Excellent experience from beginning to end. My husband and I really know nothing about jewelry. We knew what design we wanted. Bambi and another employee helped us from beginning to end. Even repaired another piece of jewelry we brought with us, and gave us so much advice and information. There was a gentleman suited up and cleaning all surfaces the entire time we were there. Meticulously clean! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this shop for all first timers. Thank you to all who helped us!

I love the Jareds Jewelry Store in Hillsboro, OR. All of the staff are super friendly. Both Kristy and Bambi make my shopping experience a fun time. There is also a huge selection to choose from and the prices are reasonable. My fiancé had a issue with her ring and they fixed it immediately. The gentleman that helped her with it did it with a smile on his face and was very polite.

Picked out my wedding ring today! Tony met us at the door and had a wonderful suggestion in my ring decision. He was careful, carried out all social distancing rules and cleaned absolutely everything we touched. He was so friendly, helpful and extremely safe!
I came into the store on a Wednesday night (2/17) 15 minutes before closing and each of the staff were very welcoming. I appreciated that I was introduced to the in-house Tag Heur movements and their latest watches. It made me more tempted to purchase one. Phil helped me try on the G shocks and choose one that best fits me. After my purchase another staff congratulated me on my purchase, even though it is a G shock, I appreciated it a lot. Thank you for the suggestion Phil, I enjoy the G shock so much that I couldn’t take it off and accidentally slept wearing it a night later. Prices are reasonable for their G shocks. I will shop here again. Hopefully for a new Tag Huer watch with in-house movement.

Poor quality. Awhile back, I brought in a beautiful Platinum diamond ring in to have sized and during that time I also bought two rings from them. The platinum ring was to be sized down. Some how, they destroyed the diamond and thinned out the thickness of my ring. They did replace the diamonds in the end, but the ring is thin. I have tried to move past this horrible experience. But now, I have a ring that is white gold that looks yellow because the quality is so poor. Too much nickel? I’ve never had this happen with my other rings from their competitors. The second ring purchased broke in half- no, I will not take it there to get fixed. They broke my trust and I’m very unhappy with my entire experience.
I have only good things to say about Jared. The people that work there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is neat, and spacious enough to allow privacy when discussing purchases. They provided excellent photographs of the repair needed on two rings, and did an awesome job of repairing those two and cleaning two others. Why would anyone go anywhere else, when considering or buying jewelry? Or to get cleaning and repairs done? TOTALLY recommend Jared.
It took one month to get our ugly ring that was horrible quality, the associate tried telling my husband that he couldnt return the ring. Wont ever buy from this company ever again.

