Best place to go for my favorite ruby red grapefruit juice. Fresh food salad bar.Great selection of health and beauty products. wonderful selection on organic vegetables and a rather large wine and beer selection.

Go visit the Pizza geniuses. They create lovely gluten free pizza. Thank you Ash for answering all my allergy questions and building a lovely pie for me.

Nicely stocked Whole Foods location, with an especially nice cheese counter. Their odds and ends cheese boxes were packed with a variety that made my heart happy. Lots of local and regional cheeses, too, more than the counter at the Fred Meyer on Walker. The alcohol selection is impressive as well. I liked how they repurposed the pre-pandemic salad bar gondolas into receptacles for chilled cans.

Smells great in here! Very clean! I found it a bit difficult to find items despite the signs during my first time there since you have to walk up to each aisle to see the sign. Self-checkout is available too with card payment only.

Good selection, helpful and friendly staff. Not the least expensive but thats to be expected. Not stuffy nor pretentious. We got a nice birthday cake and six pack of porter. Right now Porter is rare.

Very slow checkout! Employees stood around chatting while customers waited ten minutes to pay at the two open registers.I guess they think their self check stations are sufficient customer service. But they were packed too.Not what I would expect from such an expensive store.

This store flushed customer service and checked out, literally! Yes, they actually removed the the customer service counter and installed self checkout stations. Every time I visit there is one real checker and a massive line. My family spends thousands of dollars here a month (if you don’t believe me just pull my name in your database). I will gladly take my money to customer friendly store!

I bought organic rotisserie chicken twice here. Neither were properly cooked. I think they just take them out of the oven when the ones on the display are gone and not when the chickens are cooked.

This is my second time visiting Whole Foods, the grocery store I cant afford to frequent. I was there to buy my niece her favorite cake for her birthday. I had a great time walking around in the store, fascinated by the meticulosity in every aisle. However, I shouldve checked the cake and saw that rotten strawberry before I decorated it and placed it in front of my 6-year-old-that-day niece, who noticed it before anyone else and was then immediately defeated by emotions. The cake ended up in the adults tummies and I made up to my bawling niece and her sad friends by taking them to an ice cream shop. Whole Foods is a great store, but it really gave me a hell of a time that day.

Good selection of products but unacceptable customer support. I was looking for a specific product which I found on the wholefoods website. The customer support told me to check if they had it in store. I entered the store location and the website said that this product was not available at this particular store. When I asked if they could check in which store that product was available, i was told that it was not their job. Its a quite common practice that customer service offers such a service to their customers.

Good food.. .but they love putting hot chillis on too many of the food to goes. Cool and good flavor 😎

They have a very large selection of hard to find items that I need as I am not eating meat. The store is always clean and fully stocked and the employees are always help. The man in the meat dept. walked me over to the meat alternatives.

Ive never bought a single grocery there. I just go there to return stuff from Amazon. But thats way better than packaging it up and taking it to a UPS station or post office. So kudos to a whole foods market.... Its about the first time Google maps asked me. Whole foods market was pretty good.

Well stocked, clear visible pricing, very clean and friendly helpful staff. Even when I had several coupons the cashier was great. Most cashiers at other stores get put off when you bring in a bunch of coupons.

Love going to host food they always have great produce in great healthy snacks for myself and my children. The staff is always helpful and willing to go over and Beyond for my needs

Their guacamole is not great. Tastes bland compared to Portlands whole foods or the new seasons in the area. Skip it.Otherwise the store is well laid out and has plenty of food options.

This Whole Foods has an excellent produce selection. It is very fresh. The store is clean and the staff friendly.

Giving this review on 9/8/2021. I don’t know about other Whole Foods stores in the area, but this one has stopped carrying a lot of vegan products such a Field Roast Deli Slices, Follow Your Heart cheeses and different varieties of Vegenaise - just to name a few. They’re carrying less desirable alternatives, and they seem to be pushing 365 substitutes (which unfortunately are not as good). In addition, the quality of the produce (particularly the fruit) has gone downhill. I now go to WINCO, Safeway and Market of Choice to get these products. WHOLE FOODS - WHERE HAVE YOU GONE???

Love this place ...especially with the super special discounts for Prime.

The market itself wasnt too crowded except for it looks like they were having one long line to reach all registers and social distancing well lets be honest trying to get people to stand six feet apart is nearly impossible. I was there to do an Amazon return and the gentleman was incredibly friendly quick and efficient and I was out the door within 5 minutes.

If you can look pass that Amazon owns this store, then its a awesome store to shop at.

Nice clean store, very sanitary, great produce with lots of organic if you are into that. Amazon Drop off in front of the store for convenience. Was pleasantly surprised. Somewhat higher prices but all quality goods.

