My experience with Turk Mfg. is horrible at best. They made a promise to deliver parts in 8 weeks and did not deliver. We had to contact them about the late parts, they did not even have the professionalism to let us know they would be late. It gets worse, not only did they not deliver, they told us the parts would be delivered on a date two months later, that due date was also missed. Once again no phone call, we had to find out by contacting them to check on the status. This is the worst vendor experience I have ever had in the six years of outsourcing.