I had idea of what I wanted, when I walked in to Jareds . Within the first thirty seconds, I was greeted with a smile, one I would never forget. It was a friendly young woman, who then asked me what brought me in that day . I told her I was looking for a engagement ring . She asked me my price range, and to describe size of ring, stone and features I desired . She then told me she would be right back . Within a minute she was back, with several different options . I picked the one I wanted, and the educated woman exsplained to me the features and future options. When I went to make my purchase, she was very patient and very esplanitory, told me about care warranty and when to bring in my merchandise for cleaning and examinations . I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the best help and some one they can trust . Because of them she said YES to the ring ;)
Customer service here is terrible. They put on a fake smile and try to help you . When you come into get any work done, they conveniently forget to follow up and call you when any new information is received or if any work is completed and ready for pick up. Each time I call they always respond with I was just about to call you but then put me on hold for 3-5 minutes trying to find any information pertaining to my call .Dont waste your time coming here for any services unless you plan on window shopping .
Jared In Hillsboro, is by far one of the leading jewelers in the Portland Metro area. They sell high quality certified cruelty free diamond and gemstone jewelry, watches, with a couple of up and coming talented jewelry designers. In addition they sell Pandora, and a unique and very well respected diamonds and gemstone designer from the House Leveon. The particular store in Hillsboro is fabulous with VIP treatment in a league of its own. The store Manager is David. My favorite Sales Associate, is Bambi. Stop in and for yourself, But definitely do. If they have not changed too much since COVID-19 you will leave happy.
I believe the young ladys name was Kristen. We came in to look at Mothers ring & sheshowed compassion & genuine care. She didnt rush us or make us feel like we werent important. She showed us all types of options, prices etc.. Gave us print out & website to view at our convenience at home. While she was working with us we decided to have her look at my wedding ring. Which she discovered was a whole size to small for my finger as well as needing a new setting for the main diamond. Even gave me a rough estimate on the value. Therefore we left my wedding ring to be resized & repaired. Which you all did a wonderful job. He customer service was outstanding. I wouldnt even want to go anywhere else for future purchases. She was amazing & sweet. Thank you for the fabulous experience.
I just moved to the area and tried this place out for a gift for my girlfriend and had a really great experience. As soon as I came in they greeted me, offered me water and listened to what I was looking for. The agent was extremely patient and clearly told me all the prices to the Pandora necklace, she even offered to wrap it. I came back 3 weeks after because we wanted to exchange it for a bracelet and they were extremely helpful on making sure we were satisfied.
I liked the layout of the store. Theres also a play area for kids which i can only assume comes in handy! The staff was very kind and helpful too
Ive had a lot of extensive jewelry repair work done at Jared. In addition, weve purchased numerous pieces of jewelry from them over the years including a beautiful diamond bracelet, two pairs of diamond earrings, and a customized ring. Theyve always been a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. This week, they took their customer service to a new level for me. Id brought a bunch of jewelry in last Friday to be cleaned and checked out, including my Moms diamond ring. I was specifically worried about the prongs in my Moms ring and asked the technicians to make sure they were in good shape. The following Monday morning I noticed a small diamond missing from my Moms ring and my heart sank. I brought the ring right in, explained what had transpired, and within ten minutes a new diamond was placed in the ring free of charge. The staff was gracious, warm and apologetic for what had transpired. While I have enjoyed shopping at Jared in the past, I can honestly say that the way they handled this situation has henceforth secured my loyalty as a customer for many years to come.Many thanks,Megan Ewert

Could not be more grateful. I bought a ring from a different jeweler on the east coast and was having sizing issues. My ring had a unique design that made traditional sizing be incorrect. Since I couldnt go to the east coast just to get my ring sized I was stuck in a bind. They could not have cared less it was from a different retailer and spent the time to help me figure out what size I am and why my specific ring design made me a different size in that specific ring. They even had one of their jewelers come out and help recommend what size I should get. Im only mad I didnt get their names so I could make sure their managers knew how thoughtful and helpful they were for me. Couldnt recommend them more!

I went in to get an antique diamond ring cleaned and resized. Everyone working was very friendly, especially Bambi! They helped me get my ring fixed up quickly and it was even finished ahead of schedule and looks absolutely stunning.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!--- Background Information ---Prior to going to Jared Galleria of Jewelry I had done research online, and found the perfect wedding band for my fiance. I called the store and spoke with Laurie (the regional manager) to make sure the store had it the wedding band stock. After talking to Laurie, I learned that they had the wedding band I wanted but not in the size I needed. I decided to go to the store to view the ring in person.--- The Horror Story ----I fell love in with the wedding band! After speaking with Laurie, we found that the store only had a size 10 in stock, so she placed the order for my (size 9) wedding band while in store. While discussing shipping information I told Laurie that I needed the ring withing 2-3 weeks as I would be moving across the country so we selected the fastest shipping method. A few hours later, I reviewed my receipt and learned that Laurie placed an order for a size 10 wedding band (remember they have a size 10 in store). I called the store to get this fixed, but they sent me to customer care. I called customer care and learned that they cannot make changes after 60 minutes of placing the order. I call the store, and Laurie (regional manager) tries to help but says I wont get an official confirmation for 3-5 business days. 4 days later I find out that the wrong size was shipped. I immediately call the store and Laurie is out. The next day I receive a call from Laurie stating that the wrong size was shipped and there is nothing she can do, and all that can be done is to wait for the ring to arrive and exchange or to buy another and return the size 10 ring. Recall, I need the ring in 2-3 weeks! I do not have the time to wait to exchange the ring or the money to buy another due to Lauries (Regional manager) mistake. I am livid! This is the worst case scenario for customer service. Do not shop here! If you are considering it, RUN!- A VERY ANGRY BRIDE TO BE

