I have bought 2 bikes with them, on my second bike they persuade me to get a loan with a credit union that is been so difficult to deal with it. Also a extended warranty that at the moment they promised it was a must to have a worry free insurance. Well bike develop an issue and the insurance warranty didnt cover it! They have great people working there and is a nice place to go but just make sure you are not paying for something wont help U went you need it

I went in looking to get some info on the bike I was interested in had Nick Shirley answer a few questions I had and after a short time I was financed and ready to take the bike home but was unable to at the moment. They were kind enough to store the bike for me and some other goodies I had purchased and had it ready for me when I was able to pick it up. Nick and his crew were more than accommodating and I left the experience a very happy customer, I will definitely be back to see them in the future.

High integrity, fair pricing, low dealer fees, and amazing customer service. I worked with Nick Shirley and by the time the deal was done, I wanted to hug the man.I flew up from Tucson Arizona to buy a bike I found online. I inquired about the bike while the dealership was closed and heard back by text message from Nick before they even opened. He answered my many questions, sent me pictures of the bike and was sure to get pictures of any blemishes so I could make an informed decision. He wrote up the deal and sent it to me within an hour. Love this dealership! I should have came here first…after a horrendous experience at their competitor - I called and spoke to Rick. He was able to secure me the bike I wanted I. The color I wanted abs for the price they guaranteed. It was a seamless experience. Once at the dealership Evey in the merchandise helped me locate great gear and she catered to my requests. I purchased a bike, but the sales person knew less than I did about bike. I didnt get much of a review of the bike & its operation before I drove off the lot.Sales person knew a day ahead of time that I was coming to ride & possibly purchase, so It would of been nice to learn all about the model without guessing. The gas tank was less than half full with my purchase? Finance, Parts & Service crew were very helpful & professional!!

I begged them to take my money for a motorcycle. They wouldnt help me online via email or in person when I visited the store. Bought a bike on Craigslist for $1000 less than the price at this store, was way easier to deal with some random guy than a sales staff.

Best selection of bikes in town. The service is great too- Brandon is a total pro and got me all set straight away. Day 3 - trying to get info on a motorcycle there. Sent emails, have waited on hold, still have Not spoken to a salesperson about it. The reception staff can’t answer my question. All I want to know is if the bike is still there before I drive 45 minutes to see it. Oh well. They’re either super busy or, alternatively they’re very understaffed, or both. But if I buy a bike there and I need to contact someone would I have this much of a problem? Not sure. Amended- 11/4/21, still purchased there, I had to go in. I’m adjusting my review cause they’ve been good since.

These bike prices are very expensive if you want to get down into something you can afford they try to sell you a tiny little bike around the 1. 50 (kids bike)if you want a real bike they definitely Jack you around on the price. There are no sale prices here it is all high Blue book value even if the bikes dont deserve it. dont buy here if you want a real good price on good a street bike definitely shop the internet. I guarantee youll get a better price

I purchased a use 2019 Polaris rzr turbo S from Motorsport Hillsboro early on this year. Knowing it was a used machine I opted for the warranty to go along with it. Well unfortunately just a few riding trips later the transmission completely gave out. I immediately called Matt McKay the financial manager over at Motorsport and he immediately remembered who I was. Keep in mind this was my first time buying from them and it was 4 months later. Matt was a huge help in making sure I was completely covered and taken care of. We ran into issues with things taking a bit longer than it should have but that was nothing Matt or I could do anything about. Overall it was a great experience. I will be back if I ever need another toy and I highly recommend them for anyone looking into a bike or sxs!!

Saturdays are not good days to go unless you have an appointment. There was no one available to answer any of my questions and we couldnt ride anything if we wanted to. My fault yes but I also think the dealership should be better staffed.

The sales process was great - fast and efficient.The prepping of the bike was less than acceptable. Bike was almost out of gas (thanks Nick for noticing) and it needed a good wash, which it got when I got home.

Like others, I have called multiple times, filled out the form on the website, and received no call back or contact. I get it, the money is good at the moment so apparently customer service does not matter. Hopefully it stays this way, otherwise you folks have turned off a lot of people.

The people were very nice. I had to have the vehicle picked up by a transport company because I live a long way away. When I got it, coolant was low and it did not have a full tank of gas. First time I have bought a new vehicle and the dealer didnt fill it up for me.

Bought My SXS here last year and had a good experience with Matt in the finance department always answer my calls and tries to help and point me in the right direction. Motosport Hillsboro is like walking into a museum of motorcycles, service is above 5 star! They are a 1 stop shop, tons of parts, very helpful with any aftermarket parts and I can’t emphasize how easy they make the whole process! I live in Washington state and choose to drive to Oregon just because of the service that should speak volumes.

I want to know if they have a certain bike in stock that is showing on their website. I’m not driving across the metro area with this area’s terrible traffic to find out they don’t have the bike.

Matt is one of the coolest dudes around, and made the purchase of my S1000rr literally the easiest deal Ive ever done in my life. I was shocked on the whole thing. So thankful for these guys.

After riding my son’s TX300i I had to have one. The bike is great and I look forward to many years of fun riding. Having a dealer raise the price so far above retail might make them a few extra dollars today but will cost them in the future. Do to the mark up above MSRP I will not choose to buy from these guys again. This was the second bike I purchased from them in the last year. My son got the same bike for 1000 less two weeks ago from a dealer an hour south.

I have been buying bikes from Motosport for over 15 years this being my 7th purchase from them. Nick has sold me many bikes and is one of the best. Used the submission form online. No response for a week for it to only be, I will refer you to someone else. Never got an email back. Decided I would try one more time, and still never got an email back. Had a day off work so decided I would stop in since they are the only dealer to show what I wanted in stock. Stopped in to look around for about 20 minutes, and not one word from any employee. Walked outside to look around a bit and came back in. Looked around for about 5 minutes and still not a single word. I came prepared to trade my bike in. Brought my title and second set of keys. Started to walk out and then finally got an employee to say something. You good? At this point I was just too disappointed to care any more and decided that was the place to not buy a bike. Stopped in a week later since I had a good conversation on Facebook with someone. Talked to a sales person and they couldnt figure out who even talked to me. The bike I was interested in and requested a test ride on wasnt even at the dealer location, it was in the warehouse. Sales person I talked to just seemed rushed and not interested in making a deal. Went straight to Beaverton motorcycle and got a bike there.

Overall the experience was pretty good Brandon handled every thing and I also got 2 helmets along with the bike at a discount. I called and emailed several times before i finally stayed on hold for 10 minutes to get a response. I applied for financing online and never got a response. I knew what i wanted to buy and the price i was told was different on the phone than what i was told after i drove 100 + miles to get there. Then when i went to sign the papers they added an additional 500 to the contract. When asked about it they said it was just a mistake and fixed it. I also never recieved a manual. I was told it would be mailed so we shall see.I worked harder than they did to buy the bike and i think some of this other stuff was shady. Write things down and watch the numbers. This is why people dislike dealers.

I just bought a bike and they were very upfront about the shipping and set up fee and its far lower than other places are charging if the fee irritates you go ahead call other places and ask them what they are charging and you will feel that what they are asking here is very fair. I would 100% recommend motosport and MJ.