I decided to check out this store after reading the book Conscious Capitalism written by the CEO John Mackey. Its a great book and his approach to business mirrors mine as he has a much higher than average emphasis on trust and integrity. Being a fellow vegan I was hoping this place would offer more vegan products and I was not disappointed. Rarely can I find vegan jerky at a grocery store yet Whole Foods Market had three different brands in multiple flavors each. Despite what I consider to be higher than average prices Im going to give all my business from now on to this store as I couldnt agree more with their business philosophy and how well they treat their employees. Highly recommend to anyone that considers ethics and principles to be more important than price. To me the extra price is to be considered a tip for their commitment to making the world a better place.

The girl assisting to ring up my groceries was more concerned with chit chating with her coworker than explained to me how the amazon prime works with discounts.Hire more professional people.

Grocery store is Amazing!Mens bathroom is dirty and the stalls have gaps so large that when others wash their hands they are basically forced to stare at you. Creepy.

Working again. Had the tuna cranberry sandwich wrap for lunch. I highly reccommend it.

I like this store. It has a good selection of healthy and organic products. I always find the right probiotics here. The staff seems helpful. The store is clean and the make an effort to encourage social distancing.

Coffee bar was out of order. 2 out of 3 staff were friendly. Bleak vibe overall, but maybe they are still coming back online after covid? The price has certainly increased on basic items.

What a soap selection! Friendly staff! Pizza bar pizza looked really good but I didnt get any because I was busy with my kids and just getting sale fish with my mom.... And soap as it turned out

Rude customer service. The employee helping me was rude and seemed to be new and questioning things and seemed frazzled. Normally it’s no problem and the store is nice but it’s unfortunate the customer service I received today.

Just got a couple of “Steakhouse Beef Burger” patties, which I had to throw away right away (sic), because, for some reason, it has a ton of spice (red pepper?) in it. No tag has mentioned it had that much spice, or any spice whatsoever.Like it is a cheap eatery, which over-seasons expiring product:/Honestly, screw you, guys(UPD The guy who served us with these patties was super-nice though - but he also did not mention it was that spicy(

First time here and customer service was not great. Went during an evening weekday and it wasn’t busy, not wait time for checkout. Typical of what you’d expect for whole foodss was, good selection

EXCELLENT COVID PROTOCOLS AND HELPFUL STAFF AND SMALL CROWDS

Meh. Seems like they cut some of the specialty foods back. I mean, i like the prime discount but they just seemed to have limited selections in a lot of areas and not much that appealed. Granted, it was a weekday but most of the people in the store were staff, stocking or picking orders. Not one said a word to me as I ambled through the tiny mediocre wine section or stared into the cheese case hoping to find something interesting.

Sour berries, rotting vegetables, expired yogurt-this place really needs to clean up its act. Its bad enough that you are dodging too many hired shoppers but having to pick over stuff thats been sitting in the back for weeks is really the limit. This has been going on for months. The buck or two I save on a couple of dairy items is not worth the trip.

The have a good but limited selection, lotst of organic fruits and vegetables and strict enforced mask policy 😔

I like this location, and I appreciate that they offer curbside pickup and delivery for prime members.Its hit or miss regarding delivery service when getting the 8-10pm delivery slot. The store closes before 10pm and twice I have had my order canceled because no driver was available to fulfill the order. It would get shopped, but never get assigned a driver. Not great when youre counting on it for dinner.

Huge store with lots of organic options, wide range of veggies and also various other products. It’s located in a huge shopping complex but I guess this store is way bigger than the other whole food stores. Neat and clean all around and also very large parking lot. Staff helpful on the floor, awesome customer service my Patryk at front desk and Pat at the entrance helping with carts and letting customers inside. Both are very customer centric.. overall great experience

Best grocery ever! They have fresh produces, meat, and seafood. Also the amazon service is very convenient. Also there are Not many shoppers which i love!!

Well stocked and always fresh,has one of the best deli section the sliced roast beef is the best.Very well stocked butchers too.

From now to later, dinner or breakfast, its nice to have flexible options as the day moves along.

OMG THE BEST STORE!! I found so many gluten and dairy free items. I usually shop at both new seasons and Trader Joe’s for my specialty items. Now I may solely be going to Whole Foods. Also points for being down the road from me.

We travel long distances to buy Good soap that can ONLY be bought at Whole Foods, why is that...?Other wise Whole Foods is a really great store, huge selection of healthy and great tasting food.

Recent updates mean they removed the Customer Service booth and the Amazon point for returns. Now I have to go to a UPS store to return stuff 2 miles away..

An Amazon warehouse!This is not a wholefoods market anymore. It has turned into an Amazon warehouse. Anywhere you go, there are multiple Amazon prime shoppers that are frantically filling their shopping bags. You cannot shop in peace. It has become a stressful experience. Not only that, the quality of merchandise has decreased significantly. I give up on wholefoods. It is not for me anymore.

Wholes foods is an amazing place with awesome brands and products. Only issue I have is that the price at which they sell the items. Eg. I can get same brand kombucha from other stores for $2 less. And this applies to all but a few specific items you’d only get at Whole Foods. No idea why they have to overprice!! Very annoying

Pricey and a little pretentious but the cooked food is delicious and surprisingly reasonably priced.