The sales rep at Macys was more helpful when I was buying my $100 Seiko 5, than the rep here was when I was trying to get a new Tag Connected Module Caliber 16 (MSRP $2899) or buy a new Caliber 1. No lowball offers and no credit, just want to pay retail. No call backs, over the phone, I walk in no hello, be with you in a minute, only dead silence. The little gal in the back was polite and awesome (5 stars for her) but in the end she wasnt in a position to sell me a watch/ take a deposit or get me the info I needed to spend my money here. I am open to changing my review in the future, but as of right now this was the experience I had.Closing this out, your sales department did not ask for my name, or my number to give me a call back at the least.Edit: They found out who I was via my previous call and called me back and are making things right.
First time my boyfriend and I walked in, it was a really slow night. A few workers just standing around. The lady helping us was kind enough, older blonde lady, never got her name. I knew exactly what I was looking for so the whole process was pretty quick. We had our order shipped to the store. When it arrives, we go to pick it up. We see the same lady we ordered the ring from and she greets us like she has no idea who we are. Ok, our ring wasnt expensive enough for us to be memorable. Annoying, but whatever. I go to try it on and it was very small. Confused, we asked her what size the ring was. She says its a 5. We were shocked, since we ordered an 8.5. She says calmly she had a new hire order the ring. He mustve gotten confused. No apology from her. Just excuses like, it mustve been a busy night, which is wasnt. I stopped talking to her, I was getting really frustrated at this point. My boyfriend ordered the new ring and we left, both unhappy with the service and lack of apology or care.The new ring came in today. We go in to pick it up, again greeted by the same lady who still cant remember us. We couldnt believe it. The ring is lovely but the service from this lady is just awful. You have to spend a lot of money to get her attention apparently. I would definitely recommend Shane Co. Ive looked at rings there before and was treated so much better, without even buying a ring from them

Im getting married soon. I needed to find my ring size and they COMPLETELY IGNORED my mother and I. They helped the person who came in behind us. I dont know if it was because Im young or if I looked too casual. It was horrible costumer service and I wont recommend this place to anyone.

Crooks! If I could give negitave stars I would! Have two Omega watches ( his & hers) bought the free life time battery replacement every single time I took them in to get battery replaced was told it was going to cost $500+ for the up keep? Found out that the manager tried to replace the battery on the spot herself, big no no omega watches must be sent to omega for battery changes. Finally got that problem figured out after going through all of the corporate. Took my husbands watch in a few months later for a battery change was told it was going to be $700 said no way. Its been 3 years and cannot get his watch back! Called cooperate was told that he needed the serial number...Well the serial number is in the system EVERYONE knows you have our watch...problem is staff and management at this location is constantly changing. Please choose another jewler. We did all of our business with them for 12 years and this was our outcome we got ripped off for our $2,500 watch!!

I got my wifes engagement right and wedding band and a matching 1st year wedding anniversary band and ALOT of other things including my 6 year anniversary watch and those people there never pressed me to spend money i didnt have. And they always explained things in very fine detail so i didnt buy something i didnt know about.
Short Review: Treated horrible after i bought the item and their financing really dropped the ball. Strongly suggest shane co. over them.It all started off fine, just like any other jewlery store. When i walked in i was greeted right away and then directed to someone who knew more about the type of ring i was buying (wedding band for my husband). They were helpful. Bad thing is that the person who said hi to me is the one that got the commission on the sale, and while paying she wanted to sell me just about anything else. Very high pressure.Now for the really horrible experience. First they messed up on the date on the engraving. When i pointed this out, they said that i should have checked it when i picked it up, and that normally i would have to pay for it to be fixed, but they were going to be nice (why should i have to pay in the first place?) and do it for free. After that incident, a few months went by and i got a call from their finance departement that they didnt get my payment (which they had), and was going to charge me 40 bucks! 30 for late fees, and 10 for financing.I went to complain to them and they opened 10 minutes late (i could see them inside talking), and when i got in they at first didnt want to remove the charge. After i got angry about how they already had the check, but didnt cash it yet, they finally removed the charges. Either way both the lady that called me and the customer service were not very good.I personally shop at shane most of the time, and never have been treated this bad, and it isnt that much farther away. The reason to try it is that they seemed nice at first and were closer. I agree with the other person that it is better than fred meyers, but make the extra trip to shane, you will get much better service.
