Can’t even get a call back for dispatch. This has been the case for 6+ months.

Took off work early to show up to an open gate, truck sitting in the parking lot, yet door was locked, no one around? If you say youre open then youre open, especially with both gates open. Luckily there was gentleman that came out and said he didnt work there, but didnt know where anyone was at. After driving my RV out there and back, sorry but you lost a customer for life!

Its a normal successful business relationship. Been with them what seems like forever. We go way way back when I was housed in a camper, then a nicer travel trailer, Id bring the tanks over sometimes in my shopping basket, other times on my bike. Very compassionate folks, they felt my pains during the cold of winter when I brought the tanks over. Things change I can lift the empty tanks, but a full one just cant hoist it up any more. So they set me up with a 100 gallon tank, and pay as you go program, then they took me in as their own (which I love) and its now auto refill. Its better than me trying to remember to check the tank and call in. Besides all that, they are the folks that maintain the entire lpg system of my place, no worries here about a gas explosion. Thank you.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this Ferrell location is. The front staff is professional and cheerful, the the technicians are top notch. Jesse in particular is a master.... he helped me out with a serious tank issue that could have caused injury if it would have been handled improperly. Very happy to have found this location and have definitely made it my propane go-to from now on.

Had a forklift get stuck in the mud next door to this place, had a fella from Ferrell gas pull up and helped pull out the forklift for us, appreciate the courtesy and help👍.

Have been there a couple of time to refill my RV propane tanks. It is close to my home so I keep forgetting to go somewhere else. Every time I have been there they act like it an inconvenience to help me and have a terrible attitude! I was there 20 minutes before POSTED closing time and they didnt want to help me because they were going home because its closing time. Do yourself a favor and just drive down the road to the gas station or Coastal, they are happy to help you!
