recommend this store to anybody. GOOD Service!

Everything with my sale and delivery was good, until I had to call and tell them one of my pieces was incorrect. Daniel practically tried to make me feel like it was my fault and no fault of his. I was told I have to pay more money for his mistake to be corrected. He was very nasty and rude. Still after a week this problem is not resolved.

This is officially the worst store Ive bought an item from. I attempted to buy a seat from them, my delivery was delayed and I attempted to cancel the order not knowing that would be the beginning of a battle between me,them and my bank. They lied to my bank about delivering the seat yet no one came to my house or even called me to deliver the seat . I was threatened at this store and belittled if thats the kind of customer service you want then go ahead and purchase from them!

This was the worse business I have every been too, first I place my order on a Saturday the guy told me call him on Monday for a delivery date. I waited until Thursday to call, when I called the first time he said he will call me back never did then I called again he said he will call me back never did. I waited again until Monday when I called he said he wanted me two call him back in an hour he is working with a customer. I did not believe him so I drove two the store, when I got there he was not doing anything (I live a minute away). Finally on Thursday he stated he had my furniture and will ship it out that day or tomorrow, they delivered it on that Thursday. I had a balance to pay, when I went to the store on Monday he stated dont worry about the balance you can pay it after they deliver it. He called me right after they deliveried it (at around 8pm) and asked about the balance I said I will come 2 the store and pay it the next day. That morning I get a knock on my door from the delivery people saying they want the balance or they have to take back the furniture, The guy said they would have two take the furniture I talked 2 the sales person and he said because his boss told him he should not have delivered the furniture without payment he could not let the stand stay there without the money. I was at work and my sister was there and I did not have money on my debit card two pay over the phone so I could not go to the store, I said I would pay it wants I get off work (like I told him the day before). I was so mad I just cancelled the order, please dont shop there they are ghetto and have terrible customer service.

My husband & i purchased a dining table set & a couch from them. We got them delivered to our new home at 7pm, the next morning we noticed our table had defects & big scratches. I called everyday for almost 2 weeks to get the table exchanged, Danny told me he would get back to me, its been now 4 weeks with the table & i never heard back from them. This just isnt acceptable customer service when you end up paying $1000 for a dining set. I shouldnt have to chase them & call them everyday to get a problem resolved. Really disappointed & probably wont be shopping here again.

Worse place to ever go to to but anything.. I got a mattress and was told I could bring it back if I wasnt happy.. I called the next day and was told no I couldnt when I ask to speak to the manger I was told he wasnt in in 6 different times.. not to mention how rude and nasty they are.. while I was there I walked in and asked for the mattress the man NEVER looked up at me he just pointed and said some where over there.. smh. Never again. Im stuck with a mattress I cant use and a bill or 300 for that mattress had to spend more money to get a new mattress..PLEASE DONT EVER GO HERE!!

You can buy furniture for almost a half price from the big stores, the delivery is fine and they put everything mounted and in place. The showroom is simple.

We have been dealing with brothers furniture for a long time all my house has brothers furniture I recommend this store to all my friends. Ask for DANIEL he is a sweetheart, he is very knowledgeable on the furniture business.

Warning do not shop there.crooked people l purchased a power lift chair acme model for 550 dollars in may 2018 it not delivered until june 15th after my contantly calling. In july 2018 the leather in seat seam split daniel the manage would not have the chairrepaired and would not return mu calls in november 2018 thechairStop working it stuck in the up position after calling for 2 weeks daniel the manager charged 50 dollars on my visa and said he would send a repairman. A man came and stayed 5 minutes and said he could not fix itDaniel the manager constantly lies l am going to small claims court these people are low lifes bewareXII c