The staff make this place a standout! I go out of my way to shop here because the cashiers and shelf clerks are incredibly friendly kind and helpful. Without the great staff this would just be another grocery store. I have several great healthy food stores where I shop. They have expert long-time staff and wonderful produce also, but the thoughtfulness of staff at this location is very special and this is the one I go to time and again.

I go to whole foods every other week for specific items, typically I do not require assistance from staff. However today (4/11 at 8 pm), when I pulled up & parked towards the entrance I saw a man slumped over in his car & appeared to be completely unconscious (was concerned it was a heart attack or intoxication). I walked to the entrance where theres typically an employee greeting & checking customers who enter are wearing masks complying with covid etc. I asked if hed noticed the car directly in front of him (where theres a gentleman slumped way over in the passenger seat with his car running), he was immersed in his phone, barely looked up & said what no, wouldnt make eye contact with me & at that time the gentleman who appeared motionless, moved. I said, at least hes alive & the employee then said ok. awesome & he didnt look up from his phone. I was taken aback at how dismissive he was when someone immediately in front of him could have needed help, or refused to engage at all. I proceeded to leave shortly after without purchasing anything. I assumed that on whole foods property that employees care about their customers safety if in need of help. Apparently not, good to know. Usually greeted warmly & with a hello, etc did not happen & wasnt impressed with customer interaction at all.

Easily the some of the friendliest and knowledgeable staff of any supermarket. Overall expensive but not so much for Amazon Prime members. Sometimes, certain products are cheaper than in more common supermarkets, but quality is much better at Whole Foods.

The cashier was super rude.He barked at me to fix my mask when my nose and mouth were already covered by it. He was completely annoyed we questioned the total for what we were purchasing. (The singles were ringing up as 4 packs) I suppose he thought we should have just paid it and moved on and last but not least, he started yelling at an older lady to move back to the start of the check out line. no personality at all and simply rude.

Sledgehammer sandwich at their deli is my fave. They have a wide variety of pre-packaged deli meals like the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and squash - SO delicious and healthy. The General Tsos soy nuggets are amazing - I just cook up some brown rice to serve with it. They always have one or more of these items on sale.

I work here. They allow customers to walk around with only faceshields and no masks. They say were heroes working on the front lines of the pandemic, but they dont treat us like we are.When asked what the management is doing regarding our safety as we are at VERY HIGH RISK, they give us non-answers.Contrary to the signs they hang up in the back of house, our (and, frankly, the customers) health and safety is NOT their number one priority. Make no mistake, their priority is profit.

During COVID I have been getting a lot of groceries from WF delivered by amazon. I have to commend them for free delivery with prime. Grocery delivery has really become a norm now. Thanks for working so hard during this pandemic.

I have had a horrible experience with Wholefoods in Tanasbourne recently. Because the Rotisserie chicken has no clearance above I got a first degree burn on my hand. At first I thought it wasnt much, but it wouldnt stop hurting.This is part of the experience that makes me cry T T....When we called that I had gotten burn from their Rotisserie chicken area. The person that answered the phone directed us to Brian. he told us to just put ice on it and if we want, can go to the hospital. And that he would call us the next day which didnt happen. He also said he would write the incident report. Because of this advice of putting ice on it. It made the injury worse. So painful I felt the skin on my hand was being cut open. You dont use ice on a first degree burn!!!!!!!!!!! T T It also caused it swell up very badly. We went to ER because of the pain. We called to ask where to go to ER, because we couldnt remember what ER was in their area. Because we knew there was one covered by our insurance. The phone was answered by a women and she responded irritatedly, Were a grocery store. She also could not find the incident report the Brian supposedly wrote. Another women took the phone who seemed nice at first, she actually told us one hospital, but while trying to get in touch with Brian she just came back telling us just go whatever hospital and changed her tune on the situation. Treating it like it wasnt serious like Brian was. Brian had decided on his own that we were being dramatic. And that it wasnt as serious. Even though I was actually injured.If these people that were involved are not fired and I am not compensated for the medical bill. I will sue Wholefoods for medical, injury, emotional distress compensation. I will also reach out to a news source about my story.Because of the humiliation of Brian and others involved trying to make my situation less than what I claimed it was. I did not feel comfortable coming back to discuss with them, because of their cold hearted responses. I went to Bridgeport customer service. The guy at the front desk was nice and tried to see if he could do something, but the person higher up also just pushed the issue aside. I will never shop at Wholefoods again. People who shop here, you are supporting a business that tried to underrate a 22 year old, 160 cm girl.

They have a wide variety, but the added price is strictly for the labels, vegan, organic, etc. You arent paying for added quality or quantity. Theyre a nice store, but I only go there for specific items.

This was the worst Whole Foods that I have ever been to in my life.

Im typically a huge fan of whole foods so i ignored a very large amount of bad reviews on their fruit and.... Dear God most of it is really bad... My mangos were badly underripe then tasted rotten 3 times in a row...... There are still good deals here, I got some great ny strip steak on sale but im not gonna say be careful with the fruit... Please just buy it elsewhere....
